One Of the Best Gym I have ever visited ! The instruments in gym are metallic which I have seen here only (Rubber coated equipments are there in other gyms, which are not that much beneficial in my view). Also, I have to mention here about the trainer that Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. But our personal trainer Mr. Vinod Tikiyani Sir has really kept us moving. He is very personable and knowledgeable.

I trained here about multiple times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect environment. This gym has the best energy, staff and feel. Everything is so clean and Equipments in good condition. Every trainers are there to know you personally and push you in the right way and forms. All trainers are nice to one another like in a friendly community. Excellent PT and Trainers who really care & go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. The workouts are fun and the music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. I highly recommend to all my friends and anyone who wants to get nice shape.
