If you like cold showers, this is the place for you. If you like hot, humid hallways, this also is your spot. If you like old hotels that got a makeover and expect to find a brand new Hilton tapestry, this is NOT the place for you. We checked in close to 10 pm and wanted a shower and sleep. There was absolutely No hot water at all. I let it run 10 minutes waiting on it to heat up. I am a HH member and have never had to take a cold shower. This was definitely a first and believe me, it was a quick one. If I hadn’t checked in so late and had a case at 630 the next morning, I would have checked out and went to the Doubletree. I’m never going back here again!

I really didn’t get to see all the reviews that the hotel got lately. I decided to go back because of previous stays, hotel is under construction, pictures shown are not the real deal. No sitting breakfast, just grab and go. Pool looks dirty and outdated, couldn’t even use it. No room service during your stay, you need to leave your garbage out and towels to be picked up not replaced, for that you need to ask front desk. Staff wise, front desk just give you the info needed, no more than that. Cleaning crew, you hardly see anyone around. I decided to leave a day prior, really felt disappointed for what you pay is not worth it. The way this hotel is presented is not how it is.

This was the first and last stay in this hotel. I came here with my family for just one day to celebrate Labor Day. The rooms are nice, but staff is absolutely terrible and rude. My kid was swimming late in the pool. There was no sign that you can’t do that. Everyone has been resting. In half an hour one “lady” Tammy came and told: “Get out from the pool, it’s late”. My 5 y daughter asked me why she is so mean to me?”. This Tammy scared her. After we checked out and decided to have lunch in the pool area it had a problem again. They did not allow us to swim and have lunch. Normally it has never been a problem for guests to stay after checking out.

I paid over $400 for 2 nights in the 1 bedroom suite. As others have said, I have no idea why this has such a high rating. My vacation wasn't ruined because of it, but I definitely feel like I overpaid. I selected the suite because it was advertised with a kitchenette, balcony and small living space with a couch and tv. In hindsight, the only reason to select the suite is if you'll be there for an extended stay. Pros: The staff is very polite and welcoming. Free parking. Quiet. Location. Cons: It is very outdated. Don't let the photos fool you. It may have looked fancy at some point, but it doesn't now. The "kitchenette" has a 20 year old microwave and mini fridge. As well as a small sink. It did not come with the stove top shown in photos. The breakfast table and chairs was nice though. The king size bed was incredibly firm and the pillows were smaller than an average twin. The complimentary breakfast bar was a couple fold out tables in the lobby. The balcony isn't actually large enough to sit out on. Only one set of towels per person. Individually, these aren't terrible. But this was supposed to be a fun getaway with a few luxuries we don't normally have at home. Unfortunately, we did not get that experience here either.

Cancelled our stay due to extremely rude front desk attendent this evening. Called evening of 7/18/22 and was hung up on 4 times because I inquired about what the rooms were like since the remodel. There are several different photos that do not seem like the same hotel posted by prior Inn guests so naturally we would question which photos may accurately represent the hotel currently. When I asked her, the front desk attendant, about the remodel she said in a snotty tone "I don't know what the rooms look like because the remodel was 4 years ago". I aked her first name and she refused to give me her first name. I was going to call Hilton and tell them what I encountered with the front desk person this evening and why I needed to cancel our reservation. I had a future reservation but cancelled it do to the hostile and rude front desk person. The staff at the Hilton nearby is awsome and very welcoming. The front desk person at Inn of Naples said if I don't like it don't book it. I did explain to her that we were diamond members and already had future reservations and she hung up on me again. Whoever is in charge of staffing at Inn of Naples, Now a Hilton property, should get help that doesn't treat a customer so rudely and knows how to truly welcome a guest to your Hilton brand hotel.

Terrible hotel. This place was an absolute mess. I booked the hotel online since it wasn’t too far from the beach thinking it would be a nice hotel as they all look in pictures. This place was doing renovations, they didn’t even mention that to people on their website im sure no one would have booked if they knew it involved eating breakfast literally at the front desk! Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention there were cables and construction equipment all over the hallways and near the rooms. When checking out, my guest and I asked to split the bill so we could both pay separately. They charged the whole bill to 1 card when GIVEN 2 cards. The managers Kelly and Brittany shouldn’t be a managers there. I called and asked to speak to them for 2 weeks straight. Was told by Jean at the front desk she would let them know to call me back each time and they never did. Embarrassing to the company to have these people work there. I would not recommend staying here.. rooms, food, service and staff are all terrible.

The pictures made it look great. And it was highly rated. When we got there, the staff was nice. But the room was the main problem. Had stained furniture and the bed was very stiff. The room wouldn't really cool down even though we set the AC to 65. Had breakfast and my wife found a hair in her burrito and the pancakes I had were a little doughy in the center.

I have stayed at the Inn Of Naples several times prior to it being taken over by Hilton. The updates are nice. The buffet breakfast that was included was much better then. I arrived about 9:30 and most had been picked at. Just muffins, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cereal. Not really worth the $15 that they charge. There is a menu you can order from which is more and the food was pretty good but service was rather slow as I believe they were short staffed. I would certainly recommend the stay but would not pay the additional to include breakfast again. I would go elsewhere.

Please read the reviews, all of the 1-3 stars are far more accurate than the 5 star reviews listed. Stayed a week, ac unit broke at 11 pm at night, room they moved us too had odor and furniture was dirty or damaged. Manager failed to return any communication after my 3 attempts to speak with her over a week. Nothing makes this boutique hotel. I have never been this disappointed in a Hilton brand.

Arrived to find a HEATED POOL in the middle of South Florida. Horrible. Room overlooking the maintenance area. They offered another room but why stay here when I can't use the pool. We reserved 7 days checked out after one day. I was a little insulted by the response team who followed up with me, stating NONE of their pools are heated. Like I'm too dumb to tell the difference. Went to stay with friends and their pool was nice and cool as well as another friend's pool Was also nice and cool. The staff even asked if I wanted them to turn the heat down. So yes your pool is heated. Will not be returning

Very relaxing and charming hotel. Perfect location. Pool area is peaceful, plenty of parking. Just an overall great place to stay in Naples.

I am very disappointed and have been over billed. The hotel refused to correct it. Hilton won't help either. Now I have to dispute the CC charges. Won't stay there again.

This hotel is excellent for the price and location. The room was super good..we got a suite. The ro and bathrooms were very clean. Big screen TV in the living room and the bedroom. The customer service was also great. Very friendly. Nice big Lobby with a bar.

We were EXTREMELY disappointed with this hotel. The pictures do not represent the way the hotel looks. The hotel staff was nice enough but not as professional as all other Hilton properties we have visited. The hotel itself is VERY VERY tired. It looks like they made attempts to renovate the bathroom in our room and some other areas of the hotel....new carpeting maybe?... but many of the other parts of the hotel were left as before it became a Hilton property. Our room had a horrible smell that we couldn't get rid of....wet dog maybe? The couch was stained and dirty. The box spring for the bed had not been replaced in a very long time. The ceilings had rust and the workmanship that was completed was not done well. There is an old boiler unit outside within view of the hall window that is an eyesore. The pool towels need to be replaced. The pool umbrellas that appear in the picture on the hotel website are nonexistant. The seating area for meals was not welcoming. We have stayed at lower entry point Hilton hotels that are much better than this property. I am not sure what qualifies a Hilton property as Tapestry but corporate really needs to make a visit here. It does not live up to the standard of a Hilton property. We were very disappointed with our stay and will not return.

My husband and I have stayed at the Inn of Naples many times, before and since it joined the Hilton portfolio. While there's no doubt that some of the rooms could use a bit of updating, the location, and most importantly, some of the staff members are what keeps us coming back. Upon check in, I wasn't happy with my room facing a construction area, and Cecilia was excellent in ensuring we got a better room right away. Stephen, who maintains the kitchen for breakfast and mans the bar in the evening, is absolutely amazing. When you are someone who travels as much as I do, it is so important to feel comfortable when you're living out of a suitcase. Having someone remember your breakfast order and cocktail of choice as Stephen and Beth did after our first day there means so much. It shows that they care about their guests and want them to feel at home. If I can make any suggestions it would be to ultimately expand the menu in the evening (at least Stephen makes a delicious pizza). I do, however, recognize that the hospitality industry is facing a labor shortage and sincerely appreciate those who are working to provide the best customer service possible.

Tapestry Collection hotels are older structures. This is your typical 50/60's hotel motel structure. Lobby and rooms have been renovated and bed is comfortable. But the sense you get was the refurbishment was done on the cheap. Pool looked dirty. And yes skip the breakfast, better and cheaper food can be found within a mile. If you pay more than $200 per room you probably are not going to be happy. We paid a little more but it was Easter week. Location was decent, a couple of miles from the center of Naples.

Just finished a 5 night stay. Had no service on the room. I understand to conserve and not change sheets or towels daily but not taking the trash for 5 days is unacceptable. Been a Hilton Honors Diamond member for many years and it’s disappointing to have a stay like this especially in Naples, FL. Also, showers were cold an entire day and barely warm 3 other days. Also unacceptable. Didn’t have enough towels in the room even though the reservation was for 3 people. A regular cleaning or refresh on towels/sheets for a week long trip would’ve been nice as well. Pool view was just an A/C view as well. Overall extremely disappointed in this stay and experience.

A word of caution....I prepaid two rooms...upon checking in they asked for a credit card for incidentals...I thought nothing of it. I did not check out formally and only saw two weeks afterwards that they charged me $7.74 per room even though we charged nothing to the room. Downgraded to 1 ⭐ for this.

This is a very nice hotel, very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the housekeeping and especially Stacy from the breakfast area! Will definitely come back!

The employees at the hotel are nice, professional and service oriented. The rooms are just ok. They were very clean but nothing special and what you would expect for a "budget" hotel. The shampoo/cond/soap were very nice quality. The a/c units are on the wall and somewhat noisy with no way of quieting them (that i could find). The controls for it are very confusing. The room views online are very deceiving and most likelynot current. I paid for a "balcony view" and it was overlooking a construction lot. It may improve once something is built but the construction vehicles were beeping at 7am so no sleeping in and no using balcony. The location is not far from Waterside Shopping Center so its centrally located between downtown & North Naples. Price point off season in Naples is good for a cheap getaway not sure I would pay in season prices for this hotel.

Such a wonderful experience! After a flop at a different hotel we quickly booked with Inn of Naples. Our stay was nice and relaxing and so quiet. Perfect setting for a family. The pool was nice and warm, clean and so much fun. We traveled with a 9 year old and an infant and it worked out splendidly. The only small draw back was no continental breakfast anymore, it was a sit down restaurant $16 per day, and no patio chairs on the upper smaller patios like before. Overall I would rate this experience a 9/10! The staff was SO friendly!

Rooms not what I expected for price and being a Hilton hotel. Upon arrival, front desk service was not friendly. The reception was not inviting at all. No details were given about amenities available to guests. No drinking water in room. Ice bucket leaked all over, even with 2 plastic bag liners. Bar area is quite hidden off in back corner of front hotel area. Hours are not posted for days of operation. Supposedly you are to get a free breakfast but the kitchen is closed on the weekends and hours are not posted for weekdays. This information, no information is not given to you unless you ask. The rooms are normal like any other regular hotel. In my opinion Best Western might have been a better choice on this trip. I don't believe I will be returning to this place or even recommending it to my friends or family.

Is there a -zero- star option? I exclusively use Hilton brand hotels, I have come to expect ‘something’ when I travel. Hilton always delivers. But not this time. The Inn of Naples, Tapestry Collection is embarrassing to say the least. The staff was decent and not at all the problem. The room however, is a joke. Altho ‘clean’, the carpet was noticeably stained and loose. The vent in the ceiling above the bed had mold on it. The bathroom was borderline disgusting. The tub was stained, mildewy, chipped and slimy. The shower rod was rusted out and peeling. The toilet sits alone in a corner of a hugely empty part of the bathroom. But of course, my favorite part was the 1/4 roll of toilet paper left to welcome me for my $500/night Inn of Naples Hilton Tapestry Collection experience. Needless to say, I DID NOT stay both nights. I left very early the following morning. I hope to hear from Hilton to resolve this issue as I’m not crazy about paying $1100 for two nights at this embarrassing hotel, especially when I only stayed the one night, which was already too much.

Made reservations through Hilton honors here because the pictures looked nice and the ratings were pretty good. When we arrived I could not believe that this was the same place I had reserved I honestly thought we were at the wrong hotel! The place was really old and not by any means some Tapestry collection Hilton! The room was very small with 2 small double beds, the hot water would never get warm when taking a shower and the toilet ran all night long. It smelled really bad and bothered my asthma at night and I could not sleep. We called Hilton honors the next day to switch to another Hilton property and was told I could expect a refund of the remainder of our stay. Tried to call the manager of the hotel Brittany several times and left messages but still have not heard back! This is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed as a Hilton honors member! This place should never be labeled as a Hilton!

$6 for small coffee in the lobby. $8 for large. Go play in traffic. Most hotels have free coffee in the lobby. The front door stays open which makes for a wonderful cigarette aroma in the lobby. To be fair, the AC in my room was awesome and the comforter was so cozy. The restaurant breakfast burrito was good. But $8 for lobby coffee. Screw you!!!

Absolutely great. Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Now that this is a Hilton property, even better so you get points and Holton service!

  • 2/5 Chris M. 1 year ago on Google
This is definitely not a Hilton Tapestry level property. Yes it’s old but that’s it. Breakfast was some boiled eggs and bagels, actual restaurant is closed for remodeling and not open. Nothing stating that on the app or website. It’s like they threw a poor coat of paint on the property and said voila Hilton Tapestry Generally Hilton tapestry properties have some level of charm about them and that’s why they are under the tapestry flag, not this place it’s just an old hotel that couldn’t qualify for any other Hilton flag so this is what they got stuck with or at least that’s how it feels to me. I must also add that this is the very first Hilton hotel that I have ever had the desire to leave a review online due to the level disappointment that I experienced here. Just felt misled. With all the other Hilton brands, I know exactly what I’m going to get and they all have their pluses and minuses, this one was just a letdown from beginning to end. When booking my room, I had an opportunity to stay at another Hilton property, down the road, and specifically chose this one because of the tapestry name, which turned out to be very misleading, which turned out to be very disappointing. I read other reviews about the staff and I can’t say I ran into any rude people, but definitely wasn’t impressed with their level of engagement

Stacey at the front reception is fantastic…super helpful and professional and kind… this is a very nice hotel set up… balcony is such a bonus!!! Super clean and well maintained. Thank you inn of Naples…I will be back for certain!

Even in the middle of remodeling, this place was fantastic! The bed was soooo comfy and I felt right at home because of the atmosphere, staff and my room being set up perfectly! Definitely in the top stays for me to come again to experience.
