    I cannot recommend this place enough, After going for around 6 months. I lost +14kg of fat and feel so much better than before i started. The trainers are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.

    I absolutely love my training experience’s with Patrick in the small group PT. It’s always fun with just the right level of ‘push’ needed to get me working just that little bit harder. The staff are genuine and I have found other members of the gym friendly and very down to earth. I’ve not felt out of place once since I started. I would highly recommend giving PEPT a try. 😊💪

    PEPT Narangba is the place to be if you want to start your fitness journey! Huge shoutout to my incredible coach, Brendon, and the awesome team behind the group sessions. They've made my fitness journey an absolute blast! Brendon is is an awesome coach. He's got all the knowledge and skills to help you conquer your goals, and he does it with a big smile. His positive energy is contagious, and he always knows how to push you just the right amount. The crew at PEPT Gym Narangba is like a bunch of fitness enthusiasts who are also your best friends. They're always there to lend a hand, crack a joke, and cheer you on. It's such a supportive and friendly environment that you can't help but feel motivated and welcomed. They've created a community that truly feels like home. I feel lost if I miss a workout as its a huge highlight to my day. What sets PEPT Gym Narangba apart is their incredible variety of group sessions. Each workout is a new adventure, and they've got something for everyone. Whether it's boxing or strength and conditioning sessions that leave you feeling like a champ, you'll never get bored.     I joined PEPT Narangba 2 months ago, since the first day I was made to feel welcome and part of a community. All the coaches I have worked with, have been awesome. They are always helping you improve your technique and push yourself that bit harder. The sessions are well planned and I’ve been getting better results than I expected, I would recommend anyone who wants to lose some fat regain strength and fitness, if you don’t like big gyms get into PEPT.

    I highly recommend anyone who wants to get moving and feel fit regardless of age to get yourself along to PEPT. I'm in my early 60's, have never set foot in a gym in my life so had no idea what I needed to do to get fitter. I got brave and signed up and have never looked back. You'll get amazing personal trainers that will help you along the way in your new journey - everyone is so friendly, definitely no judgement at PEPT and they make it fun. Big shout out to Brendon and Romana - best trainors at an amazing gym.

    Been with PEPT for a year now. Great team of professionals that work with you to achieve your goals. Very personable, they take the time to understand your strengths and weaknesses. Very knowledgeable not only on the exercise front but diet, sleep and injury recovery. Overall a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.

    Love the vibe at PEPT Narangba! Everyone(staff and other members) is friendly, welcoming and supportive. There’s a real sense of community and belonging. The coaches are helpful and encouraging all the time. I love the motivating text messages and input from my coach Brendan. Definitely helps me keep on track. The sessions are fun and never the same. I hate gyms but I love being a part of this community!

    I'm back at the gym, after many years away. I've at last found a gym where I feel at home, awesome friendly bunch of people, made me feel welcome from the moment i walked in the door. Patrick, is an awesome trainer, makes every class fun, while still making you sweat. He's a great motivator and knows his stuff. I've got a few injuries, but he always finds an alternative exercise, so there's no sitting in the corner! JENNI

    I've been working out at PEPT four months now have lost weight and gained muscle and strength I also get lots of complements from my friends and family about my new body shape. All the coaches are friendly and welcoming and I have made new friends in the group we always work hard and have lots of fun as well. I have been doing the semi private groups with coach Patrick he is always encouraging and supportive whilst pushing me to do my best. I would highly recommend this group for anyone that requires a little more support and one on one help to reach their training goals. It's been a great experience and I have gained so much confidence and I'm feeling great 👍

    I’ve been going to PEPT for about 8 weeks now and I’m really enjoying the gym. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere, make the early mornings starts enjoyable. Would recommend to to anyone who is unsure of where to start there return to getting back into shape

    I started at this gym about 18months ago but had to stop going because of a house move. But the pull was too strong and I had to start back again. This is not a gym, it’s a community of people who all have your back and are willing you to succeed. I feel so welcome and encouraged here, I would recommend PEPT Narangba to anyone, no matter the state of your fitness.

    I have been going to PEPT Narangba for over a month. I haven't exercised for a few years and have found the individual coaching invaluable Eddie modifies sessions for me and now I feel am starting to gain more strength and flexibility and starting to be able to do the same exercises as the group. The gym is welcoming and supportive I would highly recommend if you are over 65years this is the gym for you.

    What an awesome crew are the PEPT Narangba team. I really needed to get my act together but couldn't stand the thought of doing individual circuits at a traditional gym. PEPT provides a very supportive, guiding and encouraging atmosphere with the professional trainers catering to individual needs in the group sessions I attend. It has really improved my physical and mental well-being. I actually enjoy being pushed out of my comfort zone and have seen huge improvements in a short time. Thanks team!

    Highly recommend if you are searching for a friendly, encouraging and professional gym crew! These guys know their stuff and are always encouraging and advising. I joined to lose the kilos for an overseas holiday and was super happy with the my results! Special shout out to my coach Eddie, as well as Romana and Connor, for the constant positive vibes!!

    Wow. This place is exactly what I was looking for. Amazing coaches that take the time to listen and advise you about anything. Very friendly coaches and clients who go above and beyond to make your experience a happy one which keeps you motivated for the next week. Can't praise this gym enough. I love it

    After years of neglecting my fitness I decided to reach out and find a place to train that I felt comfortable with. I have never been a "Gym" person so was very happy to find the PEPT crew. Only week 4 but I have to say all trainers here are helpful and understanding of each persons individual needs - they offer many alternatives to the exercise programmes which is great if you have previous injuries. Can't believe I didn't find PEPT earlier

    I started training with PEPT 8 weeks doing the semi private pt sessions with Patrick. My fitness over the last few years has been neglected. With their easy to follow eating plan, and the training sessions i am starting to see really great changes in my fitness, strength and over all well being. The training sessions are really fun, keeping me engaged, motivated, challenged and on track. Wish i’d found PEPT sooner 😀😀

    I’m going to be honest here, when I first signed up a few weeks ago I thought “Yep this is gonna be another lost on my end” but in actual fact it’s been really good in a sense that I’m actually keen to keep coming back, the coaches are pretty awesome, friendly, positive attitude, let’s do it vibes and most of all so helpful and motivating. I’ve only experienced group training so far, and it’s been very motivating, from someone who purchases gym memberships over the years and don’t actually do work outs, I highly recommend Pept Narangba as there are some pretty awesome people here and honestly so many just want to see everyone achieve their own personal goals, they definitely keep me on my toes 🤣. But I’m learning a lot and so grateful for the Coaches and everyone here.

    This is the first time I've ever joined a gym. I liked that there was a 16 week program that you have the option to extend later. You get a coach assigned to you and you and are kept accountable. I've actually enjoyed going and like the classes. Everyone is friendly. Would highly recommend people to try this out.

    I have been Going to PEPT for 4 months now have had nothing but good experiences. The team is great to work with and has been very flexible with my ever changing schedules. PEPT has definitely been a major factor in my life keeping me running towards my goals.

    I have never had such a fulfilling experience at a gym! After joining PEPT I tore a ligament at work and my daughter fractured her leg at skating. My personal coach Brendon has supported and guided me through every step. I discuss my concerns and the team help me work out a plan that is agreeable and achievable. They really care and want me to achieve my personal goals….I guess that’s why they call themselves Positive Experience Personal Training. If you want to get your physical and mental health back on track, I totally recommend having a chat to the team and joining our fun group training sessions 🙌🏻💕

    I have struggled for years to find the right fit when it comes to gyms and exercise. This time I got it right! The PEPT semi private classes with Patrick are amazing and the support you get is incredible. This is a gym that actually takes the time to get to know you and they genuinely want you to reach your goals. 5 stars ⭐️

    I joined the gym couple of months ago, looking getting back into the fitness, as I got really sick and had to stop for a while and now suffer from chronic illness I wasn’t sure where to start. I do 1-1 sessions with coach Patrick, he has helped me getting back into enjoying fitness and working out, while supporting and working through my chronic illness to be able to be the best that I can be. The coaches at PEPT are accommodating, friendly and kind people to have as your coach. I would highly recommend you join

    PEPT Narangba isn’t just a gym, it’s a community of incredible people. It’s a rare thing for me to be excited to go to a gym especially after work but I love it. The trainers are extremely friendly, helpful and down to earth people that have made me feel welcome since day one. I couldn’t recommend this gym highly enough to anyone looking for a place to join. Huge shout out to Romana and Donny! Within a few weeks I started noticing changes and so did my mates who didn’t even know I had joined back at a gym 👍

    I have joined few gyms in past couple of years. After joining some weeks I can't feel any change in physical strength and activeness in my body. And keep hunting again for good gym but I realise that it's not only about gym, it's about your trainer and their techniques, diet charts etc. One day my hunting finished and I found on Facebook PEPT Narangba then journey start from there. I would to say thanks to Romana, Eddie and Brendan very friendly trainer along with understand my goal and helping me to achieve. If You want to feel strong and healthy then go for PEPT Narangba. No mirror, Just workout and feel the change.

    This has to be the best gym ever. No mirrors no meat heads. Great honest trainers looking out for the best results for there people. There structured classes means no guessing on what or how to do it. Ask a question and get an answer. There brilliant at working around injury to keep you moving forward and seeing results. I rate the training crew and classes a 10 out of 5.

    Review of PEPT Narangbah Since starting at this gym I have never felt better with my life, I'm hitting goals and pushing myself to be the best version of myself and actually look forward to going to the gym every day. And none of this would be possible without the amazing staff at PEPT and the community that comes in every day. The staff will push you and help you to develop a winning mindset. Would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to be better!!!

    I give the gym a 5 star rating. Everyone, staff and gym goers are so positive, and encouraging. Not only does your assigned coach/trainer take an interest in your progress but all the staff get to know you by name, and encourage you to always do your best. At my age (a clue, past retirement age) there are some limitations, however there is always an alternative exercise given, and monitoring of the correct way to perform the exercises. A very positive experience each time I go there. Thanks team!!

    I have been attending PEPT Narangba for the past 6 weeks and honestly I couldn’t be happier. Besides the fact that I have been consistently loosing weight- more importantly I am feeling so much happier, I have a lot more energy and in general are just a whole lot fitter. If you’re thinking about joining a gym I highly recommend, the team at PEPT are so wonderful, supportive and encouraging!!
