I wanted to take my sister out for her birthday and made reservations for another restaurant off of 5th ave. It was a Friday night and we called the other restaurant to inform them of us running late. We arrived 5 minutes after our original reservation and they refused to seat us. It wasn’t even crowded. My sister and I crossed the street and walked up to the beautiful hostess and explained that we wanted to celebrate her birthday. It was packed inside Caffe’ Milano. They accommodated us RIGHT AWAY. The service , the atmosphere and the food was top notch!! We enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to go back

From the young gentleman that greeted us at the door (and complemented my hair I’m sure he knows flattery is everything!) haha to our server who had such a great personality! Everything came out quickly & was great! Great place on fifth Ave for a family dinner!

Great Italian restaurant in downtown Naples. Perfect place to go on a balmy evening. Grab an outdoor table and enjoy the 5th Avenue surroundings. The food is authentic, homemade and excellent. I tried the gnocchi, it was spectacular. The gnocchi was identical to what I had in Rome. The service is also top notch, providing a wonderful dining experience. Aside from the gnocchi, we also tried the caprese, beef carpaccio, chicken parmigiana and spaghetti carbonara... all perfect. Highly recommended.

We have visited Caffè Milano several times this past month and it’s our new favorite place! First visit was a birthday dinner (comfortable round table) our appetizers were delicious and came out quickly. Our meals were all cooked to perfection. Our filet was delicious and cooked to temperature. Our server Vladimir deserves a big shout out for being attentive, explaining the specials of the evening and being so friendly and professional! Our next visit was for Happy Hour and we sat at the bar. Bamboo was our server/bartender and was so pleasant to talk with. We had the Combo Meat & Cheese platter. The meat were shaved thin and very fresh married with an assortment of cheese and olives and pickled onions. The warm fresh baked bread is amazing. We also shared an order of Meatballs the literally melted in your mouth. They are served with a homemade red sauce seasoned perfectly! Drinks and wine were delicious and served promptly. Our most recent visit was the night of the Naples Christmas Parade and even though they were VERY busy, the staff was as friendly as ever and appetizers at the bar were just as delicious as previous visits. We met a new bartender Massimiiano from Italy and Ava from Boston. Both quick and courteous and true professionals who make you feel at home. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Enjoyable, very Euro feel. Great food, probably the best Gnocchi we have ever eaten. Our waiter was from Milano which definitely added to the experience.

First time at Cafe Milano. We had a great table outside on the Avenue, wonderful service by Miguel. Food was excellent and chef allowed special orders and menu variations. Drinks were excellent, especially the martinis. Will visit many more times! Thank you Cafe Milano!

Great options including happy hour! Must try the Sicilian seared Tuna with Eggplant caponata. The warm kale salad is different. Most of the staff are nice lol but some are extremely rude.

Tried this place for the first time and it was outstanding. Miguel was our server and very professional and was super cool. Will defiantly visit here again. The octopus and gnocchi were my favorites!

They treated us and our dog amazingly !!! They allow dogs inside as long as they are friendly and small, bigger dogs are allowed to sit outdoors (both inside and outdoor seating is super picture - worthy and comfortable). Our waitress was the best! I wish I could have gotten her name but she helped me find my wallet that I had left by accident and took the time to explain the menu to us. The food was spectacular and I highly recommend Caffé Milano!

We picked this place for dinner with a group of friends and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious & the atmosphere was very pleasant. Our server Ivan was courteous, knowledgeable with the menu & had a great sense of humor. For an appetizer we ordered the Bruschetta Milano as well as the Burrata Caprese and they were both delicious. Unfortunately, we didn't picture all of our dishes but the Ravioli Burrata was a perfect combination of flavors and the Cannoli was a perfect treat for dessert! Definitely recommend 10/10 ⭐

So glad we were able to get a table on a busy night at Caffe Milano. Our party of four was seated quickly and our server was the best. We went with the Gnocchi Sorrentina, Lasagna Tradizionale, Spaghetti with Meatballs and the Ravioli Burrata. Everything was amazing and the quality was the best. Will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Naples!

This is a spectacular place. We went here 8 years ago and it was so good back then we went back for tonight. It did not disappoint. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is so beautiful. The food is so delicious: the salad was crisp and fresh, gnocchi is handmade and heart warming and the bread is fresh and warmed. Could not recommend this place enough for a wonderful time in Naples.

The service was fantastic with Miguel he was full of joy and made sure everyone was happy. Top notch man. Food was good as well but not insane. Price was fitting of quality. Happy hour is well worth it. Pappardelle and chicken parm are very good and a favorite. Burger was also very filling and quite good.

We have always had excellent food and service at this restaurant and tonight was no different. We decided to try the happy hour menu and the Burrata tomato salad was outstanding! The chicken Parmesan was delicious and enough to split. We tried the gelato for dessert and it did not disappoint. They also have delicious bread! Our favorite place to eat on 5th Ave!

Looking for a great Italian spot that won't break the bank. The warm, crusty bread is served with olive oil. The casual atmosphere is perfect for a date night or family dinner. The chicken Parmesan is the star of the menu - perfectly cooked with flavorful marinara sauce and melted cheese, served with al dente homemade pasta. You won't leave hungry. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. Overall, it's a great value for the quality of food and experience you'll have. Highly recommended.

Had the pleasure of visiting this establishment on Friday March 10th and it was a pleasure. The food was great and so were the drinks. I ordered the chicken parm and a glass of sangria. The service was wonderful, food was good and pricing was on point. I will definitely return the next time I’m in Naples!

Accommodating with reservation. Location of the restaurant is convenient. Most importantly, food was amazing. Best lamb shank I've had so far. My kids finished their plates within minutes.

We came on Thursday for happy hour. Meatballs, Caesar salad, Spaghetti Carbonara, Chicken Parmigiana and tiramisu are our favorite!! Carbonara is so oily and creamy we absolutely love it! And the tiramisu is so special, creamy and just right amount of sweetness. Everything we got is 50% off but big portion, such a great deal for happy hour, staff are friendly too, we will def come back!

What an amazing restaurant! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out you’re getting an excellent service. Our server Anthony was amazing. He made our family laugh, cheer and enjoy his personality. The food was amazing very authentic. The whole environment is as if you were in Italy! They also surprised my mother in law with a huge candle show for her birthday and that was just the cherry on top! I recommend this place as it’s very much for a family get together or special occasion. Its worth every dollar and every moment!

Beautiful restaurant on 5th for a quick bite while doing some shopping. Restaurant also had bottomless mimosas for $25/person. I had the lobster roll which was mediocre. The fries that came with the Cuban sandwich was really good. Beet salad was extremely small because it was paper thin slices, and had about 6-7 slices for the entire salad. Flavor was good, which is why I would’ve enjoyed a bigger portion.

Caffe Milano, Excellent restaurant. My girlfriend and I went on vacation to Naples and walking down 5th avenue we found this magnificent place. I have to highlight how cozy its interior is , its fast service , its varied and fresh menu . We were served by Nick Jiménez who did not neglect the table at any time. But the biggest surprise was yet to come, the dessert, Our Tiramisu with an impeccable plating and incredible flavor with its mascarpone cream, my girlfriend and I still remember it. Ceffe Milano has become for us one of the places to visit again in the future. Thank you Nick for your attention and your great work.

We loved Milano Cafe! The food was great and our waiter Nik was on point! Super attentive and friendly would go back for both those reasons! The Cesar salad there is my new favorite! Thank you Nik for making it a fantastic experience!

We loved this place, the food is amazing, the salads, the risottos, the desserts 😋 etc. Only problem was when we first went for dinner, we sat down and they forgot about us for about 30 mins. There was a mixed up and no waiter was assigned to our table, the manager came apologized and made it right by giving us free dessert. But food was so good, we came back for brunch the next day. The portions are also big and could be shared.

Came across Caffé Milano by accident because it started to rain and we couldn’t have been happier we ended up eating here. The food was great and our server Nick was excellent. The food came out quickly and waters were refilled quickly. Additionally, the happy hour was one of the best I have seen. We paid $5 for each drink we ordered and got 50% off on all our meals. All in all one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve had in Florida. Thanks Nick for an all around great experience!

They have a great happy hour but house drinks aren't included in the deal. The seafood risotto and meatball were very good but chicken parm a little bland. Proportions were really big for happy hour prices, absolutely worth it. The place is lovely too. They have a good selection of wines as well. I'd recommend getting there early as the bar tends to get very busy.

This was our first time to Naples (5/4/22) and we were excited to try this restaurant based on the great reviews. We sat in their cute outdoor area and our waiter was friendly and attentive at first, but that seemed to change as soon as we ordered an entree to share although we got an appetizer and multiple drinks to start with. After that, the service was far from great - it took forever just to order another drink and he seemed annoyed when we asked questions about items on the menu. Another downside was that once the check was processed in our bank account, a couple of extra dollars were added on to the tip that we DID NOT authorize and that really rubbed us the wrong way… On the bright side, the lasagna was delicious but next time we visit Naples, we more than likely won’t be back to this restaurant.
