The food was ok ! The staff was friendly We took 2 burgers plant base . Be carful we thought the sauces were for fries but it was for the burgers so we had to pay an extra 200 yen .

This was the first Mos Burger i ever had. After a trip to Mount Fuji, i ended up @ Fujisan Station with a lot of spare time while waiting for my train. Mos Burger is your basic fast food restaurant: very clean, easy to order for foreigners, good English language skills by the friendly staff and you get your food quick. The food quality is good and prices are very reasonable.

Decent fast food. The Mos burger is the best item on the menu.

Food was ok. There were 10 of us and we ordered a lot of things. They DO NOT have ketchup. When we asked if they had it they just said NO. What kind of burger and fries place doesn't have ketchup? Second of all they had 2 high chairs for the kids and they were filthy and disgusting. I wish I had taken a picture but I used up over 10 wet ones and various alcohol wipes. I kept wiping and it kept making the wipes BLACK. They had crusted on dirt/food from who knows how long. GROSS

Mos food is what it is, satisfying on my opinion, and this is clearly not the reason why I am rating this place so badly. The male seller was awful, he literally yelled at me as I was unable to understand his question in Japanese (he speaks English, he just doesn't want to bother using it). When my friend who speaks some Japanese ordered his meal the dude rolled his eyes and sighed ...We wondered if he hated his job or was just plain racist. He totally ruined the whole experience. I guess if he hates customers that much he should find another job.

If you need a pit stop before your next destination this will be the best place (food here is limited especially when is early morning like 8-9am where most of the shops are still closed). Staff is friendly and able to speak English and English menu is advisable. We ordered the pork patty burger and plant based Burger. Pork patty is nice (not oily). Clean and cozy place to rest.

My first time at Mos Burger. Food is delicious (a bit too salty). Price is reasonable.

Actually some vegan Plant Based Fast Food, not that expensive and pretty tasty. The Plant based Burger was pretty nice. :)

This is the best burger I’ve had in Japan. I was very appreciative of it after a long train ride. Fresh, tasty and big enough. Also try the melon soda, very interesting.

Your ordinary Mos, tasty but small and slightly overpriced.

The staff is rude and not friendly when we ask for ketchup. Please review your employee attitude when service your customers.

Only one international food chain in station market.

I brought my tourist friends here, the staff were incredibly rude to English speakers, with visibly irritated facial expressions. The order was taken very rushed, and the food was very bland. Was not happy. Staff should be trained to be more welcoming and patient.
