Amazing stay at the Bnb sweet sleep. The breakfast menu is amazing, the rooftop view is breathtaking. The staff are professional and nice. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay. We will defenitly come back.

For us, we want a clean and comfortable room within easy reach of the town/ city. We had a apartment two buildings up from the hotel. They are small, freshly decorated and quirky. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level. The apartment has all you need. My only little issue was the bathroom is tiny and getting into meant a sideways entry because the door is stopped by the toilet. Breakfast was included at the hotel. This was a huge spread, yes there was the usual fruits yoghurt and croissant. Then vegetables, toasties and eggy bread, cooked eggs, bacon and sausage. So much more than we expected and all of it delicious. Location was really good, 5 minutes walk to the bus and train station. With Naples town on the doorstep. This is an excellent budget friendly option with some fabulous staff. Whatever we needed, advice on the local area, hidden gems, bus drivers strike they were there.

I can't even find words to describe how impressed I am with the amount of effort the owners and all the staff I encountered put into making us feel welcome. They are a home away from home. The location is great, I never felt unsafe, even late at night, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. the service is second to none! We were celebrating a friend's birthday and were a group of 16 and no expense or effort was spared to give us a great time. I would like to thank them again for the great service and can recommend this B&B to all travellers, especially those who value value for money. You will not be disappointed. Whenever I'll stay in Napoli, it will be here.

We stayed here for five nights. It was fine, though I'd probably only stay here for a few nights, 2 at most. The breakfast was the highlight. The room was a bit small and there were some interesting smells in the room and outside the room. The staff was accommodating.

Really good renovation of the upper floors of an historic building. Don't be put off by the state of the entrance. The roof terrace is amazing, as is the choice of items for breakfast which you can eat out there with your freshly made coffee. Very close to the station with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Greaaaat breakfast, nice room. I totalny recomend restaurant which belongs to hotel, we hat there delicious dinner once and best customer service in Napoli, seriously. Recommend 100%

Great location near the metro. Really, comfie beds. Far better breakfasts than we've had in other Italian accommodations. Staff very helpful with what to do, where to go. Good views. Restaurant also available.

Friendly place People working there are very helpful. Someone working there is called Patricia, she is one of the reasons customer experience is enhanced she really helps and giving you all the experience needed and giving advices. When you go there, ask about her. Their kitchen is providing very good food. The rooftop terrace is nice, view is incredible and the place is nearby the airport and the central station

The location is perfect. Breakfast was comprehensive, catering for all. Staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. I would definitely stay again. Lovely terrace. Fantastic views

Do not let the entrance of the B&B put you off, it does not have the best curb appeal. Once you get up to the property, the terrace is really lovely and the view of the city is amazing. The breakfast is one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever had and the room was clean and comfortable, only a bit of noise at night as the room had a balcony to the main street. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. Thank you. I would recommend this place.

I don't know who writes those positive reviews here, but it doesn't match reality at all. Wifi does not work, staff very weak, room cleaning weak, towels not changed, bathroom and toilet not washed, in the description that dinner for an extra charge, no dinner took place ... the surroundings of the accommodation dangerous as it is close to the main station. I do not recommend accommodation, great disappointment!

This place!!! Amazing. The kindest staff. The most beautiful kindhearted owners. They literally do everything to make you feel comfortable. Rooms very clean. Airconditioning works and you need it. The jacuzzi is what you need, the drinks and food are great and cheap! This is the best B&B we came across. Thank you so much for everything Sweet Sleep. We are in love.

Fabulous roof tops views and a great hot tub used twice as even though we had checked out at 10am we were able to leave our bags in a secure room go for a morning walk then come back for lunch have a final splash and beer before getting the alibis bus to the airport from the train station. Breakfast great, room good, but we were in the building 50m down the road which was confusing as the directions took you to a blank apartment door you have to go to the reception which is on floor 6 of the other building via the apartment entrance which has a buzzer Also the busy city road is always busy with traffic so the double glazing will only reduce the road noise so much but we had an OK night sleep all good 👍 😀

Great place to stay in beautiful Napoli. Close to train station and easy access to all the sites of interest. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the room are very clean and beautifully themed. Breakfast is plentiful and really set you up for a day of exploring the sires and local markets. Please visit Pompei if you have time. Get the train it takes you straight there and is a fraction of the price of a tour, children also enter the site for free. Had the best time travelling alone with my 13yr old granddaughter xxx

Price-quality wise this place is great. Clean room, good breakfast and a nice rooftop area. We booked the spa room for an hour but we could stay until closing time for the same price. Great service and really friendly people. Great place to stay!

We are so glad that we stayed at this place! The staff are so helpful and they speak English and Spanish which was extremely useful. Our room was better than we expected, the breakfast has a good variety of options and served quickly - they also can give you one to take away if you’re leaving early. The terrace is lovely with a pool big enough to cool down a bit in! A good location and overall a great stay :)

My favorite hotel experience so far. Amazing staff and such a chill atmosphere. The roof terrace was amazing with super comfortable sunbeds, great views and tasty drinks and food.

What a place. Very good located. It is a simple beautiful bed and breakfast with touch of lux. The staf Salvatore, Patricia, Adelaid (?) and the others are very simpatic and r ready to help you. The place is located closed to Garibaldi Station, very useful. And yes, looks not safe and strange the sorrounding area but i havent seeing any problems. There is a parking Just a street away. 20euro per day. The place: the room was ok. Big enough. The toilet/bathroom was practical and in black and White. Was new. Just the water to shower you cant control the temperature. Went from hot to cold Just without doing anything. The internet is not strong. You can text but using google to researches can be frustrated. We was on the 5th floor reception and breakfast and eating and drinking was on the 6th floor where THE AMAZING rooftop is. Just useit and enjoy it. 8 euros for cocktails is like very expensive to Napoli where u can have it, in a good cocktail bar for about 5 euro, but i have being ordering anyway and it was delicious. I did a very long research looking for a nice place to be in Napoli with my husband. We wanted something like with a view and a Pool, or terrace/balcony...but when we found it it was way to expensive. This place is not cheap but you get a lot for your money. Oh, of course, the breakfast was amazing. We have being for 5 nights, we booked 3 but it is not enough to know Napoli, and we took our time enjoyng the jacuzzi, the lounge beds and the MOST incredible view from the top of SWEET SLEEP. Grazie a tutti dei Sweet Sleep. We enjoyed and we do recomend this place. Dont believe in poor reviews.

Excellent location, very helpful and proactive staff, clean room and good breakfast. If your just passing through like I was, then it is an excellent pit stop 5 mins from Naples central station and 40 min bus/20 min taxi from the airport. Surrounding area a bit grimy and I would get the elevator up (6 floors and bottom 3 pretty grim).

We stayed three days in one of the rooms next to the reception and we are very happy. The room is spacious and has air conditioning, fridge, kettle and TV. Our only complaint about the room is the loud noise from the fridge and that the shower constantly changes temperature. We really enjoyed the terrace and jacuzzis, ideal for relaxing after a long day of walking. Both the breakfast and the food in the restaurant were very tasty and the portions were huge. I was not able to finish my dinner! The employees are very friendly and helpful. They really try to keep you happy and we are very happy. We recommend it 100%. If we ever come back to Naples we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. Incredibly foam beds and pillows and amazing service. We felt valued and the rooftop was an enormous value to our trip. The breakfast is exceptional.

The rooms are nice and clean and have great air conditioning. The roof top terrace is so nice!! View incredible. Jacuzzi is awesome. Location is so central and perfect. Order the beers 🍻 at the bar cause the cocktails were terrible and had no alcohol in them for 7 euro! (Hence the lower score for service). It was just soft drink. We had 2 and felt nothing.The appertiv wasn't great either. So a couple beers is the way to go! Staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a nice stay at Sweet Sleep. The owner Gabriele is very friendly, his staff is also helpful. Nice and clean rooms, airconditioning. Good breakfast and a nice roof top terrace with sun beds, jacuzzi, showers… the restaurant is réally good (try the gnocchi!) and perfect price. Close to the metro and train station. The neighborhood isn’t that pleasant (homeless people, shady groups). But the BnB is very safe (doors, cameras, staff,..).

A lovely, funky hotel, hidden away but close to Central Station and port. Lovely roof top terrace, themed designer rooms, attentive young staff and great air con!

9/10 - Cool hosts! They kinda' got upset over the fact that the checking time was over 23 pm, but was ok in the end. City tax is not included in the price ( 2.5 €/day/person). 10/10 - Nice and diverse breakfast! 10/10 - Awesome views from terrace and from room!!! 8/10 - Cleanliness. 8/10 - Depending on the room, it can be noisy. 10/10 - Bar was open on premises. 10/10 - Location.

Great little spot in a bustling centre, great location for shopping and drinks/snacks. The resort is beautiful and the staff do all they can to make it a great stay. When we return it will be to this Hotel for sure!!!

Perfect location for tourism as it is just a few minutes to train station of Naples. Rooms are nice and clean,not very big but that was not an issue. Television was not working well for us but u don't go on holiday to watch TV:) Huge shower and possibility to order a private SPA just for you with a jacuzzi and sauna for 30€/hr or 50€/2hr. Been there and if you won't be missing that money I can definitely recommend. Breakfast was in my opinion a little weak, but maybe I'm just used to way bigger portions. Overall if you are looking for B&B style accommodation, go for it. If you are visiting mostly hotels 3/4+*, don't be surprised it does not exactly met your expectations.
