Worst experience ever, peoples are very creap. After booking on call they insist for availability of room, they are just hungry for money nothing else, very rude behaviour of staff, food quality is cheaper as compared to price, at night 11 they ask higher money as they know i can't go anywhere. Please go anywhere except this hotel

Worst hotel will suggest not take very unprofessional behaviour crazy about money without services.Will suggest better to stay in lodge if you are paying such money.

All in all a good place! 💙✨ Food was really excellent! 🤤 We stayed in the Super Special Deluxe AC room. A bit of issues needed to be taken care of, like some the room amenities (Reading lamp not working, washroom exhaust fan dirty, room freshers empty, blanket recieved with holes). Like these small things really impact the image of the hotel, and most importantly the overall experience of the guests! 🙂 I'm in the Hotel industry so I know all the psychological needs of a guest. But yeah, s pretty chilled out stay. AC was terrific, lighting in the room is very ambient and cosy 😇❤️ Good safe parking right below the hotel. Worth the money 😌

First of all they have 2 hotels one in nashik road which name is rajnigandha and one at Shalimar I booked for nashik roads rajnigandha the person which is on reception name masoom is good he gave good explanation I did the booking with him After booking of one hour the girl call frome the receptionist whatever her name insist for availability of room, pay more 300 will not give any discount you have to pay 300 I said ok let me take rest I am here only for 4 days evening or after lunch I will come out then will give you,then she call me again and said if you will not give will cut from the receptionist salary who book your slot ... This not end of the conversation. She harrest me for room service also when I call next morning for room service she said I'm sending the boy after 10 mints I said ok but she send him after an hour when I'm having my lunch i said please com after 20 mints he said yes to me and he didn't come for cleaning that day next day I call at reception and I said he was not came that day it's 2 days now please send him to cleaning then she is telling me you have to call for room service it's not my work to send him that is the word of the receptionist.... and after 1 day when I call for only clean the dustbin she was telling me it's not the time for room service you have to understand I can't tell you again and again this things this the behaviour very of the 3 star hotel Rajnigandha very bad experience first time I'm looking this type of hotel and reception Now coming to the last day of the hotel at 11.30 night they are telling me please adjust for one day will send you our other branch which is Shalimar inn because of the heavy booking we have to give them room please adjust for a day we said ok then they took us at night over there to Shalimar inn all good but in the morning you have to call them and tell them please switch on. The hot water fuze and after that suddenly they switched off th Ac and telling that we are not providing ac because 12 o'clock is the check out time this is what the behaviour all the staff very bad experience I will not suggest any one to go there and the 3rd class of staff of I get chance to give 0 star I will do that only....

Rooms are good and spacious. But lack maintenance. Toilets had stains, bedsheets holes and walls minor cracks. They were reluctant to provide drinking water and insisted on buying mineral water. Staff was polite and attentive though.

This hotel is situated in city centre. This is a 4 floors hotel. So if you want to explore city this is a good option to stay because rikshaw stand is just at the entrance of hotel. Room was specious and Hotel Service was also descent. They have a small restaurant, hardly 3-4 table where you can have your breakfast. They have small basement parking where you can part your car.

Rooms are not kept clean. Toilet are stinking. Basic necessities... Don't even provide water bottle. Overall. No value for money. At least I will not stay in such hotel in future.

Hotel is at best location. Princess suite is spacious and road facing windows gives a special edge to it. Lift has old fashioned sliding door.

Worst hotel ever experience Rude reception staff Dirty room

It's in a very crowded surrounding. You can not open the windows as there will be a lot of traffic noise. Hotel is located in prime bazaar area, so no point opening the curtains also as there is no good view from the window. It's a good, economic option for a short corporate trip stay

I booked this hotel from OYO and hotel declined in the middle of night when i was with my family and offered me suggestion to make another booking which cost me extra 500 as compared to what I gave to OYO. Btw it was a paid booking from OYO so paid again to hotel because it wasn't easy to find another place. Room wasn't clean, they made it double bed after combining two single bed and didn't bother to clean the dust beneath my bed. I adjusted somehow as I wanted a good sleep of 4 5 hours but thanks to security guard who was keeping eye on my car which was parked openly on road as they do not have enough parking so he told me to come early to shift my car and I did that after going bed around 2 am came down at 5 am on top of that he said come in next 30 min and I had to do it so came again at 5:45 am to park my car. So overall totally wow experience and definitely No No for next trip.

I didn't like their food quality. They serve stale food and not allowing to bring from out side. Apart from this location, room and staff is okay.

This hotel is just sparkling from outside. Nothing from inside. 1. No bathing soap 2. No Dustbins 3. No hand towel 4. Water leakage in toilet 5. No pkates ans spoons 6. Cold tea served 7. No Hanger 8. No water jug, no glasses

Nice Place. Rooms are clean with Big window, sunlight comes after Noon.Veg Restaurant in Ground Floor. Market area accessible.

Overall a budget executive hotel. However they are simply not able to provide early check-in which wastes major part of the day for business purpose. Towels were also not available as they depend on third party laundry service. If you have breakfast added as part of the tariff then available menu items are also limited.

1 star because there's no option of negative stars. Don't get deceived by the reviews of this hotel. We also fell a prey to this.Worst hotel ever. DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE. They don't have proper facilities and after cleaning the room they just keep the door open and our belongings are just at stake.

This hotel is located in the market. Rooms don't have any view but the location is good to travel any where in Nashik. City bus rickshaw stand is next to the hotel. Food quality is good & pure veg.

Location is center of market, easily auto and bus available from hotel. Room is quiet good and spacious but cleaness need to be required. Dust present in chairs and beds and others area. In house restrurant is there but food quality is not adequate. I ordered dal khichidi for baby but rice not properly cooked. Food test is average. Hotel staff and manager behavior is good.

Rooms are clean but only single towel and no napkins, drinking water bottles, toiletries are provided. Room services took 5 hours to deliver a purchased water bottle.

Great accomodation in nashik city Rooms were nice and clean and staff was friendly too
