Update: Google removed the sound to my videos! Probably because it was deafening, A God awful sound! If Google removes the sound from the video, that shows how seriously awful the noise was! Please reconsider if you are thinking of renting here. We just checked out today June 22, 2023. and had the worst experience. Watch the video, it says everything! The unit we rented was beautiful inside but everyday from 8am -4pm we had jack hammering just above our heads. Pictures kept falling off the walls!! Rocks and debris constantly fell from the upper units. This was unbearable and no way anyone would want to spend on there vacation! They did nothing to help us or compensate us!! They did tell us prior to booking that the building next to ours has some construction/renovations. Sadly it was not the one next to us it was our building! It was the unit right above ours!! Also on the second day our water was turned off. We had just came back from spending all day at the beach and had no way to shower. We had to sleep with the beach water and sand on our skin, I’m sorry but that is gross to me!! Our Water was back on the next day but there was a 48 hour boil alert. Sadly my husband forgot and drank some of the water. He was up all night vomiting. The next morning he tried to get some sleep but sadly the jackhammering was back 7:59am. We complained and they did nothing. We also found out that they knew the water was going to be turned off over 5 days prior. They could have told us right away. They did not tell us at check in either. We should have had the notification about what to expect prior but that respect was not given!! This was unacceptable!

I and my family have been vacationing there for the last seventeen years and we get to love it more and more as we go it is so clean and the people there are very nice it is very calming listening to the falls and listening to the frogs fish turtles ducks lizards and we are on our way there for a short stay as I type this comment

It needs a more happier atmosphere. The location around is industrial so in my opinion needs some updating. It's definitely very clean though and if your looking to rent for a good price it's a good fit. The TV's are small and uses satellite so you get interruptions which is kinda annoying but the staff is very friendly.

My friend has a condo here overlooking a beautiful lake and Hogfish Harry’s restaurant. Perfect location west of 41. Centrally located to downtown Naples.

There for HOGFISH restaurant. Super great food. Sorry it was hot HOT inside. The Resort appeared clean and well maintained. Attendant explained that they are dramatically busy during winter season by many snow birds. Quoted pricing appeared very Naples ($$$).

12 years have passed since the last time I was there and a lot has changed but for the worse, as you can see in the photos I uploaded. Although it is true that they are remodeling some rooms, the service is still bad, my friend and I rented the same day since we went with the family and she got a renovated room which the shower heater did not work, she reported several times and when we left the hotel it was still the same, needless to say that she got sick, and if you need room service they charge you for changing towels or putting more shampoo in your room because what they put is not enough, I will definitely not return.

Arrived on Friday November 10 th, left November 18 th, Mandy from vascasa, was our host, she was absolutely the best host ever, she responded to our every need immediately, no wating , I texted her with a few questions and she replied in a couple of minutes , very clean condo, up to date, nice view, we could not b happier. Thanks Mandy, we’ll b back.

I've never stayed here before but the place is absolutely nice they've improved a whole heck of a lot I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful outdoor space which includes a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, bridges with water and barbecues. The restaurant serves excellent food and has a happy hour. The suite that I stayed in is privately owned. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

We come every year and always enjoy our stay. The grounds are beautiful. There are pathways through lush gardens and over bridges to enjoy nature and get exercise. The pool is large and warm with water fall and stream bubbling around it. There are plenty of lounge chairs and both sunny and shady areas. There is a hot tub but it's been out of commission since at least 2019. I don't know if they are planning on fixing it. There's a picnic area with very nice gas grills for guests' use. There's also a restaurant with good food and atmosphere. We never have an issue finding a parking spot. The condos are well laid out with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of storage. The best part of the condos are the screened in porches!

Could be a nature preserve as we've seen lizards, birds and turtles every day.

got to stay in this property for the past four days ( 1st week of December) . . We had a two bedroom apartment in the third floor with balcony facing creek inside. . Property on one side is constantly being updated. So there is a bit of noise in the morning. . Overall it is a very nice location. They also have a restaurant inside near the pool section.

Great stay at a very interestingly unusual property - We would return. When you pull up outside to check-in you may think from the pictures you saw online that you are at the wrong place. The exterior of the condo community does not communicate the peaceful environment contained within. Our two bedroom condo was clean and ready for us. The interior of Park Shore is delightful with water, wildlife, restaurant and pool. Attractive well maintained landscapes and waterfalls to walk amongst as you traverse the property. The restaurant Hogfish Harry's is awesome and is crowded every night. The pool backdrop and lighting is welcoming and calming. This is an older property but everything was well maintained and we would return. Our host checked in with us a few times to make sure we were happy with the accommodations. We would stay here again.

Hogfish Harry's... all I can say is OMG YUMMMMM!!! We just went there because a local told us about the restaurant at the hotel. It's a must stop every time we go through now!

You can't beat the Parkshore resort for location, convenience and value. We've stayed here a few times with my parents through the years and most notably stopped in this year. The pool is great and always plenty warm! You're just a short walk to the beautiful sand of one of Naples many beaches. Publix and several restaurants are quite close as well.

A perfect place for a family fun getaway, Hogfish Harry's the onsite restaurant is wonderful and it's on an island with valet... And The beautiful courtyard complete with ponds bridges wildlife walking paths with places to sit and enjoy the waterfall.

Very cool, there is a moat with all kinds of birds, ducks, and turtles. Inside the moat is an island that has a pool, spa, and restaurant/bar. The room service comes every 3 days and cleans the room. I would definitely recommend Park Shore Resort for a long stay or a vacation.

You would never know it's there. Location is set behind a plaza off of 41. It is quiet and peaceful if you're looking for relaxation. Room/condo is well equipped with all the essentials. Room was very clean, nice clean scent. Service, staff is great. Although resort is not on the beach, beaches are nearby. Considering this is a Sunstream resort, I expected more. Resort is outdated, rooms are outdated. Not what I expected based on the rate. I asked for a room in a quiet part of the resort and it was provided. However there was construction in the room next to ours! Not quiet. I would recommend Parkshore in Naples if being on the beach is not important and you would like the comfort and convenience of a condo home type room.
