To start this place doesn't go beyond routine cakes. I wanted to order a birthday cake with cannoli cream filling and fresh raspberries they said they don't make cannoli cream, I saw in another post a customer wanted a confetti cake also not something they do, I really wasn't offered many options other then custard or whipped cream. I ordered the cake three weeks in advance and opted for white cake and fresh cream with fresh raspberries. A few days later, I called to change fresh cream filling to vanilla custard, and that's all I changed. My friend picked up the cake for me, I boasted to our guests how great this cake would be with the raspberries and custard. We cut into it, and there wasn't a single raspberry This cake cost almost $70 and was not what I ordered, we called to ask what happened, and they blamed the change, saying I told them custard and no fruit. Thats not true. I expect I paid a premium for fresh fruit. The cake itself was fresh and good quality but nowhere near worth the price all we got was a we're sorry. If anyone finds the need to overpay by almost 2.5 - 3x on a cake, just be sure you double/triple check your order before you pick it up. Otherwise, you'll be disappointed when you serve it. I suggest you look around for better options, for all the raves of this bakery what you get is a basic, basic, basic cake with a Third Ave Naples price tag.

We stopped here heading out of Naples for bakery items. Small selection, prices were expensive. I did get a snowball which, I was told is a best selling item. Really good, not heavy at all. Customer service was not the best, they seem to serve a wealthier clientele. Would I return? Probably not unless I was coming back for the snowball cupcake.

At the very first day of our vacation we visited this place for breakfast . It was perfect .Very close to our condo. Got double espresso and quiche. Fresh and tasty.

I have never had such poor customer service in an establishment. I attempted to order a cake and at first got the run around from the servers at the counter. Finally one took my order only to be told ordering a cake four days in advance was not sufficient and the baker was refusing my order!! They never even offered me any other options except to order a cake I did not want!!! I am amazed that business is so good you can treat a paying customer like that. I have learned with so many options available my business is better appreciated else where. Thank you for such poor customer service. When in Naples purchase your desserts elsewhere. This is in response to you. I was never offered anything other than we don’t make funfetti here. But the baker would try to make it like one. I never spoke with the baker. I definitely would have ordered a funfetti cake however it was never offered. So perhaps the baker should have come to speak with me to see what could have been done. I feel as with many places customer service is non existent. But kudos to you for supporting your help.

Rob went above and beyond at the end of the evening. He gave top notch service and was very friendly with a wonderful attitude. Drinks at the bar were delicious and even got some desserts to go. Go to Tony’s off Third! You won’t be disappointed.

The bakery is great however, the bar area outside leaves a lot to be desired. The bartenders are rude, and do not seem motivated to want to work. If you are hosting a private party there or have a lot of money, you tend to get more attention.

Attractive area to sit outside at tables. The bakery is divine! Croissants and coffee are delicious! Cakes and individual desserts are good too. Pretty fountain and now a huge Christmas tree too. Can't go wrong with this one! Also have an outside bar with seating. Casual dress. Not far from the beach.

Wonder where you can find old timers enjoying their coffee ? you will find them here ! Not far from the beach have a coffee and wine on outside bar sometimes with live music and in the shade. You need a wine ask for Suki she is most likely underestimated wine library :-) Enjoy

If you are craving some delicious pastries come to Tony’s Off Third in downtown Naples. It’s pastries are baked daily and open 7 days a week. They also have an outside bar with family seating to enjoy your relaxation. If you are looking for wine they have a vast selection inside as well. Don’t miss out on this place!!!

Great selection. Latte was quality. But to make customer microwave their own food is like going to a gas station. $9 to have to microwave our own food is not worth the cost!

Clifford makes the best cake. He made our wedding cake and now my baby shower cake. Hands down the best cakes I have ever eaten. I highly recommend Clifford with his beautiful cake making skills and amazing tasting cake. Even after freezing our wedding cake for a year when we ate it on our 1st year anniversary it was just like eating it the day of our wedding absolutely delicious!!

Holy. Moly. We had the key lime tart today and it was fantastic. This place is a treasure!

Great local coffee shop and the desserts here are to die for. Also the mixed berry scone for breakfast is one of the best I have ever had.

Great selection of wine and pastries as well. They also have a selection of other stuff as well. The chicken grape salad is one of my favorites along with the cinnamon buns they have fresh in the morning along with some coffee. Everything is a must try and the staff are amazing.

Amazing quiche, great desserts, the wine selection is on point and they have full meals for you to take home and heat up.

Definitely a must-stop on your trip. Alligator nuggets were excellent and juicy. Staff were very friendly and informative about the region. They even showed us the alligator that hangs out in the swamp out back. 🐊 😃

I’ve been coming to this shop for years and I always get a Cafe Mocha which I always thought was AMAZING. But for the last few months something changed because although it is still a good drink, it is no longer the same. I think it has to do with the way the milk is heated since it does not have the texture and creaminess of before. A shame because for years I have been coming here just to drink this coffee, I don’t live close. I hope the manager reads this review so they can make the mocha as good as they used to. Staff is always friendly!

Very nice place for desserts and coffee in a quick service setting. Had delicious carrot cake and mocha, carried out to outdoor seating on patio.

The wine selection was decent; certainly not the place to go for the lowest prices.

This is a nice place to come and have a bite and read, catch up with friends over pastries or have a nice tranquil conversation. I came for dessert and coffee. The flourless chocolate cake was spectacular and rich in chocolate! As a chocolate lover, I would suggest this cake. The cortadito I asked for was weak and it was more like a tall weak café con leche but I was happy with the cake.

Skip Starbucks and head to Tony's. Regular coffee is available but I tried the honey lavender special and I am in love! ... get your valentines treats or just fresh baked goodies here and you will not be disappointed! Great staff all around so service is always on point!!
