Best Misal place in Nashik (in terms of Taste and not for ambiance). - Misal is very tasty, served with crispy hot pav and Curd, papad. - Buttermilk is awesome, its like cherry on the top. Even lassi is very good. - A Must try misal in nashik Prices as of March 2022. Misal - 100, extra pav jodi- 30, buttermilk - 30, lassi half-30.

Ok ok taste 👅! Not as expected.. people talk much about this but frankly speaking it’s don’t like the taste and the ambience. Not clean at all. I am visiting this since 15 years still I see the same arrangement, not a single change at all. Very clumsy. Location is in the MIDC so the crowd is not that good. It’s actually Shyamsundar misal and permit bar so it’s actually it’s crowded with all kind of people. The washrooms are not at all hygienic. It’s common for staff and customers. It could have become a good brand but they didn’t take much efforts. Overall experience not good

It's very famous and also one of the old misals. Taste is one of the best in town. I would also recommend trying Vada rassa. The price is also reasonable. The ambience is old and normal.

As the name suggests, this place is renowned for its misal, and we discovered it through Google reviews. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, and there was a considerable crowd on a Sunday morning. However, when we ordered the Misal, it didn't meet the standards of what I usually have (in New Panvel). Perhaps the locals find it tasty, but personally, I didn't quite enjoy it. On a side note, my friends tried the 'masal taak,' and they liked it. The restaurant offers various other food options, but when it comes to misal, I'd say it's somewhat below average and possibly overhyped.

Shamsunder Misal is one of the oldest and famous misal in nashik. The taste is maintained from the beginning.Tastes is good. They serv paav which roast in butter with large sized. The misal is not too spicy. The price is Rs.100 / - which is a bit high. But that's fine. There Buttermilk is also famous. There are also all kinds of Punjabi dishesh available. Will definitely suggest to taste sometime.

One of the most famous misal in nashik. Taste is good with moderate to low levels of spice. Ambience is decent with family friendly sections. The speciality of this place is their jumbo pav served with various dishes. Service is good and fast. Usually you'll have to wait depending upon holidays because it is too crowded.

Taste is awesome spicy misal with fresh lemon is awesome I recently dined at Shamsundar Hotel and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. And speaking of the menu, the food was amazing!

Oo My God! I literally wasted my 3, 4 years eating those shitti misal from Sadhna, Grape embessy, Peru chi wadi etc... Those are only showoff, main thing is missing completely which is taste... "Chulivarchi Misal" tagline literally a marketing fraud.... Regarding Shamsundar misal, absolutely amazing.. my taste buds are happy now... Definately will no get caught by those marketing traps any more! #RealMisal

Never had such a bad misal experience ever in my life. The service was so so poor. When asked for spicy tarri/cut they gave the same one in a small katori. The pavs were toasted in butter, like Why??? The misal only had sev in it and lots of sprouts/matki-watane.

The only place where you can get the taste of misal if you don't love spicy misal then you can definitely try misal here. Believe me I have tried Vada Rassa also and the taste of Misal and Vada Rassa is unbeatable. Shamsundar is the only place where you can go without thinking much. But the only problem is that the rush on Sundays. People come here to enjoy the real taste of misal and not to enjoy the atmosphere there is no such decorative items here but the taste is very good.

Recently tried this and the misal tastes good too ! Although the pav could have been better ( the pav served here are the ones we’re likely to have with pav bhaji ) I personally did not enjoy it but the misal did taste good .

Missal was fantastic and the lassi was amazing too. This place really lives up to its name and fame. Highly recommend this specific location for its charm even if it is a little out of your way.

Shamsundar Misal, located in the MIDC area, is a well-liked establishment that provides misal pav and other dishes at reasonable prices. The restaurant has sufficient parking space in the vicinity and comprises two floors without any air conditioning. It is renowned for its economical food options, but the quality of the food is average and comes at a cost of approximately Rs. 100-150 per dish. The service is prompt and the staff is accommodating. However, the hygiene standards at the restaurant could be improved.

Maharashtrian veg snack joint serving misal pav, vada rassa, lassi, chaach etc... High footfall joint, there is no proper queuing during peak times. Mismanaged on that front. Taste is average. Pretty congested. Service is fast. Floors need proper cleaning, greasy tables, utensils were not washed & cleaned properly, spoons soiled, edges of plates had residue food. Hygeine is low. Getting parking in Peak times is difficult, need to park a bit away from the hotel.

Best usal pav ever I recommend every person to visit the location atleast once in there lifetime. Sadly they don't know how to make misal. It is not at all spicy lot of matki and shev.

  • 4/5 Nutan R. 2 years ago on Google
Place was nice but a bit tight, large crowd especially for the speciality. Was overall nice experience for the food. The staff was friendly, and could expect a decent little delay in service due to heavy load.

  • 3/5 Kunal A. 2 years ago on Google
The place is a bit old and unclean And they have a bar on the other side not recommended for family visits the misal pav was okayish too don't expect much

Maharastrian food available. Best Misal at Nasik. Very known for its misal.

  • 5/5 Arnav P. 2 years ago on Google
Great taste and value for money. They also serve other good dishes like pav bhaji, Rassa batata vada etc. So if you go in a group and someone doesn’t want to eat missal they can try other items. Slightly old restaurant but the quality of food is great. Very hygienic as well. Should definitely visit once.
