We bought 2 sofas and one expensive double bed in March 2022. The bed that we received was defective and making lot of noise. When we complained their concerned officer and technicians visited and checked it. After due correspondence we were told that they have received approval for replacement with same type or asked us to choose another one. When we opted for same one we were promised to get it within 15 days and now after one month they have changed their stance and say replacement is not approved. It seems that they are only interested in selling and when it comes to after sale service they just ignore you. We will not recommend to buy from this outlet.

whenever I visit this store, 1 or 2 salesperson will follow you behind. Because of that it feels very uncomfortable, and even though I need to purchase something, I won't purchase. So, please @HomeTown CCM Nashik, kindly take a note of it that - many people just come in the store and dont take anything, only because of this 'following behind' behaviour of salesperson. And when actually we need any help of salesperson, at that time no one is present. Please make a note, and of possible make the changes. Thanks

The store lacks professionalism specially when it comes to after sale service. The communication within themselves seems to be poor. The technician had come over to check but after that it took us 4 days to just get in touch with DEEPA ma'am and even after requesting her, she said that it would take another 4 days to come home and do the repairs. So a total of 8 days to repair a sofa. There is no point in being a Home Town loyalist.

Good products with care less servants running the customer experience. Grossly mismanaged, purchased furniture twice repent why I go back to HomeTown, what ever on display is not in stock when you make buying decision, make you pay advance and then your are at servent mercy for delivery dates and options ordered. Seriously Home Town leadership should look into operations at Nashik shop chaos.
