Very good service staff, courteous and helpful service. Good location, excellent food quality and taste. I guess in monsoon this will be more scenic and beautiful, nevertheless it was equally relaxing during summer as well. Rooms are good, but a notch below expected. It needs a little maintenance and a fine finish to make it excellent! But apart from that all rooms are close to swimming pool and the lake view. Good adventure activites and the staff who manages this. Overall excellent stay and excellent service. Thank you!

First things first, the rooms are smaller in size and there is no Wifi. Moreover, you cant expect complete privacy as rooms are close to another and you can overhear people from the another room The pools are smaller as well. You can consider this as a mini resort. Having said that, we stayed there for 2 days and enjoyed our trip. All rooms overlook the dam and it gives you a very calm and soothing feeling. Rooms are clean, well maintained and ACs are modern. In house food menu is limited but good. Priced reasonable and good.

View from room was very nice. Food quality and quantity was also good. Issues- Beds are very small for family of 3. Bed mattress was very hard...which caused back pain. Bathrooms are not up to the mark considering the room price which is more than 6k for 1 night.

Nice place for adventure. Go karting is recommended worth trying. Location is beautiful. Go karting is a bit expensive, but enjoyable. Zip line is also fun. Many more Indore and outdoor activities are available.

Much have been bettered but atti..... Person at the front desk says he has limited say and authority but the owner has. The owner after listing to conversation says, he can not talk and is driving. When other person dialed, he said he is in emergency..... ultimately no resolution to the issue. So, 2 star is too much as rooms are also not to the mark when you compare it with the prices. Too pricey.

This is a 2 star basic hotel only.We had booked for 2nights but stayed only 1 day. The cancellation policy is 15 days in advance which is really not viable. They provide you only 1 water bottle per day even if you book it for 2 or more people and charge for extra water bottle. The rooms are not well maintained. The generator smell outside filled the rooms throughout causing headache.The pool is quite tiny unlike what is shown in the pics. There is no security around the pool and literally there were small kids who were peeing directly into the pool as if it were a public toilet. While some used the pool water to clean cups and glasses. Most of the time nobody is available on the phone. We were calling to provide hot water as there was no hot water provided, only after we called we got it for which they started the generator.The housekeeper also said there was some issue with the hot water that needs repairing. The fittings were so outdated as if it would fall off. The blanket given was full of dog fur which they changed. The walls are leaking throughout the property and was kind of smelly. The food was ok. . The attitude of the manager Rahul was hopeless who said outside food is not allowedd later from the houseleepers we came to know outside food is allowed.Ofcourse there was no refund/ cancellation. The food was ok ok. The hygiene is a big issue. I had to rub off the mud from the lemon pieces provided and show it to the waiter. They didn't bring a replacement after that. We didnt ask either.

This is a wonderful place to stay around Nashik...it's in the outskirts and has a very pleasant feel We had booked it for Friday through Sunday Friday it was pretty much empty. The rooms are small cannot be categorised as luxurious but with the balcony and the view from there is all worth it ...i would not mind sleeping in the balcony for all i care ...the lake and pool view is really mesmerizing Rainy season is must visit time of the year.. awesome weather Mattresses are very very hard...the only disappointment here.... Breakfast is complimentary...and the didn't have a large spread of menu but they had enough items to fill our heart Game room is decent sized... Room service is also good 🙂 adventure activities was a bit difficult since it was raining throughout...but not that we missed much (since it's not free and s bit pricy) Had a wonderful stay Would definitely recommend it😁

If you are looking for cozy stay in a budget with great view Suma adventure is the best option.. We celebrate our anniversary on 17th Dec.2021 with infant. Here’s review from our stay:- 1. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered. 2. The rooms are small but prefect for small families with 1kid or a couple. Extra adult will make room look smaller but if you are in group & just want to have fun then go for it.. pool is small too 3. All rooms are pool & lake view. 4. Stay during monsoon & winters will make it more memorable as lake view will be good. 5. Breakfast options are limited with only veg options however when asked for egg omelette they made it for us. 6. Resort is very close to MTDC boat club which should not be missed while in Nashik & relish on authentic Chulivarchi Misal at Sadhana restaurant.. 7. Approach roads towards resort is good & easily accessible. 8. In adventure activities we did Go karting & Zipline (cost rs.300/- per person per activity) 9. Rooms were cleaned daily. 10. Restaurant food is on à la carte can be served in room. We tried indian food & Chinese starters which taste good. 11. Restaurant & room service is from 10am to 10pm. 12. A good place to hang out with family and friends. Charges are updated to 500 from 1st jan for wine tasting and tour. Tour could have been more better if they have specific no of ppl in one batch and emphasize on more details. So it can be informative for kids. And suggest to keep local language or Hindi also as option so all age groups understand. Not everyone is fluent with english.

Overall experience was fine. Rooms were clean, swimming pool is bit tiny. The mattress in the room was horrible, we asked for a replacement, but didn't get any assistance there. Breakfast was good, but the cafe menu is very limited. Adventure activities are bit pricey, doesn't justify the cost.

I visited this place last year, the room is small but decent, there's balcony in rooms and bathtub in bathroom. small lake view from room balcony surrounded by mountains and peace. food is priced evenly. there's veg and non veg options. overall a good stay. decent staff and service. good food and attentive staff. nice weather in rainy season with view.

This resort is good but the issue is that the rooms are kind of small. the room I would say could fit two people .the activities there are amazing they have zorbing,go carting,swimming pool,zip line and many other activities. Would recommend.

Waste of money... Rooms conditions are poor.... In breakfast you get very limited items....only 2 choices u have..... No adventures activity at all... Only attraction is pool which is clean.... Location vise good....

It's amazing beautiful place! You can spend time with your loved ones and friends. It has a swimming pool which is common for all the rooms. Instead of avoiding people to enjoy the swimming pool they should allow using the swimming pool even at night and for security have the cameras. Tasty food and a little high priced against amenities they provide.

Too costly compared to the cleanliness and luxury. The property is in lush greens and natures abode but its kept un-maintained. The food is really good in taste and quantity both. Staff is ok. Rooms are little small and out of maintenance even the furniture in the room is too old. Also you will find cockroaches in bathroom. Only thing to enjoy is view from balcony but there also you will get dirty chair and table.

Booked Room 1 week before while booking room they showed 1st floor and while checkin they gave room to others and gave us corner ground floor room which is incorrect even after multiple calls to them to keep upper room they gave away and refused to change rooms. Swimming pool not at all like shown in the picture. Too small pool and very small rooms.

This is a very scenic place and the food is top notch. Though rooms and service can improve but staff are very courteous. The best thing about this place are the activities offered, reasonable and better than other places.

Dear Guys, Please read reviews before you waste your money - Very Expensive hotel and not worth to the value due to following reasons - Rooms are too small and not mentained properly ( Old and unwashed bed sheets and pillow plus their covers - Bathroom Condition was also very bad it was clean but again not worth to the value - Fan was continuously making noise - When we checked in, the balcony was dusty we asked the staff to clean up - The receptionists asked us to adjust and we did too but we had paid more than 6k but room deserves to pay not more than 1.2k - we ordered food it was not up to the mark poor qlty it was no good taste - There we’re very selective items in breakfasts not satisfied with the menu - I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

A nice place to stay in Nashik. Bit far from the Sula Vines which is gradually becoming trademark place of Nashik but the view from the room, clean swimming pool, lot of indoor and outdoor activities makes it a perfect place to stay outside. There are lot of paid outdoor activities available too. Though Above all room and it's quality were amazing.

Had good experience. Staff is very gentle nd humble. Food service is awesome. Each n every dish i ordered was perfect. Location is more enjoyable in monsoon. For summer it's ok.

Very good location, good polite staff, quick service, tasty breakfast, value for money. I had went to celebrate my wife's birthday and Suma staff helped me arrange everything. Cutting 1 star since there is scope of improvement in the in-dining food options. Everything else is 5 star.

Most of activities are not working for every game you want tokan which cost around Rs.100 per indoor games, there are only few indoor games to try, you can shoot or click photos of swimming pool side and other beautiful location inside it

Rooms are neither good nor bad and most of the adventure are not available such as ATV. I prefer to go sula vineyard and resort as it is better than this.

Price of this stay was same as a luxurious stay and THERE'S NO WIFI , Also this place is far from nashik city you won't find any Cabs ,the breakfast in morning was like a 1 star hotel/resort ... You can find that breakfast in stalls of nashik 🙃 Breakfast buffet has - Vada pao - misal - poha - upma - tea/coffee - fruits (no sweets ) the range is good taste 0 , Cons - very less items in menu - no wifi - don't have there own transportation - far from actual city - slow room service - not worth the rates - rooms are okayish - service is also okay okay - low Ambient light during night Pros -taste of food is good - pool is clean - adventures are good - good Indoor games This overall place is good for family hangout , peace from city life ... But if you want family time and also to roam around city then it's situated at highway and autos , cabs , restaurants aren't nearby this resort also they don't have taxi or convince of there own

Well I have not visited this property... but i booked it during the Holi period with a hope of catching a good break.. unfortunately i had a medical situation in my family just a day prior to the date of arrival. I was certain i will cancel and look all my money for 2 nights as this was a non -refundable booking. I had booked through make my trip and they allowed me to submit a request to the property. To my surprise the team has ensured i get a full refund on medical grounds. The SUMA team would answer all my calls, not once did they say not possible or ignore my calls. They could have easily taken another booking and not refunded a single penny..Though the process took time, the team ensured i get the refund approval and have been patient with the chasers.. this speaks a lot about the spirit of hospitality the staff has.. I am definitely going there soon...you should too...

The service staff was outstanding, providing courteous and helpful service throughout my stay. The location is fabulous, the food quality and taste are excellent. The rooms are decent, but require maintenance and a fine finish to reach the level of excellence. However, all rooms are conveniently located near the swimming pool and the lake view. The adventure activities are fantastic, and the staff managing them are great. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and the service was excellent.

My experience was awesome..... food, room and service are top-notch. Pool experience is relaxing 😌😎. Overall best place for 1 to 2 days staycation .
