Very good and big campus, staff is also very nice. They are also conducting COVID-19 RT-PCR test.

It was nice experience from the hospital but there are some little issues regarding first is billing department too slow and zero management. Second is no night stay facility for relatives. Overall co-operation is good, assistant doctor taking regular followup. All kind of facilities are inhouse.

I'm an ex- student of this institution. The college offers competitive education n facilities in medical profession. It has attached hospital which is well equipped n manned by health professionals.

The doctors are great and very cooperative. The hospital is clean comparatively to other government hospitals. But the admin staff is worse! Very negligent about their duties. They'll literally make you roam around the hospital for a single piece of paper when in fact it is their fault in misplacing it. Moreover they'll never admit their mistakes.

Worst service by Sonography department a... protocol and rules of medical line has been not followed by staff...7hours waiting for abdo pelvis sonography and they are taking patients who are there knowns and other who are in que they have to wait for 7-8 hours on 18noof patients and if you ask them any questions they say "AAPKA REFUND LEKE NIKAL JAO WE DON'T CARE". The ridiculous behaviour of sonography person....

I was really pleased with hospitality and staff of the medical collage but today on date 03 april 23 I was go to hospital for vaccination of my 17 month baby girl but attitude and behavior of the medical staff was very rude after that when I go for vaccination she ordered me that go to bill counter and paid 550 rupees for mmr and vitamin A vaccines. But according toUnder India's Universal Immunization Programme 12 different vaccines are provided to beneficiaries free of cost, through government health system. These are – BCG, OPV, Hepatitis B, Pentavalent, Rotavirus Vaccine*, PCV*, IPV, Measles/MR*, JE*, DPT, and TT. Then I went to reception for clarification that things if the vaccine is free provided by the government then why should I pay for that ? is there any policy ? please show me but there was no reply given by any one I also ask for the complain book to write about that they didn't given to me and go outside from his office .. I didn't think it was a good behavior in public dealing and please provide me needful document or policy for your people taking money for free vaccine and please do needful action we have a great faith on your medical collage but these type of staff is defaming your hospital name as well fame Thank you
