Matt, Ben and crew are awesome. Ben is the best mechanic in the area who also happens to be an ex-pro mechanic. I love how he gives you a lot of information, not many mechanics do that. I come to town three or four times a year and three times over the years I've had bike issues and one time my girlfriend had an issue. NBX knows we don't have backup bikes with us and they do everything that they can to get us back on the road quickly and it's appreciated. Not all the shops in the area do that. Rabbit and Sue

I had two other friends who bought bikes elsewhere and when we all met up to ride, I def had the better bike for what we needed AND I got a better price than them too. 10/10 I’m so happy!

I dropped by NBX in hopes of getting a spoke replaced and the wheel trued. Matt kindly greeted me and asked what I needed. I was hoping to drop of my wheel to have it fixed. Matt promplty put the rim on the trueing stand and indicated that I may not be able to get it back to normal due to the warping and tension of the spokes on the rim. I agreed and asked what we could do. Matt said "Let me take a look downstairs." Matt came back a few minutes later with a wheel that would work. I asked if he could swap the cassett which he glady replied sure. As I walked around the shop I realized that I should've invested in Trek stock back in the 90s when I was working at DJ Handblebars. I mean $7999 can buy a bike nowadays. Just a few minutes later the cassett was swapped and Matt was ringing me out. I promplty zipped home, installed the old tire, tube, and was off riding again. Thank you Matt and NBX!!!

Had been looking for a bike for a few years when an email came through announcing NBX’s sale. Found what I wanted in minutes, purchased it online, received a call within minutes that it was ready for pick up. Buster the following day and was given an excellent overview by Jay. The amount of attention and help he provided is why I’ll always shop at small businesses, and will return to NBX bikes again.

Great bike shop. Very helpful and bike inclusive- not just catering to one type of rider. Happy to give them all my business. Updated 8/27/23 Went back again to get a new bike for my teenage son. I was so impressed with the care and time they spent fitting him and making sure he was comfortable on the new bike. I spent a little more on a better bike, because I know that this store stands behind what they sell. I go out of my way to recommend this store to others.

What I fully appreciate about the NBX team: their focus is not "the sale"; it is about taking the time to understand their customer's needs and finding the correct bike for them - by comparing models and reviewing key differential features, as well as fitting and test riding multiple bikes as necessary.
