    The trainer is very kind! They will help you plan a menu that suits you and give you dietary advice! It's more affordable and easier to attend than other personal gyms! ! I feel like my body is becoming more and more toned!

    I've been coming here twice a week since January to take advantage of the New Year's weight gain. I had never exercised before and had no knowledge of training, so I took the plunge and joined this personal gym. I was nervous at first, but the trainers were very friendly and I was able to enjoy even the tough events. Also, I feel like my eating habits are improving as I receive detailed explanations about meals each time. This is a gym and trainer that I would definitely recommend to anyone who is not good at exercise.

    近所で通いやすいパーソナルジムを探していたところ、最も時間あたりのコスパが優れたこちらに即決。ジムは広くはありませんが、他の利用者がいない分、45分間のトレーニング時間中はトレーナーの方と完全に二人きりなので集中できます。今まで大手のジムに契約しては続かないことが多かったのですが、もう気がつけば半年通っていました。継続できている理由は、料金の手軽さと、しっかりしたトレーニングの効果実感。通い始めてからウエストサイズが小さくなり、洋服選びも楽しくなりました。まだまだ通い続けたいと思っています!

    ダイエット&健康維持の目的でApple GIMに通っています。パーソナルジムもトレーニングも初体験ですが、個々のレベルに合わせてプログラムが組まれるので安心です。初めの3ヶ月間は週2回、初月は食事指導もお願いしました。当初は緊張感もあり順調でしたが、停滞期も経験。3ヶ月終了後は週1回継続中です。気が緩んだりストレスを理由に挫折しそうな時もありますが、明るいトレーナーさんの、温かい指導のお陰様で楽しく通っています。時に優しく時に厳しく、バランス良くサポートしていただけます。^_^ 換気もされてアルコール消毒液も設置してあり安心。トレーニングの予約日も出来るだけ希望に沿ってくれるのでとても有難いです。ズボラな私でも楽しく続けて、周りの友達からはスッキリして若返った、と嬉しいコメントが。痩せて体型もスッキリしてきて満足しています☆ (写真は極寒の日、重ね着してます^^;)

    年齢とともに太り出した自分がだんだんと嫌になり、効率的に正しくやりたい。と意を決して始めました。 パーソナルジムは最後の砦と思っていたし、筋トレや走るのは苦手だし、食事制限含めて辛い思いをするんだろうなぁと覚悟をしていましたが、トレーニングがこんなに楽しいとは思いませんでした。ここに通い出してからこれまでにない体の変化の違いを感じています。40半ばで、体は作れるということを学びました。辛い時ももちろんあるけれど、トレーナーがうまい具合に調整してくれるので、絶対に頑張れます。 食事の選択など、トレーニング中の会話で体作りについて色々教えていただけ、なんとなく日々食べるものが変わってきたおかげもあり、59キロスタートから毎月1キロずつ位痩せていき、目標だった52キロまで痩せることができました。お尻を作るとか、背中を作るとか全然考えたことがなかったです。ここに通い出して数ヶ月後、明らかに体型が変わりました。周りからもどこに通っているのか度々聞かれます。 私はゆっくりペースで取り組んでいますが、ストイックにちゃんとできる方は、もっと早く効果が出ると思います。 効率的なダイエット、確実に綺麗に体づくりをしたい方はぜひ。ここでは叶えます。本当におすすめです。

    I joined for the purpose of dieting in preparation for my wedding. I was worried about whether I would be able to continue as I had very little experience with sports, but I got hooked on it and am enjoying going there. You can feel that your body has changed in the first month, and in 2 months you will be so toned that everyone around you will be surprised! It's been 5 months now, but the diet has been a success and I'm very satisfied. The trainers will flexibly create a menu depending on your physical condition that day, and you can also consult with them about meals in between training sessions. Above all, the trainer's personality is truly wonderful. I think even those who are new to personal gyms will feel at ease going to the gym because they are bright and kind and encouraging. The location is good and you can go even during your spare time, so it's also recommended for busy people!

    I've been going twice a week for over half a year for diet purposes, and I've lost weight and noticed changes in my body! After receiving dietary guidance that I had never received at other personal gyms, I was able to review my eating habits and learn about foods that are good for my body and the amount of food I can eat myself. I think I can do it now! I'm really glad I received the dietary guidance again! ! The trainers are easy to talk to, and the conversations are lively and I look forward to every session!     The trainer had a wealth of specialized knowledge and was able to tailor the plan to my wishes and give me accurate guidance, so I was able to train very effectively. The facility is clean and there is a changing room on another floor, so you can go right after work! Also, the trainer was bright and kind and gave me a lot of encouragement, so I had fun training! I personally got injured somewhere else in the middle of training, but I was very happy that he worked with me on what exercises I could do at that time and kept checking on my condition. I really recommend Apple Gym as muscle training became a turning point in my life!

    At my partner's invitation, I joined a personal gym for the first time to get rid of my rolled shoulders and improve my strength. Each training session begins by climbing the stairs to the 4th floor. Go up one step at a time and when you open the door, Mr. O, a kind trainer, will be waiting for you. In addition to a training machine, the clean room also has a water server, so all you need to do is bring your shoes and clothing. During the training, Mr. O shows us a sample, and then we practice while looking in the mirror and checking our posture. They will give you detailed instructions on what parts of your body to focus on, so even if it's your first time trying the menu, it's safe and secure. Once your training is over, we will confirm your reservation for the next two lessons. The polite Mr. O will bow and see you off until the door closes. At the end, the training is complete when you safely descend the stairs, being careful of your trembling legs after training. I am satisfied because I have improved the strength of my whole body including my back, and my rolled shoulders have improved!

    I started it for diet purposes! I didn't know what kind of menu to set up, so I went to a personal gym because I wasn't confident that I could continue at a regular gym! This was my first training since I was active in sports, but he taught me in detail how to train using machines, and thanks to his help, I was able to lose weight close to my goal weight in 3 months.     I started it because I was gaining weight due to lack of exercise.     I joined for the purpose of dieting. I didn't know how to train alone, so I chose a personal gym. When I tried it on my own, I often ended up gaining muscle in areas I didn't want to, couldn't lose weight, or quit because it was so painful, but I haven't had any of those problems and have been able to continue! The trainers are also kind, and even if it's hard and I can't do it properly, they find the good parts and praise me, so I can continue having fun. Due to work commitments, I can't go as often, but I think it would be nice if I could continue at my own pace. I look forward to working with you!

    I wanted to start dieting and looked for a gym, but I didn't know how to train alone, so I decided to join this personal gym I found online. For the first month, I asked for dietary guidance. Thanks to the careful and professional guidance I received every day, I was able to clearly remember what is okay to eat and what is not, and put it into practice. It's only been a little over half a year since I started, but even though I only train once a week, I've been steadily losing weight and body fat. I'm especially happy that I've lost weight in my lower body, which has reduced my skirt size. I want to continue going there.
