Sir and mam are the good gynecologist and very kind to patient but their staff mostly Receptionists so rude with patients and this behavior after paying so much is so stressful. They don't value time of patients.most of the time you will not get doctor in hospital and theire staff will give you a routine follow up which never be satisfying and clear as you have faith on doctor not on there staff.even receptionist behave like dr as they dont have any knowledge. As we paying money we are expecting result and more like emotional support but only beacuse of there staff you might can feel lost.

Very bad experience.. wasting time too much..once you paid all money..they will not entertaind you..only they are focus new patient. one you waste 1-2 year and no results.. they will not even ask you..also everytime consulting fee and all fees are very high... also, staff is very rude.. patients are went there after suffering 5-6 hrs traveling..and they are behaving like we are going there for time pass.overall 2-3 experience very bad.

Best Doctor, but don't have management over there, they don't have any feelings about patient time. The ideal time to get consulting is around 3-4 hrs. It's too much..

My wife had been got treated in Dr Lad's Navjeevan Hospital. It was outstanding experience. Dr Lad is one of the best couple from India when it comes to competency in Gynecology and IVF treatment. Both Sir and Madam are very good listener, very co-operative and very good human being. I am not sure if God exists or not but I experience God in human form in Sir and Madam. Very bad experience from hospital and very costly IVF centre I went there they were advised me only IVF is Solution but i conceive naturally without any treatment so please take second opinion from other Doctor if you can't afford IVF treatment

Very expensive as compared to other similar hospitals. Even tests they charge there are some what 3 times more than other hospitals for same test. And you have to wait for atleast half day once u go for checkup

Best Infertility centre of Nashik. Very co-operative staff. Best consultants Especially Dr Neha Lad Mam, not seen a person like her. Very calm and very sweet spoken person. Ready to do everything best for her patients. She works 24 x 7 yet always fresh with her every green smile.

Doctors are so nice to talk, very kind person. But the some of their staff are so rude and behaviour is very illogical

Fake reviews. Gets Intimidated by eye-opening genuine reviews & persuades Google to remove reviews focussing criticism & complaints. Worst Rehab, Rude Staff, unorganised low-key amenities with very ordinary facilities but charge high amounts. High temperament issues. Ironically conducts Anger Management sessions. Feeling much better after discontinuing treatment & medications here.
