Feel (Excluded) Cycle The first time I came to sign up for a class, they told me I needed to create an account online. The website is entirely in Japanese, so I gave up. Skip ahead to months later, my new Japanese friend found out I am a former indoor cycling instructor, and she said she'd love to ride with me. She helped me set up an account and we called to confirm my payment. And then, and ONLY THEN, did we learn that only citizens or people with a residency card can sign up. They wouldn't refund my friend's money. I went by to talk to them in person. They made me wait for 15 minutes and then confirmed the policy again. I asked if I could email a manager and they suggested info@feelcycle. Thanks. So yes, all tourists and temporary guests here in Tokyo, you are NOT WELCOME at FeelCycle. Ever. Time to change your name, FeelCycle. FeelHorrible Cycle? FeelUnWelcome Cycle?

[2020/07/27] This is a member's opinion. I've been there many times, and it lives up to its name as the top FeelCycle store, located on the 3rd floor of Hollywood Beauty Plaza next to Roppongi Hills. The entrance, counter, and changing rooms have an intensely luxurious feel that is clearly different from other stores. The studio has new bikes, and the bike layout is rectangular and straight, so if you use both ends of the bike, you can't help but feel that it's hard to see the instructor in the front of the center. First of all, you can't take lessons near the center of the popular intranet, and you can't even make a reservation in the first place 😅 As usual, I've only rowed at the edges. . Since February of this year, we have had a large number of lessons and instructors, and we can feel the spirit of being a flagship store. However, as with any store, everyone is really kind and welcoming, and I think the staff here are exceptionally cheerful. I think it's a good store that I would like to visit anytime depending on the lesson. It's next to Roppongi Hills so you can get on and off the subway quickly via Metro Hut, which is great.

As avid SoulCycle riders my husband and I were thrilled to discover FeelCycle in Tokyo... only to learn that they do NOT allow non-Japanese residents to attend their classes. Worse, they made us go through a whole song and dance to take off our shoes, come inside, try to sign up online while they watched, only to show us a sign after about 15 minutes saying, “Sorry but it’s our policy to only allow residents of Japan.” I don’t care what country we’re in, this is crappy customer service. We don’t expect you to speak anything but Japanese, but if you have a policy against foreigners you could have let us know before making us jump through hoops. Also your policy is rude and bad business, but what else is to be expected from a brand that does have to balls to come up with their own thing. Painting it black does not mean you’re not stealing.

Really fun, great instructors, and facilities are on site. However they only have a subscription plan which is $180 a month.

Hey all, they’ll let you create an account with foreign address and use foreign credit card to pay but you can’t attend a class if you don’t live in Japan. Not your spot if you’re traveling through and want a workout. Don’t let that “New York” on the sign trick you into believing they are an international company.

The worst of all FeelCycle branches. Rude staff, poor maintenance.

! For those who want to start a trial after seeing Instagram! You cannot cancel your contract without going to the store! Phone calls and emails are not allowed! Please be careful! When I told them that I couldn't go to the store because I was overseas, I was finally able to cancel my contract via email by paying about 26,000 yen. It's an expensive study fee. I was told that I would be billed for next month's subscription if I didn't cancel quickly, so I canceled without checking, but I think it would have been better to consult the consumer center. It seems that I was able to consult with the consumer center even if I was overseas, so I will take advantage of the system the next time something like this happens. (Call charges are at your own expense) Even after these exchanges, I felt uncomfortable with the promotional emails I received from Feel Cycle, so I am changing my rating from 3 to 1.

Great location and great staff! Yes, it’s unfortunate that tourist may not be allowed and I hope this changes in the future but it doesn’t take away from the fact that this is a great place with great instructors and killer workouts!

They do not accept travelers who aren't residents of Japan. There's no option to take one class or buy a package of classes.
