One star is given to the mirrors they have. Otherwise everything is very disappointing. The staff don't tend to customers. They won't greet you or answer your questions. It's a small place and they won't even accommodate your necessary questions. Their straight up answers are we don't have that, we can't give that. We had to travel to another branch for the services offered by lenskart. I mean lenskart, please change the staff.

Staff is very very rude. Don't know how to talk to customers. Give them some training or replace right away. Especially the senior once

Pathetic approach towards customers. Kept standing for 10 min without addressing the issue. Unwilling to conduct eye test saying that it will take time. The issue was just branch specific as I’ve gone to lenskart at different location on numerous occasions but never encountered such an approach. One star will also be too much for this branch but that’s the minimum one can give.

Worst experience ever! The representative cannot assist properly for an issue, rather coming out with a solution, these guys are blaming to company for not having advance feature of changing mobile number! This was unexpected from the lenskart representative. And the very next moment the attitude was changed as “I cannot help with this product as the mobile number is not in existence” very much great answer!

They will take your phone and write review by themselves. Really worst thing that one can expect. Customer has review link sent by lenskart. This is not a way to take response from customer. Could have rated 4 out of 5 but now only one star.

It's a very bad experience with Lenskart college Road Outlet. Sellers don't have sense that how to behave with customer. Since from 2013 I am customer of lenskart. I never experience such worst behavior with customer in Mumbai outlet. sales man under easimate customer and treat like customers are come to do timepass. Sales man Dialogue was " Mala watala ki tumhi last time yeun bghun gelat mhanun mi tumhala attend karayla nay allo" Its mandatory to rate a least one star other wise i don't wish to one star also.

Worst experience My parents were at Lenskart store at College Road outlet, the executive did not guide them about the products. Neither did they allow delivery at home address which is 100kms from store. I had to travel back 100kms to collect the glasses. Lenskart is the best in business & I strongly recommend it. But do not go to this worst outlet at college road.

Fantastic experience with a very professional and disciplined staff named Aditya. He knew exactly the perfect pair of glasses that fitted well on us. He explained all the technical details in a very proper manner and online ordering from store went very smoothly. They have amazing offer for gold membership, buy one get one which comes out to be very economical. The gold membership costs a few bucks but it is worth it. The product was also delivered properly with a nice hard carry case along with cleaning cloth and other accessories.

Lenskart shops are a really well organised shops for eyewears... This place is also good. Offer decent amount of variety. Few suggestions as customer: If you want to check your eyes, first call them as technician is not there every time.. They can work on increasing variety also.. Staff should improve their services.. They are good but you get better treatment in local vendors so expectations are higher from them . Overall good experience.

I visited this lenskart shop to get my glasses only replaced. The spectacle I had bought from this shop earlier (8 months back). I wanted to just get my glasses replaced, to my utter surprise they do not provide any service. They are only meant to sale and no service. One should not get the spectacle serviced but rather buy a new one? Very disappointing experience in this Lenskart shop. If you are planning for any service (I would say a new purchase rather) do not waste your time visiting this shop.

Note: LENSKART DOES NOT REPAIR THE PRODUCTS BROUGHT FROM THEM. THATS THE CUSTOMERS LOOKOUT TO EITHER GO TO MUMBAI OR PUNE AND GET IT REPAIRED. So, don’t buy anything from LENSKART. Because the specs being the strongest objects in the world, never break. That could probably the reason why LENSKART doesn’t repair them. Extremely rude behaviour from the staff especially Mr. Aditya Chowdhari at the College Road Lenskart Store. We wanted to pay and get the specs repaired that we had purchased from LENSKART a few months ago. Apparently LENSKART doesn’t do that. Be careful before purchasing anything from LENSKART.

The product turned out to be Worst than ever. Progressive glasses which were bought from here are turning very foggy everyday. Quality of the product is worse than the local shop prices are very exaggerated and not worth very bad experience for the product using after 3 to 4 months

Calling the service Worst would also be an overstatement for this outlet and the service provided here. The staff especially the one with a handlebar moustache was extremely rude and had ZERO interest in what the customer wants. He suggested extremely gaudy frames and laughed in disgust when we tried to tell him what kind of frame we wanted. We asked about the durability of the lens and the method to clean them, to which the reply we got was, “just blow off the dust and it should be fine” in a very sarcastic tone. Not having stock or the customer not liking the frames is one thing but being rude sarcastic and insulting towards a customer is really not acceptable. This was my first experience at a lenskart store and it was utterly disappointing.

Best place TO buy specs in Nasik. Staff was good but need some more variety

Due to Covid there is a 4 person only limit in the store. Once you get in they take your temperature and you are asked to give your name and mobile number on a register which helps in contact tracing if there is a need. You are asking to write your own body temperature and sign. Once done you will be assisted to know the frames, lens and the glasses that they offer. I had gone there for repair, yes they do offer One year insurance on every frame that they sell at a nominal cost which ensures future repair (in my case this is necessary as I have a little ruff usage) Optometrist checked my vision and then assisted to select a frame that suites my face as well as in accordance with my vision capacity and work that I normally do. Shoht out to : Nitin, the optometrist here offers a genuine suggestion which has been very helpful to me. If you need a good pair of specs which are durable, fashionable and most importantly do the work that they are made for, go ahead and make the purchase.

Had visited the City centre mall, Nashik store on the 19th of Jan 2021. The store was closed at 6pm where as google says it will be open till 9pm. They then asked me to go to the college road branch assuring me that it will be open till 9pm. I managed to reach the store at 8:15. The guy at the store saya that it is closing time and refused to offer any assistance. Again when check google the store closes at 9pm. I just want to say if you guys don't want to do business or serve a customer please shut the store down... You'll save on rent, salaries and many more things... Rather than nust opening another branch to get to corporate milestone...

Very disappointed... When i book free Eye test slot using Lenskart app..i received conformation message from lenskart your appointment is schedule but when i visit the store schedule time and date. store keeper told me come tomorrow morning. There is no coordination between Lenskart app and Lenskart store.
