👍👍 Awesome place to visit, nice sunset and the environment is too fabulous. Loved the place due to nice air, scenery and all. New rides have arrived there like: speed boat, cruise and etc. Also entry fess are too low just 50 rs each person.. And the rides have to booked online on bookmyshow.com. Thanks... People often mention water, sunset, visit, enjoy, time, rides, entry, sports, good, MTDC,

This is a perfect place to enjoy the sunset and also the water sports activities were amazing. We tried jet ski and kayaking. An amazing experience it was. The view of the dam is breathtaking.

The place is good with view of backwater. Boating and other water adventure Sports is available with proper safety measures. Small restaurant is inside which offer soft drinks and snacks with same MRP rates (No extra cost). Preferred time to visit after 4pm so you can enjoy sunset.

Beautiful, relaxing place for everyone. Fresh air to breathe...and some hot beverages to sip along...like coffee, tea...you can do kayaking, jet ski, banana rides...etc. Carry your camera to click some great shots of sunset and birds...enjoy..only thing is the rides are quite costly...

Entry fee 70₹ per person, cruise ride ₹400/person, they offer various rides, one can choose based on comfort level or adrenaline pro rides, parking is also available

The place is good. It is maintained by MTDC, Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation. But the prices are slightly on the higher side. The entry fees for adults is INR 100 on weekends and public holidays and INR 70 on other days. There are plenty of water sports options, which I feel are slightly overpriced. The cafeteria is mediocre, doesn't provide much variety and quality. The washrooms are clean

Was supposed to be a boating club but the place got stalled... It's a small place but clean, pure and picturesque... Small place to relax with family .. there is no restaurant or any snack shacks closeby .. so make sure you carry your water bottles ...

Boat Club by Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) MTDC's Boat Club is a state of the art facility, managed and operated by MTDC, for all sorts of water sports and leisurely activities. Boat Club is for everyone. Be it, kids, young adults, or senior citizens. It offers a range of exciting water sport activities such as Jet Ski, Banana, Li Tube, Bumper, Killer Whale and has options for Kayaking & Dragon Boating that are sure to rush your adrenaline. Not only this, but it also has a wide range of lake cruising experiences in a speed boat and a Party Barge! One can unwind and rejuvenate on the sunrise and sunset cruises as well. Furthermore, Boat Club fashions a café. Your water adventures could be accompanied by delectable snacks and beverages as you enjoy the ambiance and immerse yourself in all that MTDC has to offer.

Excellent and a very scenic place and lovely to spend an evening amidst the calm peaceful surroundings. Boating and water activities are quite dearly priced and need to be booked on advance on Book My Ticket as this cannot be booked at the site.

This dam is beautiful...u can spend time..at evening and morning.. U can grab some very beautiful pictures here . The height of the dam above lowest foundation is 36.59 m (120.0 ft) while the length is 3,902 m (12,802 ft). The volume content is 4,612 km3 (1,106 cu mi) and gross storage capacity is 215,880.00 km3 (51,792.37 cu mi).[2] Due to silt deposition in the reservoir area, the storage capacity of the dam has gradually reduced. The right side canal running towards Nashik is also closed due to the high civilization in the area. For these two reasons, an upstream dam, Kashypi Dam, is constructed which opened in 1998.[3

Boat club nice place for couple and family.. everyone can enjoy here. Good place for Water-sports activity in nashik. You can enjoy here food, boating and may more. Children have play area here for adults they can see sunset in boat and also enjoy beautiful and calm atmosphere by seating near water side. Only issue is limited boats are available and you have to wait for 3-4 hours if you visit in busy days like weekends and holiday.

It's located at the back side of Gangapur dam. There was little waiting queue for booking a ticket. Ample parking space is available. You can hire a boat for a ride. Boating charges are quite expensive. It has a quiet big food court but the menu is limited and also service time is more. It looks stunning at sunset with water. It's a little crowded at weekends only. Good place to visit in Nashik.

Right now there is no boating bcz of rainy season.. Entry fees for weekend is 100/- per person and for kids above 5 is 70/-.. Scenic view.. Good if you are going for best scene for photography.. But entry fees is too much..

So beautiful and peaceful! Went in the afternoon… it wasn’t too crowded. The cafeteria has simple veg snacks which were fresh and light (on the pocket too).

This is one of the best place is nashik to experience peace. If you are planning to visit here the best time is during sunset. People accross nashik come here to enjoy sunset. This place is called backwaters as this is the back water from gangapur dam. This place is very famous for couples. You can see couples everywhere if you visit this place. Also there are multiple places in nashik which are very fabulous. Please checkout my back waters video.

Besides the view and the sunset, nothing to keep one interested for more than 10 minutes. The place doesn't even have a 200 MTR track to walk on. Terribly disappointed.

It's a very beautiful place to relax and enjoy the breeze & sunset. MTDC has done a good job in maintaining the place. The water sports is too expensive, it would be great if they added few more activities and a full fledged food court with water view restaurant.
