Very average. Safe never worked. Toilet didn’t spray like all other Japanese toilets do. Rooms are very small. Booked the triple room & not much bigger than the twin. Bathrooms are also these pre-made capsules. Won’t be back.

This is a very nice Japanese Hotel, with outstanding views. The desk staff speak English, and there is a decent effort made to provide translation of certain things (like the TV funtions) in the room. The rooms are small (by American standards), but very nice and well appointed. Quick walk (about a block) to the JR and Subway stations. 24 hour 7-11 near the elevators inside the hotel. Several very nice restaurants inside the hotel, including teppanyaki (where the chefs perform in front of you while cooking) up on the 43rd floor.

This hotel is near the Shinkansen train station. So, It's a suitable location for travel. And It has a convenience store on the first floor. You can see the nice view if you are on the high floor.

Hotel needs renovation and some updates, but the room is clean and nicely designed and comfortable. The service is incredible, and Ms.Tsujimura at the front gave me exceptional service to help me late at night.

Very well located on the train station, which is very convenient and has good places to eat. Rooms are clean but small (as in many hotels in Japan). Very nice breakfast. No gym

Pretty decent hotel. It has an interesting layout where the rooms are arranged in a circle around an empty space in the middle. As a result of this layout, I was pleasantly surprised to find that you have more floor space than most cheaper hotels in Japan that I'm used to where you can barely open your luggage all the way. There's plenty of elevators as well so you're not stuck waiting too long to go up or down. There is also a convenience store directly attached to the hotel which is nice. My only real complaint is that the room itself felt a little bit dated.

Great unique hotel in great location. The rooms were clean and the shape of the room and the bathroom was quite unique. You could tell the hotel is old but it was well maintained and updated over the years. My only complaint was the rather slow WiFi during peak hours.

Room was really cheap given its proximity to the station and the view was really beautiful as the windows spanned the entire side of the room so I had a panorama of the beautiful city lights and the sunrise! The lobby was also beautiful decorated for Christmas and there is a 7-11 attached to the hotel lobby! The only catch is that the room is quite small and it was hard to find space to open my luggage.

A beautiful hotel with a stunning view. The bed is large and comfortable and a cellular device is provided for your stay. Champagne is also provided. You may leave you luggage with their friendly staff as you go about your day. There is also many options for dining, a gym, and a Seven Eleven right by the elevators. A shopping centre is connected to the hotel, and train service is a 5 minute walk away.

Amazing place to stay and well connected! Not the most expensive, though it looks grand! It is the towering building seen when one get out at Shin Yokohama train station and does a 360° check of the place😅 Good selection of rooms. A room one bracket above the cheapest can land u on a high floor and based on the direction, one can get to see a lot of things if the weather supports- the Yokohama city, towers, Mt. Fuji. And the sunrise and sunset colours can be well enjoyed. If the view from the room ain't good enough, head to the restaurant at the top, though one will need to pay for the tables facing outside! In the room, one gets a free mobile phone with Internet and call capabilities for the duration of their stay. The bathroom looks differently good. The flush button reminded me of Swat Kats missile button😅 Took off a star because the ice skating rink was nowhere close to the restaurant. Neither I guess it's owned as part of the restaurant- the description is misleading. Would definitely recommend this place for a brilliant stay and food though 😊

We visited to have the Halloween tea set over the weekend. We made a reservation online easily. All of the foods were absolutely delicious. There were many pumpkin, chestnut, and charcoal flavored foods to keep the theme. We love how decorative everything was!

Breakfast is insane (good). Rooms are Nice and the view is good. Staff is not always very proficient in English, but you get what you need.

An excellent hotel. Location was great, right next to the Shin-Yokohama station where you can catch the Shikansen or JR local trains that take you everywhere in Japan. The service was outstanding. The food was wonderful. And on a nice sunny day, you wake up to the majestic sight of Mt. Fuji ! My wife and I totally love this hotel, and plan to stay here on our next trip to Japan.

Superb hotel with awesome view. Super clean, friendly satff, stayed there 1 night arriving in Japan, it's about 25 minutes drive from the airport. Bus from the airport makes a stop there so it's very convenient. It's just besided a JR station so also super convenient. Price was great for the quality.
