It was a very nice stay. The room is clean, big, there is a private bathroom and a WC. You can dry your clothes in a balcony or just sit there. Good location. The owner is a very kind and honest person. We are still in contact and I hope to see her again.

Great pg with all the required facilities. Very clean and comfortable. The land lady is very warm, helpful and sweet. I would recommend this as a great and reasonable accommodation option, I have really enjoyed my time here.

This PG is neat & clean. All the facilities provided are very nice and as per shown in photos. Owner is very much caring. Homely and safe environment. Best pg near college road, I will totally recommend this one! The owner treats tenants like her own family! Plus the cleanliness and hygiene is excellent along with the basic necessities provided are available 24*7!

I had apprehensions regarding my accomodation before shifting to Nashik as part of my job. But this place made me feel like at home! The PG is neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. The place is just as shown in the Google photos. The owner (aunty, as we address her) is an extremely caring person, and treats you like one of her own. I was there for one year and not even once I have had any chances to complain. Other flats in the appartment are occupied by familes, hence the society is extremely peaceful and safe too. Autos, cabs, buses and other facilities like grocery stores and food delivery apps are readily available. Nashik Road railway station is a 30 min ride. Overall, I had a great stay at aunty's.

The PG is very nice, comfortable, clean, the location is perfect and even the facilities provided are great. The rooms have ventilated space with modern day living requirements including furniture like beds, built-In wardrobes etc. The washrooms are equipped with geysers. The house owner is friendly, helpful, kind and treats a girl like her daughter. I stayed here for about more than a year and never ever felt like I was away from my home.

This place is really nice and gives a feeling that we are at home. Clean and hygienic. And I am loving my stay here😊😊
