Visited the store on 19th Dec. Surprised to see the store at the verge of closing. They hardly have any stock, almost all the stacks are empty, all the metal holds are rusted and spoilt, the trolleys are deeply rusted, staff is polite, but just hanging around. On asking the staff members if the store is being shutdown, the response was 'we don't know'. Overall, a sad state of affairs at the place. Since the store is extremely poorly stocked, there are no choices. They had biscuits, maggi, dal, rice, wheat, flour, some skin care products, teeth care products. They also had lots of door mats and bedsheets stacked in "Farm Fresh" and "Chill Station" section!!! And obviously, hardly any customers to speak of. Sad experience overall and a complete waste of time in visiting the store.

Very unclean. Pathetic condition even on the outside. The mall seems very poorly managed. The groceries are good. The ladies trial rooms are accessible to any man walking in and out.

Great place for grocery shopping and for Indian outfits shopping. They don't have Western dresses here

Republic Day sales brought in thousands of people into the store today. It was very crowded. People seem to have forgotten about the deadly virus around us. Is it so necessary to venture out into such a heavily crowded place? Discounts on almost every item, clothes, footwear, electronics,, groceries and household products were like a magnet to the starved mallrats.people were browsing around at leisure. The store management should create some level of seriousness amongst this careless crowd that has complete disregard for the safety of one and all.

Good place for one time shopping But the offers are not updated 1 item has 3 price tags and offers were for old stock ,reason given , staff on leave We go there for good deals we take much time to finalize the things and on cash counter staff says this offer is not valid So it's waste of money and waste of time

No proper items available. Big Bazaar earlier was too superior in terms of in-store service and product availability.

Value for money deals , don't forget to check the original price on discount products. One stop solution for everything!

This place is known as smart bazaar after the business deal between future group and Reliance. It took some time to setup the store but now its ground floor and first floor are fully functional with wide range of products. I found Garment section with limited options. This place has Ladies and Gents Washrooms on the first floor.

They have good offers on many products ans huge variety . Must recommended placs to visit foe household thing and diwali shopping

I found prices of few items little bit on Higher side as compared to Dmart . Food section disappointed me a Lil bit anyway you will find Rush in this mall Everytime. Not very hygienic as compared to the malls from metro cities . Some Departments have limited items as well. Still electronics section is good. Clothing is moderate (not so many options) Same goes for footwear. Food section will disappoint you. But still you can give it a try 😉. Smart Bazaar it's an shopping center. As my experience, I'm Not satisfied with their staff service.

Big Bazaar becoming Smart Bazaar is a fabulous transition. Earlier many of the existing Big Bazaar customers found it messy, including me & my family because we were used to Big Bazaar, its ambience, the placement of groceries, apparels etc. Now, after almost over 6 months everyone is getting used to Smart Bazaar & it is Smart indeed with a better product portfolio including the older ones & the new ones. The ambience & customer service has improved. Not that Big Bazaar lacked it. However, the new ambience & customer service under the "R"eliance umbrella seems to up their game in the retail sector. So, I have enjoyed being a Future Group customer & am enjoying being a Reliance Group customer. Smart Bazaar is a "Win-Win" opportunity for the customers getting to experience a whole lot of amazing brands under one roof at amazing prices. Happy Shopping!

Visited this store recently. It's a new store in place of Big Bazaar. Has lots of options for shopping. Though it's a new store, so not all sections were open. Clothes section was under construction and will be ready within couple of months. Prices are quite reasonable atleast as of now. As it's a new store there was some issue with inventory pricing and actual offer pricing, so had to leave out some items due to price mismatch. Hope they sort these issues soon.

Disappointed at the poor service. A toy I purchased was marked for 800Rs. At checkout, they said it was 900Rs. 100Rs difference was not a big issue but the checkout guy was very unprofessional, admitted it was his mistake but rudely said 'take it or leave'. Besides the poor customer service, the place seemed well stocked and had a lot of reasonably priced and on sale items.

Great Place for Groceries best assortment in Nashik and Good Discounts

Over all products and solutions are good. The afternoon staff is very lazy and not attentive. The regional manager could take this note so that the overall performance of this Smart Bazaar Nashik road is not lost. Hope the quality of service could be improved as well to attract more customers. The lift needs a proper security contact information so that in emergency it could be used properly.

Worst customer service. One man cut through the line where we waiting for a long time. I pointed out the cashier and then he said "me Kay Karu", indicating he is not going to do about it. I did not buy anything and left. Please hire educated and well mannered people. Trash.

Got very bad experience while shopping grocery. Billing amount and offer amount varies from rack of grocery to billing counter. They don't refund you the difference. The manager Siddharth Jadav was very arrogant, he pressurised us and gave left over free items instead of refund.

Products kept were very good. But AC was running low. Suffocating atmosphere inside. Hope products stay good in the very mild cooling

I went there for Diwali shopping. it was not crowded. Not expensive. Staff behavior is good.

Even though they claim to give minimum 6% discount, yet their prices are too higher than the local grocery shop.. not worth it

No fresh fruits or vegetables, which is a big miss. Filling up shopping bags outside after exiting and checking out is a pain.

Summarizing all visits, the experience has been okay okay. Could be better if the store management team trains the staff more. Some staff is very helpful while some staff is almost ignorant.
