Loved the location, so much better than touristy spots! Staff were so friendly (even with the language barrier) they were so helpful! Hotel is very modern and clean. Would be even better if you could have english subtitles or channels on the TV, but other than that great place to stay !

Except from the fact that the toilet and bathroom are also outside the room, it is a great stay. So if you expect to have privacy on showering and using the toilet, this is not the place. The walls are very thin so you can hear the room beside yours, but that’s not a problem at all, as you can sleep comfortably on the beds that are amazing good.

So beautiful and Japanese hotel. People is so kind and generous. I loved the bathroom, the Ofuro and showers was a totally different experience that I really enjoyed. Also, you should try the Kotatsus on second floor, it's a perfect place to have tea and relax with friends.

A nice place to stay. The room was very comfortable, especially at this price and there is a large shower room. Everyday, you get new night clothing and towels in a plastic bag, which is also comfortable but a bit of a waste. The walls and windows aren't isolated, just like anywhere in Japan, but it was still a nice experience!

Just 50m from Nishi Kawaguchi train station. Fantastic amenities. Love the shared space where there’s massage chair and a kitchen that comes with cooking Utensils and cooking oil. A bit sick of eating at restaurants, therefore went supermarket to buy some seasoned meat. Had a great time doing so.

I stayed here from the 9th to the 17th of May 2018 for my brothers wedding and we couldn't have picked a better place. Their staff are amazing. Facilities are fantastic and the location grants easy access to public transport, food, entertainment and anything else you may require not to mention the locale makes for some awesome urban photographs especially at night. Thank you coco stay and all who work there. You made our stay just that little bit more special! Arigato gozai mas!

Are you foreigner in Japan? This is the place for you to stay. Very convenient, you can cook your food, If you are vegetarian, great just buy som from nearest shope and cook. Well, if you want to enjoy public bath then its the place to enjoy. But, if you are not comfortable then dont come here they dont have private bath.

Had the most pleasant experience staying here from 4th-13th of June 2023. Amazing and very polite staffs, very close to the train station, near supermarkets, don quijote and convenience stores. I love their MASSAGE CHAIR and public onsen (after whole day of exploring and walking in tokyo, best way to relax at night). No separate cubicle/private shower room for men and a little bit far from tokyo center (manageable) but overall a great first Japan experience! Will book again in the future!

The staff were incredibly kind and made our stay. Upon arrival, we weren't aware that we had booked a 1-person occupancy instead of 2-person, but since we were staying for over a week, the male staffer waived the additional fee. The female receptionist who was translating for him did her absolute best to address our concerns, even asking her manager about the cancellation fee if we were to check out earlier. Each day, the receptionists stood to greet us when we were leaving the building. The facilities were amazing! There's a women's sento (public bath), two massage chairs, a swing chair, two kotatsu (or short tables in summer), a communal kitchen with all utensils, a smoking room, and two vending machines with beer. We made good use of the massage chairs everyday. We saw lots of young couples and a few families. Our room was very spacious and I could lay out my large 29" luggage. Cleaning was offered more often than the required 3-day intervals. The bathroom reserved for women on our floor could be locked and was kept clean. They also offered us new pyjamas, towels, and toothbrushes every other day. The only downside might be the location (nishikawaguchi is about 30 minutes from city centre) and there's not a lot to see in the area. The walls were also thin, but we still slept well.

Reasonably priced hotel, with very kind staff. The rooms are simple. The cleaning of the common lounge and kitchen, bathrooms, and public baths is absolutely spotless. Yes, you can experience a nice Japanese public bath for free during your stay here, towels and pyjamas are included (it is even open until 26:00 in the night :-D ). The common lounge offers two lovely massage chairs too. The hotel is just next to the train station, so getting to Tokyo takes less than half an hour, to Ueno it is even less, but remember ear plugs for sleeping. We were very satisfied with our stay, as it honestly offers amazing value for money.

All the staff members at COCO STAY Hotel truly sets it apart. From the moment I arrived, their warmth and attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member, precisely from reception to housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay I wish there was available room but unfortunately I had to move to another hotel because the Hotel is fully booked. Your genuine friendliness and dedication to customer service left a lasting impression. Combined with the hotel's modern amenities and stylish decor, COCO Hotel provides an exceptional experience that I would highly recommend to fellow travelers.
