negative

I
would.
Stayed
at
the
Courtyard
Nashik
and
was
having
a
great
experience
until
I
decided
to
book
this
spa
there.
I
never
write
bad
reviews
but
the
experience
here
was
really
bad.
I
booked
a
2:30pm
appointment.
First
they
didnāt
even
ask
me
what
type
of
service
I
was
interested
or
asked
me
for
how
long.
This
shouldāve
been
my
sign.
The
manager
calls
my
room
and
tells
me
the
guest
before
me
decided
to
extend
it
extra
by
30
minutes
and
even
though
I
was
supposed
to
checkout
by
3:30
pm
ended
up
convincing
the
hotel
to
let
me
stay
till
4.
I
get
there
at
3
and
they
told
me
āthey
are
just
prepping
the
roomā.
I
told
them
I
have
to
get
out
by
4pm
because
I
had
to
convince
the
hotel
to
even
let
me
check
out
by
4.
Now
Iām
waiting
for
15
min
while
they
are
āprepping
the
roomā.
I
go
up
to
the
manager
and
she
just
tells
me
to
go
back
to
the
relaxing
area
because
the
previous
guest
is
still
taking
a
shower.
I
tell
her
I
had
to
convince
the
hotel
to
even
let
me
stay
till
4,
and
if
the
massage
is
1
hour
I
wonāt
get
out
till
4:15
not
even
including
showering
up
and
dressing
up.
She
starts
offering
me
ācreative
solutionsā
but
I
essentially
had
to
go
down
to
the
front
desk
and
beg
for
4:30
check
out.
I
come
back
up
and
itās
3:30
at
this
point.
They
essentially
allowed
the
previous
guest
to
extend
the
appointment
by
30
minutes
knowing
that
they
had
an
appointment
at
2:30
and
then
allowed
them
to
shower
for
30
minutes!
The
manager
tells
me
I
would
be
out
by
4:30
but
however
long
I
want
to
shower
itās
āup
to
meā
so
I
donāt
get
a
late
charge
by
the
hotel.
Ridiculous.
Itās
3:31
and
I
get
inside
the
room,
look
at
the
face
rest
and
itās
oily
and
has
hair
from
the
previous
guest.
I
tell
the
masseuse
to
clean
it
and
she
just
wipes
it
dry
with
some
towel.
I
tell
her
to
de-sanatize
it
-
ridiculous
I
had
to
even
do
that.
She
bring
the
sanitizer
and
wipes
it.
I
check
the
sanitizer
and
itās
a
hand
sanitizerā¦she
didnāt
even
wipe
it
with
water
after
and
wanted
my
face
to
be
rubbing
on
those
chemicals.
At
this
point
I
change
back
up
and
go
back
to
the
manager
to
cancel
and
she
just
tells
me
thatās
okay
and
they
wonāt
post
it
to
the
room-
literally
no
sorry
or
nothing.
I
asked
her
I
want
to
review
this
experience
and
she
tells
me
to
āgo
ask
the
hotelā
on
how
to.
Overall-
made
me
wait
an
hour,
and
honestly
wouldnāt
have
cared
if
it
was
an
easy
going
hour
but
it
was
the
most
excruciating
hour
dealing
with
the
manager
and
the
overall
experience.
No
sense
of
hospitality
by
not
admitting
to
your
own
fault.
As
a
titanium
member
of
Marriott-
probably
my
worst
experience.
It
doesnāt
cost
anything
to
be
a
human
and
just
be
nice
but
that
was
non
existent
here
just
like
their
customer
service.
If
you
are
considering
this
place
as
a
spa
and
care
for
customer
experience
and
cleanliness-
go
elsewhere.
Marriott
should
reevaluate
their
relationship
with
this
spa
or
the
spa
should
hire
a
more
competent
manager.
What
a
shame.
