Location is great. Short walk to plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and to one of the most beautiful temple complexes I've seen in all of Japan. Bus station is super close as well. Just a short walk. Staff are friendly (sweet couple) and they've got 2 friendly dogs (warning if you have allergies, although the dogs remain only at the front where the check in desk is.) The space has a great cosy vibe to it. Great amenities. Only issue would be the beds are a little stiff. Not an issue for me because I prefer a stiff bed but for others it might be an issue. Some of the other beds look softer though, so asking for a bed switch might be an option for you. This is the cheapest hostel in the area, so it's well worth the value.

Have great time in here. 10min walk to Narita station so its easy to hang around. The host - Taka san - is very friendly and always ready to help if you need anything. My favorite place is the living room, always tidy and has some cozy feeling like home. And finally is the little doorkeeper, Luka, you gonna love him :)

Set back a short distance from omote sando this is an absolute gem of a place to stay in Narita. A short walk to either train station or down to Narita-San.

Easy to access. Owner speak English. Many restaurants around. Basic and comfortable. Good to catch the flight next morning.

Good service. Not much bag security but I don't think it matters much. Decent bed, but might be a bit short for people 1.8m and taller.

Tidy, friendly, and communal. If you don't mind sharing your space with other people it's a great place to be based in Narita. Very basic decour and comfort though.

The service was alright and the owner was nice, but the amenities were a little unconventional. Perhaps I should give it some credit since it is a hostel after all, but it's not substantially cheaper than a normal hotel.

A really wonderful hostel with clean dorms, 2 bathrooms and a common space/kitchen. There is a 12pm curfew like other hostels, please be on time so you won't wake up Summer :)

Takasan, the owner takes a very good care of your needs. The place is comfortable, cleaned , spaces are thoroughly rationalised , all facilities needed a present kitchen washing machine hair dryer terrace ... Dormitory rooms but also single or double rooms. Excellent position. And last but not least... not expensive!

It's good for a more typical Japanese experience for little money. The Japanese experience means a really clean hostel, heated rooms and good blankets, Rick solid beds like sleeping on a wooden plank, and great staff. I like it for a one day layover because big the close location bto the airport and butthing more than that. Keep in mind the tourist area around all closes by 8PM. That includes the restaurants too do there is not much to do at night besides some shops geared towards travelers next to the metro.

I have a great experience with Backpackers Fuji while staying in Japan. We love the cozy house with friendly environment. The location is near the Main Street and it is also near the convenient store. Taka-San and his wife are extremely friendly and supportive. I love their four-paws friend ( I not yet know the name 🥹) always welcome us whenever we enter the house. I will introduce my friends to stay there and I will bring them more souvenirs when I come back. Thank you so much.
