After this season they definitely need a bigger store

The kid working at the store is completely obnoxious. He didn't bother to offer any assistance and was too preoccupied with social media to show any concern for the store.

No replica shirts, only match shirts worth 130 €.

Was told that they didn't sell the tickets and didn't know where to buy them, so don't bother

Poorly managed queues on busy days - people were jumping to the front whilst others were patiently waiting for 1.5 hours!!! Cannot try items on in changing rooms. Options to but both official and replica

Would comment on what looked like a really poor collection, but I didn't manage to get in. The queue outside was owed to the fact they let only ONE person in at a time. Which in a heaving station area is an absolute joke

A very small shop. They let 2-3 people at once, so the line is quite long. There are far less items in the shop than on the website.

It's a joke. I don't really care about gadgets (the choice is pretty poor), but if official football club store doesn't have a match kit of any key player there is something terribly wrong. I've been in >10 stores and never experienced anything like that. And I've been here twice: yesterday I've been told that jerseys ran out (it happens, even though shouldn't happen in store like that, do you imagine mcdonald that runs out of big macs?), but they'll deliver in the afternoon. Next day still there wasn't any. I'm so disappointed: having SSC Napoli kit in my collection was one of the key reasons to visit Naples.

Great help and official match kits from 22/23 season. We found this store on the official site so you can trust this one.

They have nothing. Only xxxxxxxxl and xxxxxxxxxxsmall Not even hats and scarfs. Visited August 2021

Very hard to find store, next to nothing in the store and when there is it is very expensive. Not worth the visit!

Friendly staff and good location for a store Forza Napoli

Only place we could find to get a Napoli uniform shirt. The staff was less than courteous.

Not even 1 Napoli kit, shameful than in an official store in August there arent any yet, went to multiple team shops in other countries and cities and it's something I've never seen... And even more crazy that this happens in a big team like Napoli is and a city where football it's lived with so much passion, really giving the whole business to the cheap and bad fake kits that are in the city, even though they look like made by a little kid... Workers were kind though
