Lovely place. Well maintained. Great location. Ideal for 2-3 families together. Three large bedrooms large drawing room sufficient large common open spaces great pool with wonderful view. Great food made by the cook but service needs to be faster if a large group is staying.

I visited the property with 7 other friends from 11th to 13th august 2023. At the outset, i would like to compliment you on the house, the views, the furbishment, interiors and the cleanliness. However we had some discomforts as under. 1. The Shower knob in bathroom was loose. Exhaust fan in bathroom was not working. 2. It is rather awkward that there is a pantry but no provision to make tea/coffee. The electric kettle wasn’t working. This is there in the most expensive rooms in the world along with tea coffee sachets. And it’s rather complimentary. 3. We thus requested the house keeping to bring us tea on Friday evening. I assure you, it has been the worst tea flavoured water we have had. On suggesting the house keeping that we require better tea as we are also going to pay for it, he said, this is all we can do. And that the kitchen is locked and they can’t make tea for us. Am aware the property is isolated, however they could have figured some way to serve us good tea? I mean we are being charged exorbitantly for it anyway. This was very disappointing. 4. We had ordered for breakfast lunch and dinner on Saturday ie the second day of the stay. (We are assuming the chef got keys to the kitchen and cooked us the meals)Tea quantity was very less. It wasn’t even 8 full cups. It felt like we were rationing for it. On request we were served more, however that was bought as 4 open cups. The previous serving was in a thermos,but carrying from the kitchen to the house significantly cooled it down. 5. For dinner for 8 people only 12 gulab jamuns were served. I mean, restaurants serve 2 atleast? 6. The food was good, but it felt rather heavy. We all were bloated post the meals. Again no salt and pepper shakers available. When asked for we were served after the meal was almost over. 7. For dinner starters, we were served 4-5 plates of starters. While lunch we were served 8 plates of both starters each. Again rationing food. 8. No papad was served for lunch. on asking we were told we will make available for dinner. Which never happened under the pretext of “we don’t store papad as it’s monsoon and we didn’t get any in market”. As Indians, don’t we store papads for the monsoons?! 9. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast conversation for the next day. On asking we were told we will be served poha again for breakfast on Sunday. 10. After a lot of persistence the coordinator agreed upon serving aloo paratha. But if we have come for a vacation why would we be wanting to to eat the same dish for two days back to back? 11. Mind you we paid a whopping 13000 advance for the meals. I believe we deserved atleast what we asked for? 12. For everything the house keeping staff said it’s far we have to go to village and so on. 13. Additionally we requested for fresh towels on Sunday morning. The housekeeping staff pointed out to the small swimming towels. On asking for bath towels he said he would provide but neatly folded our used towels and left. Probably assuming we will not notice ? 14. We had also requested for some cold drinks, smokes and etc for which we promptly paid the staff beforehand. He bought us the things but kept the change. We were willing to tip him provided he would have the integrity to give us accounts. He did so on the next day on asking him. 15. The staff is polite, well mannered and very clean, but very head strong. It felt as if all things can be answered with a no or with everything is far. The plumber and electrician was brought the next day of our pointing out. But the discomfort felt not worth the cost. 16. I don’t think we asked for some unreal requirements. We haven’t asked for laying out beds, been cooperative for timings etc. We haven’t even messed up the property that it troubles your staff. I wonder how much more we are expected to pay to just get basic necessities like Food and towels. I hope you guys take reviews seriously and work towards betterment. The location of your property is beautiful but for cost, service it’s very disappointing.

I loved this place, trust me you will also enjoy when u will visit here. The views are natural. Luxurious amenities, with an open to sky bath-tub, and large swimming pool. The owner is really nice and the caretakers are really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a lot . It's safe for girls also.

It's kind of Big villa with G+1 building appearance built next to beautiful River. It has giant swimming pool both the ground level and terrace level which feels like infinity pool at the biggest towers. The location is surrounded by rivers and mountains a perfect spot to choose upon with fantastic Skeyview and wide range of outdoor sitting areas. Friendly staff and good customer service.

The owner is really nice and the caretakers are really friendly and helpful. The cook serves really delicious food. Worth every penny. Looking forward for my next visit, already.

Really it's a nice visit and good atmosphere enjoyed a lot. And excellent environment it's good place for enjoying.
