Came across this clinic as I was looking for an English speaking doctor. Clinic was small and very busy but they were still able to accommodate me even without an appointment. The doctor speaks English perfectly and I can really see how he tries his best to listen and understands my condition. I think it is important to diagnose properly so that he can prescribe the correct medication. I will visit this clinic again next week, by then I hope my condition gets better. So far, I’m happy I found this clinic!

I would like to recommend this clinic to everyone. As a foreigner, I can’t speak Japanese but in this clinic Dr. Miyata and nurses can consult with you in English and Chinese. Moreover, they are very friendly with patients. Dr. Miyata can give you a very detailed description about your diseases and good advise on your health. Thank you very much!

Best doctor I've been to in Japan so far, great English and great communication and very kind and good listener. I strongly recommended him to everyone. The location is good and easy access. They welcomed me even when i didn't have an appointment because of the paon i had.

不咋地。小诊所能理解。 我说我人消瘦，给我肚子按两下说脾胃不好。给我开了中药冲剂，说能健脾。这是中医还是西医了？老祖宗的东西被弄成冲剂了。吃了几个月时间也没啥效果。好在年末体检特意加了胃菌类检查，发现有幽门螺杆菌，后来知道自己得了幽门螺杆菌导致萎缩性胃炎，食物消化不良等症状。医院因人而异，我反正觉得不怎么样。

自從這家診所開業到現在我和我老婆身體有狀況一定去這家。也介紹很多朋友去。一開始問診非常細心服務很好。但是最近問診的服務品質不如以前。可能是最近的病人數量比以前多很多所以可能沒有辦法像以前那樣每一個都照顧的到。 今天去拿藥單的時候，發現其中一種藥的劑量寫錯了。當下馬上反應給櫃檯，然後叫我稍等一下。當時順便問櫃台會不會又被收一次診療費？得到的答案是有可能。我認為非常不公平明明是醫生打錯為什麼要病人再付一次診療費？等了大概5分鐘後醫生立刻幫我更正並且沒有在跟我收取任何費用。但是從頭到尾沒有任何一個人跟我說聲道歉。我非常的失望。 我能體諒醫療人員的辛苦和為這個社會付出。也能理解有時候人都會做錯事情。但是如果當時能給我一句道歉的話我可能會感覺比較好一點。 期待能夠看到你們改進服務品質像當初開業時那樣。將來如果看到你們的改進，會將評價改為五顆星 Since this clinic opened, I have been using it, and I have introduced a lot of friends there. In the beginning, the service was very good, but recently I’m not satisfied with the service. I think it’s because there are more patients than before, so they cannot handle it as well as before. Today, when I went there to get prescriptions, I noticed one of the medication dosage was wrong. I reported it to the reception immediately, and they told me to wait. And I asked, “Will I get charged again for the examination fee?” The reception told me, “maybe.” I was very unhappy to hear that. I think it’s not fair to be charged twice since it’s the doctor’s fault. After waiting for 5 minutes, they fixed it for me right away. But, the doctor and the receptionist didn’t apologize for their mistake. I was very disappointed. I understand working in medical field is not easy work, and sometimes people make mistakes. But I would have felt better if they had apologized. I’m looking forward to see improvement regarding the service quality. In the future, if I see improvement, I will change my rating to 5 stars.

コロナの感染予防の為か熱や咳のある患者は待合室には通されず、外の丸椅子で2時間待たされました。まだ熱がある状態だと病院に行くのもやっとなのに、そんな場所で長時間待つのは正直しんどいです。何故、このような待遇を病院で受けなければならなかったのか、、、予約制にするなり一度帰ってもらうなり何か対策が出来たのではないでしょうか。インフルと同等レベルのコロナへの対策のせいで熱中症などの二次災害が起きても不思議ではありません。 色んな患者が来院して病院側に大きなリスクがあるのは重々承知してますが、あまりもずさんな対応でした。

腹痛、下痢、発熱、頭痛の症状で当院へ。発熱したので発熱外来として違う場所で待機しなければならないのは分かっていたが、待機場所は外だった。そして予約していたのに外で40分以上待たされた。病院へ向かうときは症状もキツい時よりは落ち着いており熱も36.5まで下がっていたが帰ったら39まで上がって腹痛も酷くなっていた。患者を外で40分以上も待たせるなんて最低だ。遅くなるなら連絡をしてほしかった。また症状を聞くだけで聴診器や口の中を見る等のことをしなかったので診断がこれで合っているのかと不安にもなった。同居人が胃腸炎だったので胃腸炎と診断されたが、もし同居人が胃腸炎と診断されていなかったら、自分は風邪と診断されていたのではないかと思った。先生や看護師の対応はいい人もいれば悪い人もいた。

近所の内科で機能性ディスペプシアと診断され、1年半アコファイドと六君子湯を服用しましたが改善せず、こちらで相談しました。ゆらし療法を始め、上肢ブラブラ体操など自宅で続け、症状がだんだん改善されて、普通に食事が出来るようになりました。ありがとうございました。

腫瘍が出来たので行きました。 予約したのに長時間待たされた上に、手術はできないし、切ってみないとよくわからないから大きな病院行けって……。紹介された病院も予約が取れるのはなんと半年以上先との事。 結局、他の設備の整った病院で一時間程度の日帰り手術しました。
