It's on the smaller side in comparison to other Pokemon Centres across Japan, but it more than makes up for that fact with the unique Mew Two statue and the new Pokemon Design Lab where you can make your own personalised T-Shirts with almost any Pokemon (Hoenn and some other regions were unavailable at the time of my visit 1.11.2023). It has all the same merchandise as the other stores but with the addition if a few exclusive collaboration items with various brands. There's phone cases that have crystal designs that run between about 18000 and 30000 yen each. Also watches, wedding bands and laundry baskets.

Huge variety and stock of goods! I was able to find a Togekiss plush which I couldn't find in any other Pokémon Centers in Japan (sold out). If you are a foreigner visiting Japan, you are also able to purchase your goods tax-free by showing your passport.

This is one of the most amazing Pokemon Center stores. They have Shibuya original goods and I have visited many times. Today, there was a new product that was collapoated with a fashion brand. However, there were no Pokémon cards at all. I wonder why? This is the first time this has happened to me.

ONLY QUEUE for payment when it’s your timing for the tshirt. I queued for 45 minutes just to purchase the customizable tshirt and they told me I had to requeue AGAIN to purchase the tshirt at my allocated timing. The staff should inform us that its not just collection at the timing, but also the payment. Other than this miscommunication, I would have gave this experience a 5 star as generally it was a good experience and generally most people come out happy because they get their limited edition goods and you can design your own tshirt.

I recently visited the Pokémon store, and while I’m not personally a fan of Pokémon, I must say the store deserves a full 5-star rating for its overall shopping experience. The store was a delightful place to find gifts for my nephew, who is a big fan of Pokémon. The store itself was vibrant and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Each section was thoughtfully laid out, showcasing a wide range of Pokémon merchandise, from plush toys to apparel, and everything in between. The variety was impressive, catering to fans of all ages and preferences. What made my experience particularly enjoyable was the helpfulness of the staff. They were knowledgeable and eager to assist, making recommendations and helping me choose the perfect items for my nephew. Their enthusiasm for Pokémon was contagious, and they made sure I got exactly what I needed. Even as someone who isn’t a Pokémon enthusiast, I appreciated the lively and engaging atmosphere of the store. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into creating a welcoming space for fans and newcomers alike. In summary, whether you’re a Pokémon fan or shopping for one, this store is a fantastic destination. With its wide selection of merchandise, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere, it’s an ideal place for anyone looking for Pokémon-related items. Highly recommended for a pleasant and successful shopping experience!

Big store with lots of merchandise. Next to it is a Nintendo store with its own merchandise, so prepared to spend a lot of money on your kids.

A must visit for Pokémon fans! Each Pokémon store has a different theme and the featured Pokémon for Shibuya store is Mewtwo. They carry lots of merchandises ranging from plush toys to phone cases. Be sure to check out their limited edition seasonal items! Got myself an umbrella and a few pairs of earrings.

Visited this location in October 2023. Located on the 6th floor in the Parco building, this location is extremely busy at all hours. The checkout line can be extremely long as well. The selection of goods range from plushies, phone cases, snacks, keychains, toys and more. It’s impossible to have all 1000+ Pokémon as plushies and other items, but they certainly try. The current focus is on Scarlett and Violet games so expect most merch related to that, and Let’s go Pikachu + Eevee to be around. The Mewtwo location at the entrance is a great photo opportunity. The staff do offer a mystery gift Pokemon, but only on your birthday and it requires your Nintendo switch to be on you to load into the game for them to assist.

Crowded but still had room move around. No cards, just starter box set with four cards. Stuffed pokeman toys available but not the popular ones. Nintendo store next door had a line.

As a pokémon fan this place was almost too nice. First i saw the mewtwo and was already intrested. I walked in to the shop and the walls were filled with pokémon stuff. Plushies, keychains, jewelry, stationery and so on.

One of the biggest pokemon stores in Tokyo. There's a plush for almost all of the Pokemon you can think of. It does get crowded very easily so I'd recommend coming in early on the weekdays.

The Pokémon Center Shibuya is unique that it has nice displays and Graffiti themed merchandise. Though the overall merchandise and product placement could be a lot better, it is still a must visit when you’re in Shibuya. Located across from the Nintendo Tokyo store and oddly enough on google map you will not be able to locate this location by English words “Pokémon Center Shibuya” even though it’s spelt out as such all over their stores 😂

A lot like the other Pokemon centres in Japan, maybe a bit smaller than Ikebukuro. You will come here if you love Pokemon so my review won't change your mind! Lots of good quality merch and few items of outrageous tat. They do have a Mewtwo but those Pokemon pasta snacks...

Great variety of Pokemon goods along with the mew displays! They have huge shelves of plushies, keychains, etc. They also offer tax free services for foreigners. Line can get really long if you come during peak times. Very tourist friendly and staff are very accommodating if you can't speak Japanese.

Located on the 6th floor of Shibuya Parco, this Pokemon Center is packed with merch and Pokemon fans. If you’re looking for cards, you need to ask at the register. Not as many side activities as the Pokemon Center in Sunshine City, but still a great visit since it’s right next to the Nintendo store.

Real Mewtwo OMG!! This pokemon center made my childhood dream came true! and I love Pokemon sound library behind. The sound lab will bring you fly back on the first day open gameboy to play Pokemon! Also there’re Pokemon Labs to create your DIY pokemon T-shirt. Highly recommend for Pokemon trainer!

Many Pokémon merch available and you can also make your own customised tee. When I bought something there, if you showed you played Pokémon Go you’d get a sticker

Very tourist friendly and seeing the Pokemon displays were nice. Avoid peak times because it will get busy here. They have a lot of merch to offer but if you've been to the other stores there isn't much different here in terms of items on offer. The Pokemon Game Sound Library was unique and cool! and getting a snap with Pikachu was fun. Kids will love it!

The giant mewtwo is pretty awesome! The Pokémon center is also right across from the Nintendo store—great combo! They sell all the small size stuffies, but be warned—the line is going to be very long!!

I only chance upon this place when I was visiting the neighbouring Nintendo store. Decided to make a quick detour into the store as the entrance was quite attractive - they had a huge life-size replica of the legendary Pokémon Mewtwo. Further in, there was a decent amount of merchandise, all related to different Pokémon spanning across different gameplays. I was here on a random weekday afternoon, but there was still quite a lot of people so I can imagine how crowded it must be on a weekend or PH. Recommended if you are a huge Pokémon fan to get your favourite items here!

If you’re a Pokémon Trainer like I am, you wouldn’t want to miss this, super crowded but it will worth your time, it’s like you’re living in the game itself when you’re here, 100% recommended if you’re in Shibuya, it’s located at 6th level in Parco mall, next to Nintendo Tokyo and Capcom Tokyo

Very big store!! But it was really crowded when I was there so I didnt bought anything. Anyway, it is a good place to stop by.

The life-size Mewtwo was awesome. The store itself is fairly big but as we went on a weekend, it was really crowded and difficult to browse the products.

Nice place for all Pokemon fans. They just opened, and it was super crowded. The graffiti pikachu is pretty cool.

Another new Pokémon Center has arrived! This time in Shibuya. The life size Mewtwo regeneration cell at the entrance is awesome! Apart from that, the unique feature of this Pokémon Center is the Shibuya-style apparels available in the store.
