Very nice place, great ambiance, the owner is a true Italian who appreciates family cooking. The owner Mino offered our kids free gelato while we were waiting for our table. I did go visit the men’s room and while it was updated, I did manage to clog the bathroom. I suffer from IBS and I apologize for that. Pizza was crunchy and the presentation was “Bellissima”, see photo attached. Our server was quite busy but let us visit the kitchen anyways. Although we did see a lot of Italian food in cans, I am impressed with this restaurant. Everything feels fresh. Mino, thank you for your hospitality and it was great meeting your mother, she really knows how to help you run the place. By far the best Greek olive oil in town!

Simply the best Italian in Naples. Don't listen to anyone who tries to steer you to another Italian joint... they don't know what they're talking about. 5th Avenue in Naples is filled with them and they're just plain and simple not as good as this place. If you want an education on Italian food and wine follow Mino on Instagram. The chef posts weekly videos on his pizza and pasta specials. Those quick two minute videos are almost as good as his food. @mino_fl

Everything good but... First, nice introduction from wait staff and a nice vibe to Mino. I ordered the Enrico pizza and it arrived and looked and tasted wonderful, except for the onions. I like them generally but who thought very large slices in abundance was a good idea? I ate about half before giving up and my photos show what was left. But, you can tell when a restaurant cares and when they have "it" and I will return (minus the onions).

Again, the attitude of the staff and owners of this place is beyond belief. Too many of these incidents there--we are DONE. I ordered a Caesar salad with anchovies, tasted the salad, looked through it ... obviously no anchovies. I told the server they forgot them. She took it away and when she came back said that I had eaten half the salad and ate the anchovies! What? I took ONE bite and I would obviously KNOW if there was an anchovy in it! What motivation could I possibly have to lie? When employees feel they can act and treat patrons that way, it speaks to the attitude of the owners which trickles down. These owners are not good role models and are doing a disservice to their young, impressionable employees. This place has its own little set of rules (we won’t cut your pizza), and no regard for customer service. It is not a place you want to go....there are too many great restaurants in Naples with owners who treat customers with respect, dignity and appreciate your business. The owners' response to my review is typical.....look at all of his horrible, nasty responses to many other complaints. They have demonstrated who they are.....there is no accountability for the one simple mistake made by the kitchen that could have so easily been corrected without the nasty comments made to me. And the owner called me entitled??? Moron??? He has no idea who I am or anything about me. Calling women names? Donald Trump is probably his man-crush. Yes, I consider myself a conservative, but there is no place in society for this type of name-calling and behavior. Really sad that these people believe this is acceptable. Good-bye to the negative vibes at Mino's!!!!!

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO READ THE RESPONSES FROM THE OWNER ON OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE CHOOSING TO DINE HERE. DISTASTEFUL. I wouldn’t bother. There are plenty of other good restaurants in Naples and even better Italian restaurants in the area. The service couldn’t have been slower. I’m normally very understanding about this matter, but my experience was unacceptable. Sadly the management was unapologetic. The good news is that Naples has so many other places to offer! I encourage everyone to try elsewhere!

Always have a wonderful experience here! Waiter Sammie is super nice and very happy to help. Love the authentic Italian eats. It always hits the spot. Any dish you decide on, you'll enjoy! Marco has an awesome place and has done such a yummy job with the dishes he serves. This time we had waitress Theresa. She's awesome! Food is delicious, always!! We ate Margherita pizza, spaghetti with tomato sauce and spaghetti with meat sauce this time around. Drank some yummy wine and had such a good time!! Thanks Marco for the delicious food, drinks and great atmosphere.

Very interesting place. Quite popular and fills up with patrons quickly. Food was good, though I didn't think it was "exceptional " even though those who recommended the place raved about it. Also, the menu is the MENU- NO EXCEPTIONS. Wanted to add mushrooms, meatballs, sausage- NO! How about butter for the bread-- NO! Since they prepare each dish as you order it, I would think a few add ons wouldn't be a problem. Pasta dishes averaged $23 , so a little higher than average Italian, but ,again, decent food. Try it.

Everything was excellent!!! Amazing appetizers and the pasta was fresh and delicious. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and recommended good drinks. We live in Ohio and try to come whenever we are in Naples visiting family. I can’t wait to come back. I would love to meet the owner next time in person to tell him what a good job he has done with the restaurant.

We make a special trip every year to Naples, FL .... yes, just to eat here. The simplicity of the food, the authentic taste of Italy in every bite, and the anticipation of enjoying a couple hours of family time at Mino restaurant... it's worth it (and if we get to see Mino himself - yay)!

We ate outside so unless you enjoy jets overhead every 5 min eat inside. Didn’t help that people are allowed to smoke on the deck. Our server was kind but we waited over an hour in between our salads and main course and we were told repeatedly our meals are on the way. The server told us a party of 10 came in. Your problem should not become our problem. The delay was so extreme you should have found a way to make things better for your customers. It was ridiculous! Server or manager or owner should have offered us a glass of wine or to comp one or all meals or offer a free dessert. Poor customer service. They didn’t care. Very concerning that our cc receipt shows it was swiped at “8pm” when in fact we were still waiting for our food at 8pm as we were laughing and timing how much longer it would take. So NO, we didn’t order at 7 and check out at 8.

We always had an incredible experience at Mino. They have one of our favorite pizza and calamari appetizers. We also loved the pasta dishes. The service is amazing. We had amazing experiences here. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves delicious pizzas and Italian food.

This my favorite restaurant in Naples. I always have the best time. I would eat here everyday if I could. The pizza and pasta are made with care with quality ingredients. Comparable to places I've tried in New York & Italy.

The service was by far the best we got in the USA, thanks to a blond lady. The food was good but we did go back because of the relaxed service. Well done management!

The best authentic Italian food I have had. The Calamari was so light and full of Flavor. The pizza was unbelievably delicious, home made sauce. Definitely a great restaurant that is a Favorite ❤️

Drove from Marco Island with two of my friends which one is a restaurateur. Massimo, the owner, is a perfectionist!! I wanted to meet him because I loved the responses from him as an owner.This is a person who is totally passionate about his food and restaurant. We started with a Margarita pizza which was not cut as it should be served. People that complain that it should be cut before serving it to the table do not understand this master and his craft!!. Outstanding!!! I felt we were in Naples again!! Then we had the calamari special which was so unique and off the charts. The pasta dishes were all unique and were amazing. My only disappointment was the fact that our wives were not with us tonight to join us in this most memorable dining experience. Bravo Massimo!!

The first time experiencing real Italian food in America. I’m from Europe so I know it better than any American. Very delicious and friendly. Wow!

First time dining at Minos today. Wow, loved the traditional Italian meal with homemade pasta. Everything was very good, the pasta, the salad and the Chianti. Brian was a wonderful server, personal and attentive in every way. We will be back!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at MINO, and we highly recommend it to anyone who loves delicious Italian food! The pizza was out of this world - the crust was crispy and absolutely perfect. We also loved the pasta dishes, which were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The appetizers were some of the best we've ever had, and we especially enjoyed the mojitos and margaritas. But what really made our experience special was the service. Brian, our server, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our meal. He made our evening truly memorable. Overall, we give MINO a perfect 10 out of 10 - this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and excellent service!

Mino’s is an all around wonderful establishment. Such a beautiful restaurant! The people are delightful, food is fresh and delicious, and the pizza cook, Cletus, is soooo handsome and talented too!

Hark what a place! Scottie and Jake are scholars and gentleman. The food: superb and divine I am transported back to the canals of Venice. The water: clean and crisp like It was just taken from a spring in the alps. The atmosphere: could live there. 1000/10 get the sangria with your meal

Homemade pasta, I had pesto and my daughter had meat sauce, both excellent ! The pizza my wife and other daughter shared was also very tasty. Best food we had in Naples, and it's not on the 5th ! Sure, the ambiance might not be as nice as the places on the 5th but if food quality is what you're after then this is it !

OMGOSH This place is AMAZING. The pasta was the best real Italian pasta I've had. It is home made and you can taste it!The portions are so big i shared with a friend because I could not eat it all. And the pizza 🍕 was real Italian. Very nice server's and quaint cozy place inside Totally recommend it!!!

I read all the reviews (good and bad) before going and heard the food was amazing. Went for my Birthday looking for a REAL Italian meal. I’m really happy I found one. The service was GREAT and the food was EVERYTHING I hoped it would be. I definitely give two thumbs up!! ❤️🥰🍷
