When
substance
counts
everything?
I
start
from
the
splendid
side
of
the
cuisine,
Neapolitan
Japanese
Fusion
and
more,
magically
mixed
for
dishes
of
true
excellence.
1
starter:
fried
mozzarella
with
salmon
tartare
and
annurca
apple
(excellent
but
it
was
the
only
appetizer
available,
serious
lack...)
2
first
courses:
Tonnarelli
with
turmeric,
pecorino,
crispy
bacon
and
prawn
tartare;
Udon
sautéed
in
sweet
and
sour
with
vegetables,
fish,
crumbled
tarallo;
2
glasses
of
excellent
pecorino
wine.
Now
the
negative
notes:
The
restaurant
is
very
small
and
located
in
via
Jannelli
with
little
possibility
of
parking,
we
went
on
a
Sunday
for
lunch,
a
place
arranged
do-it-yourself,
with
many
obvious
structural
precariousnesses
with
no
presence
of
Neapolitan
and
Asian
relics
that
would
have
created
a
a
bit
of
atmosphere,
it
would
also
be
useful
to
have
the
name
of
the
place
on
display
(instead
of
advertising
for
Tattoos...),
the
menu
is
presented
on
a
large
blackboard
with
chalk
writing
(you
can
barely
understand
what
is
written
),
nice
idea
but
passing
the
(broken)
blackboard
menu
between
the
tables
is
an
original
thing
but
impractical
and
uncomfortable,
it
would
be
nice
to
have
one
per
table,
the
lady
who
welcomed
us
and
served
us
was
very
kind
but
it
wasn't
enough
as
we
were
abandoned
in
the
room
without
the
possibility
of
asking
for
something,
furthermore
we
waited
a
long
time
for
1
starter
and
2
first
courses.
In
conclusion
I
would
have
given
5
stars
for
the
food
but
I
have
to
be
consistent
with
my
assessment,
I
believe
that
with
more
commitment
to
the
service
and
revisiting
the
restaurant
it
could
reach
deserved
levels
for
the
great
culinary
quality
and
the
high
prices
requested.
