I ordered pizza and cheese sticks for the first time tonight. Food and service were great. The drive-thru was very convenient especially with having children.

The food is good, the best ice cream I have ever had but they are never open. It seams that every time I go by, the door is always closed. Online it says they are open but they are probably not.

I wish text coupons could be used on phone orders and not just online orders, my only complaint!! You all are doing an amazing job!! Keep up the good work!!

First time getting food. Pizza was awesome. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it was a little under cooked. Crust was perfectly crisp, but under the toppings could have used 2 more minutes, I like it a little crispy, 100% will be back tho. Loved the chicken ranch, combo, and all meat. All were loaded with a ton of toppings and were full of flavor. Perfect amount of sauce and perfect cheese. Thank you, Chris

Being from down around the Columbus, Ohio area where a great pizza place isn’t hard to find….I’ve been searching high & low for a “decent” pizza up here in NW Ohio, where I moved to 5 years ago. I have ordered pizza twice from this place very recently, and I think I’ve finally found the great pizza I’ve been so desperately seeking! I drive about 35 minutes from my house to pick it up, and toss back in the oven when I get home to get it hot again, which leads me to the one real downfall I would mention, which is they do not put any cardboard under it, so lifting an entire pizza out of the box to put on a pan back in the oven can be a pain. I really wish they would consider placing a cardboard piece under it. The only other thing is you have to buy sauce separately for breadsticks, which they don’t do where I’m from. Overall, I’m very happy, staff is always super friendly and professional, great service thus far!

Pizza was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. I showed up a bit late and they still made me a great fresh pizza. Will definitely be back

Ordered the Hogan Hero sub and a Capt Clark pepperoni pizza. The sub was okay. Would have liked it toasted and the bread was too thick. Good amount of meat and toppings. The pizza was another thing. Was not prepared for it to not be cooked. Missed that little detail. Took it home, cooked it and found it to be pretty good. Will try again sometime and hopefully order an already done pizza.

This place has the best pizza with super friendly employees. Every pizza I've received has been hot and fresh and they never skimp on the cheese. If you haven't tried the mac n cheese pizza, it is amazing. I also recommend the captain Clark's take n bake pizzas.

First time visit at the Pizza Drive-Thru while passing through Napoleon. Have to say I am quite impressed! Great pizza, generous with the toppings, and a quick and easy pick up process after receiving the text that it was ready. Decent beer prices, and the server Mallory seemed like someone that enjoys their job, and she's great at it! Look forward to visiting again.

Hogan's or Italian are great subs, especially since they baked & toasted. Love this place and have for the past 30+ years.

We ordered beef and onion pizza with extra cheese. It didn't have any flavor and very little sauce. We won't be back.

I ordered breadsticks today with 2 sides of pizza sauce and i had to correct the lady at the window because she said two sides of sour cream and i told her no but when i got home i realized i only got 2 sour creams and not the pizza sauce…. i tried calling 4 times before they closed about it but no one would answer the phone so i had to throw away the food, biggest waste of money when you can’t get the order right even after i told her at the window or even answer the phone

We have always loved eating here and supporting a local place but it's gone down hill. Of the last 6 times we have been there, 4 times our order has been wrong. We need to start checking before we leave and get home and realize it and have to drive all the way back to get it fixed. The last time we got a double order of dip sticks (my kids are addicted to them) they were over baked and burnt and 3 of the 10 got eaten and rest thrown away they were that bad. 1/28. Yet another wrong order.... 5/7. Another wrong order. So while my foods sitting at home getting cold I'm going back to get the other part of the order fixed.

I come from Brooklyn New York so I'm reaaaaaally picky about my pizza, but honestly Hawks hits the spot that not alot of pizza places from Ohio has hit.some very good pizza that I love

My go to for ice cream when frosty is packed. My all time favorite chicken bacon ranch pizza hand down. I hope they continue to stay for years to come. And the people working are always so nice !
