Chhatrapati Shivajiraje Bhosle (February 19, 1630 to April 3, 1680) was born in AD. He was the founder of the Maratha Empire, which lasted until 1818 and at its height covered much of the Indian subcontinent. People call him Shivarai, Shivaji Maharaj or Raje. This scion of the Bhosle clan established the Maratha Swaraj through a historic struggle against the Adilshahi of Bijapur and the Mughal Empire. An independent Maratha kingdom with Raigad as its capital was established by Shivaji and in AD. He was crowned as Chhatrapati in 1674. In Maharashtra, Chhatrapati Shivaji is known by many names like Shivajiraja, Shivajiraje, Shivaba, Shivabaraje, Shiva, Shivarai, Shiva. Shivaji's birthday is celebrated as 'Shiva Jayanti'. Shivaji and his son Sambhaji are jointly referred to as Shiva Shambhu. Shivaji's reign is also known as Shivakal. Shivaji built a powerful and progressive state on the strength of a disciplined army and well-organized administrative system. He successfully used the guerilla poetry technique that used geography, surprisingly fast movements and precise attacks that demoralized stronger enemies. Shivaji Maharaj raised an army of one lakh soldiers from a small force of 2,000 soldiers inherited from his father. Apart from repairing forts in the coastal and interior regions, he also built many forts. He encouraged the use of Marathi language in governance. No Birthplace of Shivaji Maharaj, Shivneri Shivneri hill fort situated near Junnar city in Pune district. Shivaji was born in 1630. Shivaji's exact date of birth was once a point of disagreement among historians. That dispute was later settled. The Maharashtra state government accepted Phalgun Vadya Tritiya Shaka 1551 (Friday 19th February 1630) as Shiva Raya's birth date in 2001. [1] Accordingly, the Maharashtra government declares a holiday on 19th February every year. Other possible dates include 6 April 1627 (Vaisakh Shuddha Tritiya) as a date of birth. Accordingly, many people outside Maharashtra observe Vaishakh Shuddha Tritiya as Shiva Jayanti, and some people in Maharashtra observe Phalgun Vadya Tritiya as Shiva Jayanti as per the Marathi Panchang. Different dates are shown in calendars. According to a legend, the boy was named 'Shivaji' because Jijabai prayed to Shivai Devi at Shivneri Fort to give him a strong son. Family information Shahaji Raje (Father) First as a Sardar in the Nizamshah of Ahmednagar. After the death of Nizamshah's powerful vizier, Malik Ambar, the forces of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in AD. In 1636, after marching on Ahmadnagar and taking possession of that city, Shahaji Raja became the Sardar of Adil Shah of Bijapur. Adil Shah gave him Jagiri of Pune. Shahjiraj married Tukabai for the second time. Jijabai came to stay in Pune with little Shivajiraj. Tukabai and Shahajiraje's sons Ekoji Bhosale (Venkoji Bhosale) later established their kingdom at Thanjavur in present-day Tamil Nadu. Jijabai (Mother) Jijabai and Bal Shivaji When Jijabai went to live in Pune, Pune was in a very bad condition. Then Jijabai started re-establishing Pune with the help of Dadoji Konddev, turning a gold-plated plow under a symbol in a field in Pune by Chhote Shivajiraj and Karbhari. Jijabai provided firm guidance to Shivaji Raj on every important occasion (like riding the Lion Fort in his adulthood) as he grew up and grew up. She became the progenitor of Shivaji Maharaj. Some historians believe that Jijabai inspired Maharaj Shivaji to realize his dream of establishing Hindu self-government. wife Saibai Nimbalkar Soyrabai Mohite Putalabai Palkar Ask Lakshmibai Kashibai Jadhav Saganabai Shinde Gunwantibai Ingle Sakwarbai Gaikwad descendants
