Its a Unisex Health Club/Gym located at Mumbai Naka, next to NCP Office. It is well equipped and having certified trainers who are best in their field. Their services are too good. P.S. Free WiFi zone.

What I like most in this Gym is the Trainers and Owners Knowledge about the Fitness. They are very good in the field. They give proper advices on how to loose/gain the weight.

Very friendly environment and coaches are very helpful specially akshay sir. Akshay sir is the backbone of the gym. If you want to see the changes in your body whether it is muscles gains or fat loss. Akshay sir will help you to achieve your goal. If you ever join this then train under akshay sir.

The gym is okay. They have different rooms for cardio benches legs and stretching which i didn't liked personally. And also they don't switch on ac regularly.
