I stayed for 3 days, it was perfect. Always hot water available, room service is excellent, food is nice (Felt price is bit high). I have opted for Laundry service, it was too good. It is fully safe! One thing is I noticed here is, The reception and food service people should smile more and otherwise it feels like we are burden them.

We stayed at ibis Nashik for two nights. The experience is more displeasing than the good. Good part is food, snacks and breakfast is good and they have variety to suit your taste buds. Bad part is they refuse to give your preference of rooms if booking is through third party website. Rooms are bit cramped. But real issue is no noise insulated walls. So if your spouse is in the bathroom early morning surely you will wake up too. In our room liquid soap, hand wash was exhausted, despite request it was not refilled!... Are guests expected to bring soap, towel and blankets? Another problem is inadequate parking, if you come late night most likely you will have to park your car outside the hotel. They have mechanical two tier parking arrangement but it is defunct now! There are no restaurants near by for any quick bites. If you have work in MIDC or nearby area and stay isn't not longish......choice is yours!

As a Tour Operator I need to give the best to my clients, hence as IBIS is a reputed one booked rooms here for my clients (19members) As 9 rooms are already booked for twin sharing, there is one person extra who is waiting for the room Hence I requested staff for either extra bed or triple occupancy room They denied by saying they don’t have option to provide either extra bed or triple occupancy! All the clients are ladies and having some luggage, I asked for help if one room boy to just help the luggage, they simply said they don’t even have room boy facility also and it’s purely self service. ( After we done with the luggage by our self, one of the boy came and asking me if I need any help) First ever time I received a pathetic hospitality from Ibis Nashik !

Very horrible experience with IBIS Nashik. 1. Very small and claustrophobic rooms. no space at all in room. 2. They do not have proper washrooms in the room. All they have a vanity washroom made of plastic fabric and fitted inside room eating into room space 3. The bed size is very small. Not enough for two people 4. When I asked for extra bedding they denied straight forward 5. They don’t provide any assistance for the luggage, when I called the reception for assistance with my luggage during checkout they said it’s on self for guests to do. I had small kid and had to carry all my luggage on my own. 6. The bedding and mattress was so uncomfortable that one can sleep only at Center otherwise the matress at corner will bend and one will fall down 7. For room service they ask to settle the payment right away and not during checkout. Sometimes we need some food or milk in emergency for our kid and do not have much time, but they insist on doing payment before which id very inconvenient. Overall very expensive and zero service oriented hotel and zero facilities and zero customer support. Given one star just for the very humble guard who happens to help with parking as well.

We went there with family. The staffs were amazing, they were so kind, professional and lovely.Specially lalit Mali They prepared a cute little birthday cake for my daughter's birthday . We highly appreciated that. My family loved ibis music the best. The breakfast was good enough and the city view balcony was lovely. I was surprised that the room is best in size and comfortable which i liked the most. The bed was comfortable however the desk and the chair in my room were a bit old. It did not a matter for my family compared to what we got after the trip

Extremely poor and terrible service. I have made the reservation through an online platform and I've requested for an additional adult to be included for whatever charges but haven't received a single revert since the last so many days... Terrible customer service..m They barely answer their calls and if they eventually do answer then they disconnect. I mean seriously?? You guys are in hospitality industry... I wonder if this is the service then is it really worth visiting Ibis Nashik.. Too bad

The stay was great ... Room and housekeeping and the requirements were met and they went beyond expectations. Absolutely 4* except that they don't have garden or anything nut it's a business hotel and perfectly placed. It's restaurant is great. Manager is very responsive and attentive. All the staff is very polite and absolutely loved all our meals there. It's also a great restaurant-choice amoung locals as we saw many families visiting. Every food was authentic and no mix-match. Thankyou and i shall visit again.😎

Highly non recommended property.Charges are like 5 star and facility is poorer than any local Dharamsala. Room was neat and clean but cozy, bathing area is just to stand. This hotel rooms are made to accommodate 1 person only. The worst part about the food charges, Items which cost rs. 375 in restaurant menu card will serve you in room with 520 rs. Too much hidden charges applied. pathetic place. Not for family, no value for money. Will not suggest to visit hotel with family

I has a stay for buisness reason, *Rooms are kept clean and comfortable* The food and service is they weak points of this stay. If you are a corporate stay they will not support much with service i had to fight for everything from the order in live kitchen to the request from rooms like additional tea making stuffs, In peak booking days, clearly they are fond of corporate bookings and simply deny for rooms. Food: okayish and not outstanding or superb. Strong points is the location. Easy to access MIDC. Management should definitely improve service.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great city, and was extremely impressed with the quality of service provided by the Lait and Harshal restaurant staff, kitchen and cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel. The restaurant staff was polite and attentive, and they went out of their way to ensure that I had an enjoyable dining experience. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The kitchen was spotless and well run, with everything being done safely and with high standards. The hotel was very clean and hygienic, with a great attention to detail in the sanitization and cleanliness of the rooms. We had stayed in Ibis hotel, Nashik for 3 nights and we had a great experience. Courteous staff and excellent service. Food was pretty average but it is the case with every 5 star hotel. The food is better outside and definitely worth trying the delicacies of Nashik. Having said that it wasn't bad per say. It has many convenient options in case you don't have time to visit restaurants outside. But our stay there was perfect. It was a close distance to many eateries and the location of the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The staff of the restaurant, valet parking, room service and every single place was excellent. I will definitely stay over in Ibis even in my next visit to Nashik. Rooms - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Cleanliness - 5/5 Food - 3/5 Overall excellent experience.

we had excellent experience during our one-night stay. the room was clean and neat contributing to our overall comfort. while the breakfast offered a variety of delicious food we did miss having pastries. Nonetheless, as a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in a good location, room was clean but the bathroom was miniature, really problematic for a comfortable stay. Food quality was average with exorbitant price and very very less quantity. I have to take the service of outside restaurant like 'sidewalk' and 'Vern' in BLVD, which offers value for money,to satiate our hunger.

I had a wonderful experience when I recently visited the Spice it restaurant for breakfast. The hygiene was top notch, and I was pleased to see that the buffet was well stocked and fresh. The service was great likely Lalit and aakash as all the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very neat and clean, and the kitchen was also well organised and well equipped. My experience at the restaurant Lalit was absolutely fantastic. The hygiene was impeccable, the kitchen was spotless, and the staff were all incredibly kind. Great location, lobby was air-conditioned and clean. Check-in was smooth and staff were wonderful. Room was very clean with complimentary water. Nice clean bathroom and shower water was hot. Mini fridge and pantry had plenty of snacks which was nice (paid for obviously) and the mini fridge was actually cold. Air-conditioning in the room was poor, but this was fixed after we asked reception. Food and drinks at the hotel and all accompanied restaurants are budget friendly . The food itself was fine. Coffee at the cafe was good Sound proofing was great, never heard anything outside of our room.thank you Lalit for taking care for us

I have been eating breakfast at the Hot Spread kitchen for quite a while and staff like Aakash and deepali and neha and harshal j is excellent, with staff taking all the necessary precautions to ensure a germ free environment. The food is always hot and prepared fresh. The menu is full of delicious choices and the sides are equally delightful. The service is outstanding. I recently had the chance to go to the Hygien Restaurant spice it at Ibis nashik, and it was a great experience overall. The food was excellent, the waitstaff was very friendly and attentive namely lalit and darshan, and the general atmosphere of the place was very pleasant. The restaurant made sure to take great care of all of the safety protocols and hygienic practices due to the current pandemic situation, which made me feel very comfortable and secure. I really appreciated the extra care they took in terms of keeping their customers safe, and it was great to know that they take their responsibility seriously. All in all, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice and cozy dining experience.

Great location especially for trimbak visitors. ambience is good. cleanliness is good. room services is really slow and we had to call multiple times. no extra mattresses is provided as per the new policy which was disappointing.

Good food Great hospitality We family of 2 adults and 2 kids been here for stopover. They provided adjoining rooms as one room was not enough. Rooms were interconnected easy to move around. Rooms were compact but convenient

Very nice clean place to stay. Separate smoking floor/rooms. Pets allowed which is a added plus point. Food not as continental as mentioned on site but good. Staff good but need to be more professional in the cafeteria. They seem to be more involved within themselves at times.

Very ordinary overall. Pros -Their staff is kind and courteous -Bed is neat and comfy. Cons -Their washroom feels like you are in a train, very plasticky and tiny. - Their food prices are high and not at all tasty . Their chutney with idli was really very bad. Their breakfast barely had any continental. Just bread-butter. To top it their juice gets over and didn't even get replenished. One star for food! Just a business hotel and who just wants to sleep and doesn't care for anything else!. Not at all recommended for families

It was beautiful place.Really happy with the services provided by the hotel. Would specially like to mention Mr.Abhinav (front office manager )for his warm welcome given to us. We were too touched about how he made us use the lift and he climbed the stairs, to maintain social distancing and then escorted us to our room.he was very kind and helpful.he made our stay memorable great job done by him . Really happy to know about the safety measures taken by the hotel and fascinated to know about stories associated with the hotel, he told us about. However, the breakfast was great Would surely be back for such a beautiful experience.

Great experience. So I stayed in ibis nashik for around 8 days. All the rooms are of same size and with same amenities. Size of bathroom is little small but space is sufficient. Staff behaviour is excellent both dinning and house keeping. Coming to food, its actually not like other hotel where you may face some medical issues like indigestion and all after eating for so many days.. its actually light and tasty. You can avail pickup drop facility also on reasonable charges from any location. You can also avail laundry charges its quite reasonable as compared to other hotels.

Chef inter acted and prepared the items as per our choice.Mr. Abhinav was very positive and helped us to move to our rooms. We had booked three rooms. During next visit i will stay here. The service for F and B by staff was very good.

On my recent trip to Nashik, I had booked a 3 night stay at IBIS Nashik. The stay was really good. The staff there is absolutely understanding and helpful. The food was great. A special thanks to Chef Darshan, he did a great job of adjusting to our requirements and he specially made the food for us depending on the requirements we mentioned to him. The food he cooked was AWESOME and on the last night of our stay he served us a desert of Walnut Brownie with ice cream and I must say the best walnut brownie till date. All in all a great experience and a very helpful & adjusting Staff.

Excellent service, staff is well trained in respect of hospitality. Rooms are squeaky clean. We stayed here for last weekend and our toddler enjoyed the spacious place. Infact we forgot to carry our charger while leaving the place and the staff couriered it immediately when we informed them. Definitely recommending this place to friends and Family. Mr. Lalit explained the discount process once you are member of IBIS family and also explained about live menu availability. Had yummy food 😋

I been to Nashik IBIS for couple of times for office work. I liked the way their staff greets at reception, at luggage scanning or at gate. They attends guest promptly in case of any concerns or requirements & also they have very attending staff at restaurant. Not to mentioned, food quality is also good. So overall I was having pleasing experience there.

Food is awesome, room is not. It's a budget hotel, so dont expect much from this. We requested an extra bedding for kid, but hotel was sold out that day, hence there were no extra bedding as well!! Morning breakfast was really good. Food items were delicious, fresh and various options were there.

The experience at Ibis was fabulous right from checking in...reception staff Nasir, catering staff Kiran were very helpful and cooperative.  We reached early but check in was instantly  processed and room was prepared and handed to us. Restaurant has limited menu esp veg but food is very tasty and reasonably priced.  Buffet breakfast is one of the best thing with good variety of tasty food. The location, room quality, space, is all above expectation. Overall worth the price. The booking was made through Ibis' official website which had good deal plus very user friendly. Definitely recommended for leisure or business purpose stays in Nashik.

The staff behavior was very unprofessional. I was traveling with family. First room phone was not working. Some how managed to start phone I called to room service at 7pm for additional drinking water, room service person said she would be sending. But no one showed up until 8.30 pm, then I had called again, and she told water will be sent but nothing came. We were tired of full-day traveling and slept out without drinking much water. So the service is very poor. Finally when I called the next day morning and informed that I have been asking for water since last night. They sent water. Food is not good. No variety nor taste. Not a choice to stay if other better options are available in that area.
