Not impressed but disappointed. Located on the 5th Ave and NO effort put in what so ever, absolutely not acceptable. No difference between regular IHOP. They don’t value quality. Breakfast burrito was soggy, avocado toast was not tasty. Eggs from Walmart. Nothing authentic found in this cafe. I won’t come back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My community bike club has been visiting this COFFEESHOP as a nice break/turnaround location for years. Today our group of 7 spent 25 minutes or so there at two adjacent outside tables between 11- 11:45 -- with multiple open tables constantly available during our visit. Four of our group went inside to get group's drinks and multiple baked goods to share. The wait staff were nice enough but it was before noon and already 4 of the 6 muffin flavors were sold out. Then as our group was sitting drinking/eating/socializing (with one person STILL INSIDE purchasing food) the (new?) manager (owner?) stopped at our table and hassled us because not everyone had individually ordered something!! All the while with several tables sitting empty. He said if we're not going to each order something than we should go somewhere else -- and specifically mentioned Starbucks. Someone being rude once I can overlook because we all deal with stress and have bad days. But he made a point to come by again 10 minutes later as we were finishing and clearing our tables -- to hassle us again for not ordering enough and saying we should go to Starbucks in the future. So... OK. Those present will pass the word to the 50+ well-off retirees in our community cycling club that we should find new places in Naples to give our $ to. At least until we hear that manager is gone or until we hear that 5th Ave Coffee again welcomes small groups that aren't ordering meals.

The service is always great. The workers are sweet and helpful when you are making your selection. I crave the homemade bakery, so we are sure to stop here at least once every year when we visit. Enjoying our delicious coffee and breakfast is even more enjoyable when you can people watch at the outdoor seating.

One plain bagel with no cream cheese is $4 freaking dollars. A can of Diet Coke, 12 oz., is $2.73. Highway robbery. The pandemic has given every retailer the balls to double all of their prices. This is a vacation.. But a 35 pack of Diet Coke at costco is $15. Less than 50 cents a can. It’s cheaper, much cheaper to stay at home and let these retailers starve to death. I don’t think anybody comes to Naples for a discount. This place is proof.

Cute place to grab a coffee and sit al-fresco. I like the turkey club, my family likes the stuffed tomato. The coffee is good, no fountain drinks only cans. No table service. Which does take a minute to get you food delivered to your table. Overall one of my favorite naples food locations and i have been many times.

If you are looking for great atmosphere, a locals hangout, family owned and operated business, delicious food and reasonable prices, this is your restaurant. Dog friendly and people friendly. I am a frequent visitor and the people that work here have been with this family for years, It is always a good sign. Don't forget to leave a good tip and say "thank you". These are hard working people

To be honest this place shouldn't even exist on this nice street ! It's such a cute location it's a shame food is not on par. I asked for avocado toast with scrambled eggs. First they forgot to put my order in, so after some wait I had to go look for it. Then once I got it the avocado was not fresh, just one of the guacamole from supermarket from fridge area, no good. My wife ordered chocolate croissant which had barely any chocolate and tasted like a roll not croissant, probably also from a supermarket. For the area this place is simply not.good enough. One.positive the coffee wasn't too bad.

Nothing fancy, but decent lil breakfast stop. The building is pretty funky, needs some work and cleaning.

Visited here many times, but before I began writing reviews. This time my wife and I were looking for a quick bite to eat so we popped in for a breakfast sandwich. We both ordered egg, cheese and bacon. She had the everything bagel while I went classic and chose an english muffin. The whole sandwich was good and price was reasonable. My wife had an iced coffee which she said was really good. However, the best part of the meal was the cranberry muffin top. If was huge, light, and full of flavor. They have a variety of pastries to choose from along with breakfast sandwiches, wraps and paninis. Indoor and outdoor dining adds to the ambiance and the staff was very friendly. Next time I visit I am definitely trying the tomato stuffed with egg and avocado. The family at the adjoining table was splitting it and it looked amazing.

Very welcoming! Loved the food, the coffee, and there was plenty of outdoor seating. Nice that one could help themselves to a cold water from the water cooler!

Ordered take out. It was cold! And their version of Cuban coffee is espresso. It literally curdled the milk when I added it. GROSS!!!

Ordered a diet coke and a turkey club for $15.73. The turkey club was good, but it took 20 minutes to prepare it. How does it take that long to assemble a sandwich? When I went up to inquire about it, a man was saying they are "making a lot of turkey clubs." Haha. What a joke! My friends, who ordered at the same time as me got a philly cheesesteak quicker. Great location and easily accessible. Not worth the price and average food and bad service.

A casual brunch experience at this corner cafe. The staff members were kind but seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The food is over priced with the quality no better than a 3 star diner. Although the outdoor dining atmosphere is beautiful under the white umbrellas and poinciana trees, I couldn't fully enjoy my meal without the little birds swarming the tables to eat anything they can grab. I had to constantly shoo them away.

Always love this spot - it’s a great central location in Old Naples with lots of outdoor seating. Perfect for coffee + people-watching. Service can be slow when a certain employee is working (he seems to not know exactly how the register works and picks fights with younger employees) but all of the younger are SO wonderful and kind!

First, I want to say I never complain or write negative reviews. However, this experience was note worthy. My daughter and I ordered avocado toast with an egg over easy plus tomatoes. The first time the order came out there were 3 slices of avocado inside two pieces of bread. No eggs no tomatoes. We asked if they could please add the over easy eggs and tomato. The plates came back with scrambled eggs. We again asked if they could add an over easy egg. They came back the third time with over eggs however, they were rubbery and cooked hard. 😞 We look toward to coming to this restaurant every time we are Naples. It may have been a new chef or the way the cashier put it into the computer not really sure. The food runner couldn’t have been nicer and kept apologizing. It was not her fault. Needless to say I’m not sure we would return.

Hands down one of the best top 3 spots, possibly number one, for breakfast in all of Naples. Food is always amazing and spot on. Staff and service is fantastic. And number one, the location and outdoor seating are the perfect setting for breakfast.

Very cool little spot -centrally located in old Naples. Outdoor seating with street lined trees littered with Spanish moss. Good coffee and the cinnamon roll was on point.

Good food selections, unique styles, very reasonable price compared to other places. Grilled chicken was moist and flavorful. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee drinks were great!

Great location, delicious food, friendly service! 5th Avenue Coffee Co. is a landmark that we visit every time we come to Naples. It's centrally located and perfect for people watching. Everything they make is super-tasty. Our favorites include the chicken orange wrap with steak fries and the smoked salmon bagel (pictured). The service is quick, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed breakfast on a Sunday morning with my husband. The food was good and the customer service was quick. The atmosphere was very loud and busy at the time we were there. I would recommend sitting in the back or outside if possible. It wad great and I would return.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly restaurant, this is the place! About $45 for lunch for 3 people (with drinks), and the food is great. There’s always people hanging out around this place, so you know it’s good!

The food was pretty great. I got a vegetarian breakfast burrito that was full and very hot/fresh. The coffee is probably okay for most people, but I prefer when no size options are given for 'standard' espresso drinks as by definition they are a certain size. I ordered a 'small' cappuccino and was served a drink in a 16oz cup that was very milky. A capp should be about 5oz and a latte should be around 8oz.

The food is good and prices are good and affordable, especially in this neighborhood. Loved their iced mocha and chai latte. The staff was very nice and the other guests were a nice mixture of different clientele. Definitely can recommend

The perfect spot for a coffee and croissant during a morning or afternoon walk. Just love coming here when the poincianas are blooming and listening to everyone enjoying their family in town during season. Also love that there’s several bike spots!

This is one of the best coffee shops I have ever been to. There coffee is perfect; from the Cuban coffee to the frappes to lattes. Their bakery items are made fresh but you have to get there a little early in case they get sold out. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. We definitely will be coming back.

Be real…guacamole toast not avocado toast. While the place has fresh most everything they plopped cold guacamole out of the fridge on my toast. Shame.

Great for both group and solo diners while enjoying the delicious food and coffee. Perfect for people watching or to get some laptop work done with plenty of outdoor tables. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helped me with wifi.
