Probably one of the nicest Burger King's I've ever been to. It was clean for the most part and the customer service was friendly.

First time here at this location and despite other restaurants closing their doors to customers, this location has not given up. This morning on my visit found one counter person doing drive up as well and doing a great job. The restaurant has a nice open layout where you can look through not only the customer area but the kitchen also. These days I try to give a balanced review and give not just the bad parts but also try to be fair and outline the good parts. Coming in I always wash my hands and one thing I noticed was the restroom doors; the women's restroom has a handle to pull but the men's unfortunately has no handle and you can push. We know when we go to wash our hands it's nice that some places have modernized and you don't have to touch anything, but not here, you have to touch it all and after you clean your hands now you have to grab the door handle that someone who doesn't wash their hands have touched. Lastly I ordered my food and thanks to the exceptional counter person manning two positions I got my order hot and fresh. We are lucky that we have many choices for lunch near here and more coming. You can definitely be secure that your choice to eat here is a good one.

Traveling back home from our Easter trip, my granddaughter wanted to stop at BK for the new burger melt. The restaurant was very clean, the service was great and she said that was the best burger melt of all the others she has tasted! The bathroom needed a little attention as the trash can was overflowing, but everything else was clean.

The people at this burger king location obviously do not know the difference between a big king and a regular cheeseburger. This has happened to me at least 3 or 4 times. On top of that when I call to talk with someone about it, no one answers the phone. This location is the absolute worst.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle and a sweet tea. When i got to work, opened my burger and what do you see? Freaking pickles and the tea was just brown water..no kind of sugar. First time going to them and it maybe the last time too. You cant get a simple order right?? Geezz Louise😠😠

I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon, only person in the store, to be greeted by absolutely nobody. I stood at the register for about 5 minutes, somebody else even walked in to request ketchup packets and they were acknowledged, an employee made eye contact with me and still didn't say a word. Coming from someone who works in retail, a simple "I'll be right with you." is all it takes if you're busy doing something behind the scenes to reset customer expectations and end up with a good transaction. Even if it takes a bit longer than normal, most people will understand if they're at least acknowledged.

This may sound a little crazy. I don't eat fast food as much as I used to. So I've become a shake specialist. This burger king as well as the one where I live are both claiming the shake machines are down. Which is a snow job. They for whatever reason do not want to make shakes anymore so I don't patronize them anymore. I go to other places when it's my cheat day and get a great shake. My new place for a really great shake is Cook Out.The food and portions suck to high heaven, for what they charge you are not getting your monies worth by no means. But I give them 5 stars for their variety, which is HUGE! And when you turn the shake upside down and shake, it's NOT coming out of the container. AND THEIR'S YOUR SIGN!!! LOL!!!

First employee just looked at us without saying anything when we were standing at the counter. Food is good for fast food though.
