It’s
taken
me
6
months
to
gather
the
courage
and
get
to
go
for
my
laser
session.
I
have
never
been
more
traumatized
and
worried
of
getting
Covid
or
another
disease.
I
walked
in
at
11:35am
for
a
11:30am
appointment.
I
was
scandalizes
to
see
there
was
no
sanitizer
available,
my
therapist,
a
senior
one
(apparently)
WAS
NOT
wearing
a
mask
or
an
apron
which
is
MANDATORY
and
the
reception
area
had
no
social
distancing
maintained.
I
later
asked
for
my
chart
with
my
records
which
they
were
not
able
to
find/did
not
have-
which
was
a
little
shocking.
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
doctor,
who
politely
came
but
was
BEYOND
UNHELPFUL
AND
NOT
PROFESSIONAL.
He
walked
out
saying
someone
else
will
help
you,
not
to
mention
he
had
no
lab
coat
or
apron
on
and
was
in
slippers
-
and
he
is
a
doctor?
Was
shocked!
I
walked
into
the
treatment
room
to
find
an
employees
clothes
hanging
behind
the
door.
I
had
the
entire
room
sanitized
because
I
did
not
feel
safe.
The
room
had
been
cleaned
yesterday
and
not
even
this
morning!
The
person
came
with
a
dusting
cloth
a
bottle
filled
with
a
solution
cleaned
the
counter
space,
sink
and
later
used
the
same
filthy
cloth
to
clean
the
head
of
the
laser
machine,
which
is
was
flabbergasting
as
that’s
what
goes
on
to
rub
my
body.
By
this
point
it
was
12:20pm,
remember
my
appointment
was
for
11:30am.
I
had
to
asked
the
therapist
to
change
her
gloves
3
times
because
she
had
to
touch
the
door,
the
machines,
plug
them
in
as
they
were
not
prepared
for
my
appointment.
They
didn’t
have
the
lighting
correct
so
needed
a
torch,
the
torch
turned
out
to
be
that
of
her
cell
phone-
which
I
was
not
comfortable
with,
I
used
my
phone
and
helped
her
identify
the
spots
where
treatment
needed
to
be
done
and
helped
shave
because
I
was
delayed
by
1
hour.
1
hour
later
she
didn’t
finish
the
3
body
parts
that
needed
to
be
worked
on,
had
no
cream/lotion
to
clean
me
with
so
decided
to
use
rubbing
alcohol
and
a
rough
cotton
on
my
body.
I
walked
out
looking
a
Dalmatian.
I
am
beyond
mortified
with
my
treatment
and
have
NO
desire
to
go
back,
I
am
ok
with
my
money
going
down
the
drain.
Safety
and
hygiene
are
the
utmost
important
components
for
a
skin
care
center.
I
wouldn’t
recommend
this
place
to
anyone!
