A great family-friendly hotel for Tokyo Disney and central Tokyo, Ginza etc. A little far if your main activities are located around Shinjuku. Location: Next to the Shin-Urayasu train station which provides easy access to Tokyo via the JR Keiyo line. Two decent neighbourhood malls are beside the train station with restaurants, well stocked supermarkets, pharmacies and departmental stores. Dec-22 experience: a few changes at the hotel due to COVID measures and impact of COVID of the past 3 years. Check-in/out: spaced out check-in counters. They open up extra counters during peak hours. Check-in is strictly at 3pm. Luggage: luggage storage is now self-serve in a room at the lobby. It's well designed but has limited space. If there's no more room, approach the staff for assistance. Amenities: likely a cost-cutting and eco-friendly measure. Consumables such as coffee and tea, toothbrushes etc are no longer provided although basics such as soaps, shower foam and shampoo are still provided in the room. For other items, you now "take what you need" from an amenities room at the lobby. It is well stocked with extra towels, coffee, tea, wooden utensils, toothbrushes, combs, shower cap, cotton packs, hail oil, facial products etc. However, the items do run out although staff try to refill what they can. Open from 2pm-midnight. Welcome lounge: the lobby lounge has been converted to a welcome lounge with free iced tea, hot coffee and tea, limited snacks, and free beer and sparkling wine. Open in the evenings till 11pm. Unsure how long this will last. Room: We got a 4-bed family room this trip as the children have grown up. It is spacious considering there is a dining table in the room. Clean and comfortable. Hot water kettle and humidifier is standard. A great and very welcome amenity is the foot massager which is a life-saver on Disney days. If you have young children, consider the specially appointed kids-friendly rooms on Levels 11 & 12. Access: There is a free shuttle at Level 1 that brings you to and from the Tokyo DisneyLand and DisneySea bus terminals. Hotel website has the bus schedule. The buses can be crowded during park opening/closing times but I've encountered extra non-scheduled buses so it looks like they monitor the situation and activate extra resources as needed. From the airport, you can get to the hotel via JR trains or the airport limousine bus. The limousine bus service has not yet recovered to its full pre-COVID schedule. Hopefully this happens in the months ahead. We loved it here pre-COVID and we still do now. The changes do not impact the stay experience and staff continue to be pleasant and helpful as always. Overall a great place to stay.

Super value for money. Room is big for Tokyo standard. We book a room for 4pax. You can self help with toiletries. The quality of toiletries are good. At night, there is free flow of beer, soft drinks, coffee and some snacks. Breakfast is good but no change of menu. There is freshly squeeze orange juice at Breakfast. Free shuttle bus to disneyland. 10min intervals for morning and off peak at 20 min intervals. Overall we enjoy our stay in Oriental Hotel.

This hotel is a great option if you're going to Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea. It is conveniently located right next to the train station so it's super easy to get to. The location of the hotel is only great if you're going to be visiting the Disney parks from here though. Don't book this as your main stay in Tokyo as it's a bit for out in our opinion. We only went to Disney from here so no problem for us though. There is a Lawson right downstairs in the same building and there a restaurant/pub in the basement as well. The check in process was super easy and the staff super helpful during this process. They also were able to print out our Disney tickets since we don't have a printer with us. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from both of the parks which is super convenient. Also a lot of ammenities available for free which was great. There is even free coffee, tea and some other refreshments in the main lobby. The room itself was really large and can easily fit a family, it was also super clean everywhere. Highly recommend!

This hotel is so good for everything!! I recommended because it very very convenient. Connected to train station and has lawson in same building,5 minutes walks to AEON mall. There services also have luggage room,personal care items room(towel,cotton,mask,pajama etc.) moreover there is shuttle buses to DISNEY LAND/SEA taking time 20 mins. Price is reasonable with such a spacious room compared to other hotel in Japan. We do love this

I really enjoyed the breakfast esp the tiny burger and orange juice. My top choice to stay at when I visit Disneyland 😀 I like how they have free lounge bar from 9am.

Excellent staffs in there!! Their service is sooo heartwarming and polite!!!! When I lost my hand gloves, a gentle hotel staff took care of me with sincerity and found it for me! It really moved me. Japanese hospitality is best!!! If you come to Disney land and sea, you must stay here🥰.

Had a three bed room which wasn’t the biggest but had all the space we needed. The location is incredible with the metro right across the street and the free shuttle to Tokyo Disney. The shuttle to the parks was incredible and we never had any trouble catching it. Also really easy to get to from Haneda Airport just one limo bus ride away. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location of this hotel was good but they need to do better with cleaning. I don’t think the shower was cleaned before we checked in because the tub looked grimy and there was mildew on the wall tiles. Also, one of the towels in the room had brown splotches on it. The shuttle to and from the Disney parks took way too long. We ended up just taking the train back to the hotel one night because we didn’t enjoy waiting for a long time for the bus to come and we didn’t want to wait in a long line for the elevator at the hotel.

The hotel itself was good but they wanted us to park our car and then carry all of our stuff.... That was impossible because we had so much. So we asked for a cart but the man was very unwilling to help us. But with a lot of stress and pressure we got a cart finally. Then when my small daughter and I went upstairs to wait in line to check in(I was clearly first) but the hotel check in lady took all of the Japanese people before me..... I was standing in line first and said I was first but she helped the Japanese people first and told me to wait.... I still don't understand why because I was speaking Japanese. Anyway I don't want to go back there and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

THIS is the place to stay if your family is planning on going to Disneyland or Disney Sea! First off, for Disneyland / Disney Sea this hotel offers a free BUS every 10 minutes directly to Disneyland AND Disney Sea early morning to night! No need for trains or expensive monorail that takes a while to arrive at Disney Sea! Take you directly to both! Saves so much time and expense! Free bus service run to and from all day long! Crazy! Upon Entering: Fun, large, open, relaxed and classy atmosphere but with a children's twist Customer Service: Top notch. The person who checked us was sincere and kind. Wanted to make sure our kids were happy. Offered free rental items: books, baby toys, baby bath, etc. There are specifically 2 floors (I believe it's floor 11 and 12 - we stayed in 12) in this huge hotel designed by moms just for families. They range from 25 sq meters to 40 sq meters. If you have an infant go with the 40 sq meters if possible with wide beds linked together (safer for babies) and lots of crawling room. Amenities Room (NEW): Holy cow....Go into the room and grab the things that you need - shampoo, soap, toothbrush, sponge, q-tips, etc. Just so much stuff provided for you to get for free before heading up to your room! Insane. But don't forget there's a convenience store on the 1st floor open 24 hours too. Lounge area with complimentary drinks and cotton candy maker for the kids! What? A cotton candy maker? Whoever came up with putting a cotton candy machine there is a genius! Kids LOVE IT because they'll probably never get to make cotton candy in their life until they stay here! Staff said it's difficult to clean but it's for the kids! The staff are friendly and took good care of us. Any issues you can reach out to them to help you out anytime. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE EVERY TIME WE PLAN A TRIP TO DISNEYLAND/ DISNEY SEA! Right at Shin-Urayasu station with restaurants and shopping for the day before or after your trip to Disney. Can spend all day there too just to shop and relax. Beautiful, exquisite hotel that caters well to families with young children / infants that plan to go to Disneyland / Disney Sea.

A great, reasonably priced hotel for your trip to Tokyo Disneyland / Disney Sea! Free shuttle bus to and from both parks, friendly, helpful staff, and clean rooms with comfortable beds. There's a convenience store IN the hotel too! We opted for no breakfast and it was MUCH cheaper. Will gladly stay there again in the future!

This hotel is kind of old but its clean and it has amenities that travellers need. It has its own store to pick up amenities for free like skin stuff for the ladies etc. A big plus to have foot massager in the room, we walk like 25K steps a day on this vacation and really appreciate this foor massager. The room bed placement is pretty cool, our room fit 4 single bed since its family room.

Its so worth of money if you plan to go to Disneyland Tokyo. It has free shuttle bus to the park every 10 minutes from the park open till close. Its 2 minutes walk from Urayasu statiaon, literally across the station. It has Lawson on the lobby, and small mall nearby. The hotel also have a free flow drinks and candy from 2 PM till 11 PM. And a foot massage at every room, its really worth after long day at the park

I can't say enough good things about this place. On site laundry, on site convenience store, easy shuttle to Tokyo Disney, free candy/sweets in the afternoon for guests of all ages. The location is superb, even if you're traveling to other parts of Tokyo. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

This hotel is great, with the spacious room and free shuttle to disneyland and sea. The surfaces in the room was abit dusty tho, and triggered my sinus. The hotel location was good, beside the JR Urayasu and afew malls. Having got a good deal with paid breakfasts, I really enjoyed my stay there.

Fantastic hotel that is very family friendly. We had 4 little ones and they had a blast! Our room had 2 bunk beds - our 2 yr old had the best time going up and down. There is a foot massager in the room. In the lobby, they have drinks and snacks from afternoon till 11pm. Breakfast is excellent - fresh orange juice, smoothies etc. Shuttle to Disney is a breeze and runs enough times in the day. Hotel is 2 mins from train station with a large market and different food options. Perfect for a Disney stay.

Super convenient as this hotel is located right beside Shin-Urayasu Station (linked by a small bridge). Hotel also provides free shuttle bus to Disney Land & Sea. Hassle free check in and check out guided by Mr Giovanni, super friendly and great hospitality from him definitely 👍🏻 💯 Laundry machine (payable), baggage space, and a amenities room called “Tiroir” where cutlery, face wash, lotion, comb, hair clip, hair oil, bath salt, mouth wash, cotton buds and even babies diaper and pajamas is provided😊 Organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in the room. Refreshment in the lobby area, where beer, wine, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea is provided. Parents with kids, candy, cookies and play area with toys is provided too👶🏻 Easy check out, just slot ur room card into the box (at the lobby) before 12nn. Definitely will be back to stay when I visit Japan Disney Resort 🥰😊

The location is convenient and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. Has a free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland. That is about it.

A very nice and upscale hotel not to far from Disney parks. A free shuttle runs every 30 minutes to drop you and pick you up from the parks. It's directly across from a large shopping mall and food court. There are multiple buffet style restaurants within the hotel. The room was very clean and bright. Price was great for the upscale atmosphere and customer service of this place.

A very decent official Disney partner hotel. Has an official Disney store in the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom by Japanese standards; ideal for stay with family. Convenient location as it is located in close proximity with a train station. Free shuttle to the Disney resorts. ¥9,000 for 2 adults; free parking; no breakfast. Check-in took quite some time; but check-out was quick as they offer you an option to just leave your key in the room and go. Overall, great cost performance and would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Disneyland / Disney Sea.
