An enormous store of lovely products and very friendly and helpful staff. Loved their fun and interactive hands-on displays where you could try out their different products. All of the staff were very friendly, while some were a little timid, many were wonderful at communicating with us in English. We learned that although the brand is available internationally, there are certain products that are special limited releases for the Shinjuku store. Awesome product designs, wonderful layout and displays, very fun vibe and lively ambience. Definitely recommended for beauty, hygiene, and skincare product lovers.

Finally you can try their makeup especially the foundations, lipsticks & contour sticks which weren’t available. The space is massive and well spread out. They seem to have a wider range of perfumes too compared to other stores. In case you’re visiting with someone not interested in LUSH, they can sit in the music corner on the 2nd floor

Multistory store located near Shinjuku station. I’m not really into beauty products but it was a fun experience. We were looking a “body mask,” the staff brought over a big silver bowl with warm water and applied a generous portion of the “body mask” on our hands. Certainly made our hands feel smoother. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This place does tax-free.

One of the best experiences that I had. Visited this place because I wanted to try vegan-organic products. At the entrance I was greeted by the staffs with bright smiles. Literally everyone was so assisting & helpful! I was finally introduced to Lin, one of the English speaking-friendly lady, and it made the whole purchasing journey a lot enjoyable. I got to try many products and finally, purchased them as I was convinced with the products & services ☺️ Also, It has a free customized sticker machine for body wash bottles. Damn cool! And I was given few samples to try. 😍 Thank you! Definitely worth your visit. I will come again! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

i came here for a treatment at the spa and to see all the special exclusive items at this store. i work for lush overseas so i was very excited to see this location. i got the “tangled” treatment, it was so amazing and i felt relaxed and rejuvenated after a long flight! it was a head and scalp massage, along with neck and shoulder massage and arm stretches. i forgot the name of the therapist who did my treatment :( but they made me feel incredible! i feel like a new person! this treatment was specially designed by the spa therapists from japan so i’m happy i got to experience it here. after the treatment, i spent a long time shopping and talking with one of the managers, Yumi. everyone was so nice and Yumi really made me feel so welcome in this store. it was great to talk with Yumi, i got to see and try out some of the exclusive products and it was so so cool. i’m so happy i got to visit. thank you so much for a great experience~!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this store while I was on holiday in Japan in September - I was also lucky enough to secure an appointment for the ‘tales of bath’ treatment at the spa. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so attentive and kind. The store was also incredibly set out! I loved the presentation and layout of it. Also, the spa staff who took me for my treatment was absolutely lovely and made the process so relaxing from start to finish - she even gave me a little gift at the end! I can’t wait to come back again next time I’m in Japan!

Lush was awesome! It’s like a regular Lush store but little did I know, they have a spa upstairs. I booked a bath for my girlfriend and she really enjoyed it. The therapist was so nice and gave me something to drink while waiting. This area is very private and you can’t go up there on your own. A therapist will come pick you up if you have an appointment. They have several spa options, check them out! Only ladies can do the bath but men can do some other options

Visited this location in October 2023. Staff is extremely friendly and would easily visit again, with many staff members able to communicate in different languages based on my observations. This store has merchandise on two floors. The first floor is specialized / limited edition items, shower gels, shampoo, their lotion and makeup lines. The second floor is a wall of bath bombs, along with some merch, perfumes and body sprays.

Thank you Lush Shinjuku <3 had the most amazing experience at lush shinjuku. having worked at lush singapore before, going to shinjuku is and visit their flagship is crazy! also, i met Yuka (i hope i spelt correctly) she was so lovely and genuine! i had wonderful conversation with her. Yuka mentioned she will visit singapore! i am excited for her :) and wishing lush shinjuku all the best :) i will go gg back tmr for tangled hair lush spa! stoked! <3

Wonderful experience thanks to a wonderful team. They where super knowledgeable and very very friendly. Me and my girl found the little note in the bag later when we got home, how lovely. Thanks again and please keep the great atmosphere!

I just came out the Spa. I had the Synesthesia treatment and it was the absolute best! Marie was so lovely and I would definitely recommend you come to the Spa when you’re over here. I loved it so much and will be back for sure whenever I make it back to Tokyo 🫶🏽 Thank you Marie! And also everyone else on the Shopfloor was very nice, helpful and welcoming.
