An absolutely fantastic concept as it is open to members 24 hours a day....No excuses anymore to not go onto a fitness and exercise program because you can't fit it in to your life's schedule. Great for people on shift work. This is Inverells state of the art facility. An excellent selection of the latest in high tech exercise machinery. They also have a selection of groups and classes to meet everybody's needs during normal hours. Professionally trained staff will assist you in designing your individual program.

Wow, what a nice facility. They have all of the equipment you could ask for except pilates machines and large exercise balls. The facility is always clean and well kept. Trainers are avaiable to help assist you with any of the machines.
