    Worst service. Told to repair some damaged parts, they're just saying can't be repaired. Buy new. I had to spend 25k and again the new part got damaged. Then I contacted my relative, he just repaired the part at minimal cost and it was done. They made me spend 25k for a part which git repaired in 500

    Supportive staff. Not much crowdy place may b due to lockdown, my request was taken within 15mints.. Also service guy called thrice when replacement was available.. Good experience.

    In simple words, my sony laptop was unable to start due to video tdr and boot option failure. Rather telling me it can be repaired they told me, my recoveries are currepted and run with pirated win 10. Thanx a lot to redington service centre who save me.
