Very clean but no organisation. I will specifically comment on my experience at gate B12 which is next no B13, 14 and 15 so the same chaos for 4gates. The security control for identity is next to the gate, there was only on person verifying your documents and the line was infinite. After you pass the check, there is NO WAY BACK to any lounge area and so you are blocked in a small place with almost no chairs, or if they are they cannot be used, no shops, even the machine for drinks did not work and I am not sure how you are supposed to go to the toilet. It is unbelievable that you do not even have room to stand up, let alone on a chair… 0 respect for the people waiting for their flight…

I had a very good experience when I landed here, very fast and well organized bus. While departing from here was very smooth, almost no line at security checks, decent lounge area. I give 4 stars cause I think they can improve the connection from the airport to the city center: we need a subway.

What a mess of an airport. 3 of 4 elevators are out of order which is horrible if you are traveling with a stroller and a little kid. Barely anyone speaks English. The most information and announcements are only available in English. The boarding areas are over crowded. There is barely any space for people with children. No kids area but a smoking area on every deck. Only 2 stars because of family lane.

Poorly run airport. Nothing is open until around 5am including duty free. A few of us were waiting to claim tax refund as the counter, tried phoning the staff multiple times and ended having to leave for our flights as no one would answer the phone or turn up at the tax refund desk. Security queues weren’t well managed either. Also had quite a few flights all scheduled for the same departure time, which of course led to us departing much later than planned..

A nice airport. We had a great experience. Arrivals are easy. We found the bus to the city center with no problem. At departure, security was fast and efficient. The waiting areas were plenty with a lot of restaurants and shops. The airport was very clean. The people at the Information Counter were very helpful. We really enjoyed our visit to Naples. It’s not in the greatest conditions in terms of the building and infrastructure, however it does its job. Typical to all Italian airports, once you pass the passport control there’s nothing. Naples Airport The Naples International Airport is a bit small for the number of passengers it serves but has an efficient system. It can use more bathrooms especially in the arrival area. For the arrival area, you can see the taxi and pick up areas to the right as you come out. For the departure area, It can get a bit busy and chaotic as you come in. It helped that we got in 2.75 hours before our departure. The line for our airline check-in counter was very long. The security check area is on the 2nd floor, just the floor above the check-in counter. ALL the liquid soap dispensers in the men’s restroom/water closet (WC) at the time of this writing were empty. There were a lot of passengers but it moved quite quickly. We only needed to scan our boarding pass (not passport) to get through. There were plenty of sitting areas and cafès after security check. For international flights like ours, our passports were checked at our gate. We had to ascend a few flights of stairs to get in to the aircraft with our carry-on luggage.

Experienced really fast passport control for non-EU people. If you need a taxi better to wait in a queue with everyone and get an official one. Be careful not to get into sketchy taxi drivers roaming around in front of the exit of the airport as they will charge you much more and who knows where they will get you to. Would recommend to change into one layer of clothes like shorts and t-shirt before exiting the plane, because it's really hot in summer, even if you arrive at night. Enjoy your stay!

Have a morning flight tmr so we’ve decided to wait at the airport as it’s very hard to find transportation during midnight. We did realised there’s an operating hour for the airport but we didn’t expect them to actually make all of us(I would say most of us are tourists) to stay outside of the airport at the midnight. I understand that it’s not the operating hour of the airport but if the government thinks that it’s a good idea to leave the tourist outside of the airport while the city is rated one of the most dangerous city of italy, bravo then, good job for having such a nice facility and management. There was also a group of Policemen and army around 10pm and they left on 11pm. Right now there’s a bunch of us resting on the roadside of the airport. Definitely the worst airport I’ve ever visited it’s crazy how they would make all the people leave the airport especially when they know we all have a early morning flight the second day.

It can be improved a lot. They close the airport at night but it was possible to stay/sleep on the floor of the arrivals terminal. The departure terminal was closed when we arrived around midnight. We took the place on the left side of the information desk and it was relatively less noisy and ok to sleep a bit. In any case it's a better place to be than the train station. It's hard to find a working socket to charge phone in the departure terminal.

It is a small airport, we had no problem during landing.. Navigation is not so straightforward as expected, we used common sense and followed crowds (e.g. when entered the airport we did not know where is security..) Only after we started to follow people, we found small navigation points to security, then again it disappeared and we guessed.. Coming to security line we did not find any containers where we could get rid of liquids. We had to drank 1 liter because we did not want our precious bottle to be discarded. Line and the process were fast and efficient. There is Alibus connecting center with airport for 5 eur (Jan 2023). Again clear navigation to the bus was missing.. In what world kiosks do immigration check which was also confirm by UK immigration helpline that was not their resposability to carry such check. I was denied boarding and I am currently stack in Naples. There is not Airport customer service on site. I called the plane company and I was told that is an airport issues and I was given a phone number that I try calling for two days but every time the call drops after two hours waiting to speak with someone. This is a dreadful experience and if and when I will manage to get back home I will have a mile long lawsuit against this airport.

The airport is ok, we could quickly go thru security. It could use some improvement in the cleanliness department and could also use more places to charge things! We could not charge our devices anywhere because they were all full

Very inefficient and confusing airport. Very few toilets which are not easy to find. When you arrive there are no toilets at all and you have to go to departure and in the basement are the toilets. Not easy with a lot of luggage. The English proficiency of the staff is not very good. When I asked if we could bring our bottle of water, in Amsterdam they recently allow it, one person said it was alright while his colleague denied. In general: not an airport I like.

Nice seating, multiple couches and good views. Everything went smoothly except for the boarding which could have been faster.

It's a royal mess not airport. From Arrivals/Departures point of view - the drop off zone outside is like every typical street near by - chaos and cars in complete random. The check-in desks are near entrance - which is nice, but same time the approach of the staff (not Airport staff) working there is complete put off Then layout (save the repairs going on here and there) is that security check is on the other side from Check-in, while boarding gates again make you cross the building again other direction. Basically allow yourself plenty of time! Seriously - 2h will do no good. Two stars for the lady who didn't give up and close the check in, Family security lane - which for the first time did work for family and nice coffee at the bistro near check-in 5-6...

Very nice airport and well managed, you can come from Eindhoven Centraal to here by the bus 401 or 400 which leave every 10min. In summer though be careful, go there at least 3h before, look at this huge queue!

Nice airport with many little shops with special products. Many possibilities to take a seat and relax. Good organized

Small airport, easy check in and quick to board. Not necessary arriving too early! Very fast connection with ALIB bus to the airport from Napoli Garibaldi Central Station 10-15 min only and just €5. Taxi is not worth (€20-€25) too expensive.

No aircon, extremely busy. It’s boiling hot!!! They are making us queue for boarding in a small room while the plane hasn’t even landed. Additionally, the toilets are filthy and there is not enough seating space.

This by far, worst airport I’ve ever been too. I’m not even concerned about how dirty it was. I was more blown away by the unorganized operations they have going at the international gates. No where near enough seating. Their staff, unprofessional and are the cause for a large majority of the chaos. United shouldn’t be operating international flights out of this airport because there’s only 1 runway, so if the wind ain’t blowin right… CANCELLED! Fly to Rome, NOT HERE!

The commute to Naples city was a mess. Naples airport is small and the staffs are friendly. I have no problem with the airport but the transportation between here and city is terrible. The way to city seems only have “Ali bus”, which is 5€ when paid by QR code, but tap by credit card is 1.5.( why? Is it because foreigners have to pay more 😝) The last day we lived 10 mins away from the airport, the 150bus shows on Google map never come, also no Ali bus. This lead me nearly miss the plane. Desperately trying to got a taxi, at the end I paid 20€ for 8min driving, what a mess. ( I still very appreciative the taxi driver)

The airport ist well organized. I was in the airport at 8:30. 8:50 I was past the security check. So I guess it’s alright. It’s a bit annoying that there is a piano in the waiting area directly at the gates. Many people play it and get filmed by their proud parents for their social media. Most aren’t really good, but it’s super loud. Makes it very uncomfortable. I would suggest to move that piano away from there. How about putting it in the VIP lounge. ;)

It was an unpleasant surprise to hear that this airport is closed at night. We had an early flight at 6:00am and spent the night just outside, having +4 C degrees. Capsules hotel costs 30 euros per person, and we could just spend one more night in the city instead of being outside or in the tiny capsules. Maybe you have information about it on your web site, but you don’t have it here on Google maps. Please just add working hours to Google maps so that people can plan their time better.
