Gorgeous hotel with kind staff, the breakfast were amazing. Walking distance to great restaurants and train stations, so there is no problem with it being outside of the city center (it's more a big plus to be honest). The rooms were cozy and clean, with air conditioning and everything you could need. The only minuses about the hotel were they changed the plastic wrapped soap bars which we barely got to use before they gave us new ones and gave us new towels when it wasn't needed, that's not really eco-friendly. The other bigger minus is the beds, they were way to hard for our backs. And we woke up sore and bruised everyday.

Really nice hotel. Paid 584 euro for 7 nights. The pool area is great for anyone with a family and kids of anyone that wants somewhere to just relax.

This is the worst 4 stars hotel I've ever been and to be honest, I don't understand why this gets the 4 stars rating. Outdated, poor looking and not so clean rooms, poorly maintained. The tile floor is absolutely awful. The wii=ng of the hotel located next to the road is terrible. You wake up early in the morning in the heavy Diesel engine noise of the buses that are climbing the road, right by your window. The breakfast is mediocre and the prices are going through the roof. If you’ll check the picures attached to the hotel reviews on Google Maps, you will notice that the vast majority aremarketing pictures, uploaded by the hotel management to lure tourists. Still, even in these marketing picures you will notice the old furniture, small rooms and outdated design. The entire place is an expenskive scam and I suppose that many positive reviews are just fakes. Awful.

The reviews given here cannot be true. It must be the employees and family that has given them. The standard is absolutely awful. There is nothing that lives up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. The hotel is old and dirty everywhere. And never experienced such bad client service ever.

This place must have been absolutely amazing when it was built, maybe in the 1980s (?). It is still a great place, but is starting to become a bit dated, symbolized e.g. by the 2013-Tripadvisor awards that are still on the reception desk. It is especially the rooms/bathrooms and elevators that seems to be in need of some renovation, while the communal areas are better maintained. The pool area in particular is very beautiful, clean and well taken care of. In the weekends, it seems a lot of locals come to spend the day in the pool, which makes it a bit more crowded, but also brings authenticity to the place. The hotel is located on a hill, making it a secluded, quiet place. Some of the rooms are closer to street level, but noise was not an issue. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station, and a ~20-25 min taxi trip (~20€) from downtown Naples.

On the positive side, the location is quiet nice and very quiet with a great pool landscape. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price range of the hotel, however the rooms are in a rather bad shape. Furniture is worn off and the bathrooms are old and defective (shower handles falling off the wall, rust stains everywhere). For a short business trip it was OK but if my visit was for vacation I would have been disappointed.

The location is amazing, the hotel is situated in the beautiful garden , in the morning the songs of the birds woke up us, can you believe it this in Napoli????? We were accommodated in the lovely garden cottage but interior was not 4 stars: there was mold stains, high humidity, shabby furniture! The interiors must to be reconditioned, to bad for the fabulous location! Good cleaning but the breakfast need to be improved in variety and taste!

Very dated with Amalfi coast prices = RIP OFF, 4 star is a laugh! The afternoon reception staff were dismissive and wouldn’t let me express the issues of our booking. The one saving grace was a gentleman (service person) called shanti from Sri Lanka who was a friendly bloke that softened the blow of the hotel rip off we were experiencing. The only thing going for the hotel is him and the swimming pool. Avoid if possible unless they drop there prices.

the rooms are spacious and renovated, the bathroom is a bit tired, but this does not affect the quality of services. dinner in the restaurant we had the best for our entire stay in Italy, very tasty, the staff is friendly, kind, helpful and always rush to help

We had a great stay in this hotel. Staff are amazing, breakfast and restaurant much better than in many other places of higher ratings. Parking is great and when in Napoli this is important point. We mostly used taxi to go to the Center of the Napoli which is not only more convenient but also a more economically suitable option considering the cost of secure parking in Napoli. Would choose this place for every next visit.

Very nice place, located on a hill. Have swimming pools. A very big park bringing fresh air for your relaxation. It's a place to visit.

The rooms were beyond disgusting. endless ant nest that spill into the bedroom, wifi didnt reach our rooms, the hottub was broken and left full with dirty water. TV had no signal and sky box came with no card or remote? the lounge chairs were covered in large brown stains and look like they havent been washed since last year. Cupboards in the room were hanging off and theres just a fridge sat in the middle of the sitting area with all the wires hanging around. £550 for 3 nights in this?

Hottub was broken so we went to the pool - closed under maintenance. Towels were dirty and they only gave us 2 towel robes for 4 people? Outside is infested with ants and mould but it's okay we can sit inside with our TVs with no signal & our phones without wifi as it doesnt reach our room. All the facilities we paid nearly 600 pounds for are unusable. Breakfast was hams and pastry, no juice, water, coffee or milk and nobody bothered to refill them. All over disappointing.

Room 136. The facilities we paid for did not work; no hottub, no signal on TVs and no WiFi. The Air-conditioning was hardly functioning and leaking water, lounge chairs were unwashed and stained, the umbrellas were mouldy and falling apart. The outside area was not maintained and dirty. Total ant infestations covered the outside shower area (which was leaking), the hot tub area, windows, walls and patios. The cupboards in the room were broken and the shower towels had stains. Staff were rude and unhelpful, they promised the issues would be resolved but they never did. The staff at this hotel are complete and total slackers to put it simply. Below are pictures of the place and the hot-tub which had not been touched or cleaned in months, blocked up with debris and limescale which shot out of the jets once we managed to start it.

Amazing place for a family with children. Great location (close to zoo and amusement park), peace and quiet. Spacious rooms (I stayed close to the pool). Rooms are cleaned every day. Superb service, very helpful, instant support. We really enjoyed the stay, we felt like at home.

Old warm charm, good service. 1960s decor but clean and charming (not shabby). We loved the big pool, which has a bar and snacks. The location up on a hill above Naples gets a breeze and it’s easy to park (though you are outside the city center). A good place for families or if you just want to relax while being close but not in the city. Some cons- the walls are very thin, we could hear the family next to ours wry easily. But this was the case in the last hotel in Naples we stayed in… Also, the curtains are only sheer white so the room was bright from 5am (in June) even when we used the blinds and curtains.

Great hotel. Great pool and gardens. A real oasis after sightseeing in Naples. Our room was right by the pool in a separate block. I think these are better rooms from the reviews I've read and no problem with Wi-Fi. Suggest asking. Ours was 132. Spotlessly clean, good Wi-Fi and great staff. Breakfast is the usual continental buffet affair but you can order fried eggs or omelette which isn't clear unless you ask. Coffee is okay. Secure parking too. It's a way out of the centre but it suited us. You can get a train in for a euro. Station is ten min walk. We drove to the centre and parked in a garage just outside the ZTL zone which is expensive at €2.50 an hour but the going rate for Naples. You can park at the local station for €2 so best option all round. Be aware the pool opening is seasonal so check ahead and swim caps are required as is standard in Italy from my experience.

A nice hotel for locals but not so good for tourists. We stayed here beginning of April and the pool was empty. The area around the hotel is very rough.. you really need to drive as the long winding steep drive is also gated. Although there is some steep uneven steps you can use. Tips: Highly recommend that you use the local free Metro. Keep some Euros for when you check out as you have to pay a Tourist Tax!

This hotel is not 4 star. Rooms are cleaned everyday and staff are friendly but rooms are small and bathrooms dated. The breakfast is good but pool side bar service is very poor. No staff on some days. You cannot pay cash for anything at this hotel they insist it goes on your room tab. This hotel is not close to any other restaurants or shops. Taxi fare is 25 euro to Naples each way. There is no bar in the hotel just table service which varies depending on staff. Restaurant menu is very poor for dinner considering there is no other restaurant for miles. Did not get the holiday feeling here.more of a business feel....lots of bugs inside and outside this hotel ..prepare to be bitten!!

Stayed there in September 2017. Excellent customer service. The young Lady Paula at the front desk accommodated us very well. Excellent service with a smile. Restaurant was also very nice and great prices as well. Definitely will return.

It's overall a beautiful hotel ..just re train your kitchen staff especially the lady I will add her picture here if necessary as I do not have her name!! She serves with so much anger, she flings stuffs on the table instead of serving properly, the steps on you without remorse and even my bag!! You have to call them for spoon to mix sugar ,you have to call them for everything!!!!!!! The reception guys are superb, the cleaners are superb too.

The hotel was really good, I enjoyed my stay here. It is really well protected with the gate entry. The rooms very pretty basic but clean and cleaned every day. The bed on the other hand was possibly the worst most uncomfy bed I have ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a slab on concrete. My advise, invest in some soft comfortable beds. The pool area was fantastic, great lounge chairs and the pool was fantastic. There was a lot of ants around the pool area and they did get into the room, which I was bitten quite a few times while asleep. But that's kind of out of the control as they can get in anywhere. All in all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great experience.
