I had the worst experience ever. the worst hydra facial so far . I went there because they said in an offer your are getting 50% off but once you go there they manipulate you and charge extra. trust me if you do a facial in a regular salon it gives you better results . And when I asked for bill because I thought they charged extra they didn't even give me proper bill. I have done facial before but trust me this was the worst infact I feel my face was better before the facial, not a single difference. It's been 3 days the customer service is also not replying. I'm never going to trust VLCC ever . Please don't waste your money. You will see 0 results. I'm so disappointed .

Clean and neat place, adequately staffed with courteous & trained professionals. Highly recommend Sagar for Hair services and Sonali for skin services. They're both very good- very skilled & knowledgeable in their areas;

Center Manager Attitude and behavior was so annoying and she was no mood to give counseling properly though I said I took a pkg from. Kaya clinic ahmedabad around 50k ...and bcoz i shift to nashik recently and looking for regular maintenance pkg for skin she ignored ...and like she was in hurry and avoiding me to give proper counseling...and kind of forcing me to do slimming pkg though I told her that due to timing concern I can not take this pkg but interested in skin pkg... she was like disappointed and refuse to give me other details. Rest staff was good but the center head behavior was like she is the owner of vlcc ..herself is Vandana Luthra...🤣🤣 anyway ...vlcc products are good..the services are good...the only things is this kind of pro claimed herself the owners...who is just employee need to improve in communication and counseling...and need to learn how to handle the client's...

Sagar did good job for hairs also Swati did good job for facial. Two star is only for menicure it's just wastage of money Bhagyashree did it. First of all no scrubbing done properly.. she put the bowl on my lap where I could not able soak my hands properly, second she didn't scrub my hands properly.. third my right hand is away from her so she didn't pay much attention on the right hand..she is so lazy she washed my hands in pedicure tub where my pedicure was going on and she didn't care about my dress while washing it.. she is just too lazy and just washing her hands from her work. I will not recommend menicure

Worst experience’ They are active only until they get their amount in advance, after that, they give the worst treatment! They try to manipulate and are successful but the product is worst.
