One of the biggest Whole Foods I’ve been to. Great selection of fresh produce and organic items. Well organized and clean. Their floral department is beautiful. 2hr free parking as well! 3 stars for the lackluster customer service at the self-checkout. The young man at the sushi counter also stared while I shopped which was weird. Otherwise, a great place for specialty, healthy grocery items.

This review, while I love this downtown Nashville Whole Foods store, is specifically for Jay, the florist. He is AMAZING. He put together gorgeous arrangements based on a photo I showed him of the color scheme of the party I was planning. We got a lot of compliments. They were also quite well priced. His customer service is top notch.

Its a pretty average Whole Foods. They’re often out of things that can’t be explained by supply chain woes ( the hot food bar, sushi selections, etc). Not a reliable WF in my opinion, having seen dozens over years of work traveling. You can park free, which is nice, and its not too much of a hassle to get in and out of, given its location.

What a fantastic range of products all beautifully prepared and inexpensive. The till service was very professional and courteous. It’s a shame that the restaurant is temporarily closed though.

Love Whole Foods. Always a great experience. We wanted food from the hot bar. Didn't know it closes at 3 and we arrived a few minutes before. Very little hot food left and what was there was dry. Decided on salad bar. Some items there had not been checked in a while. Kinda dry.

As usual, Whole Foods didn’t disappoint. The place was clean and well maintained. Some of the items were low on stock but I still found everything I needed. The parking garage available for customers is also very much appreciated. Staff members were friendly and overall I had a great experience here.

Shopped here today, found everything I need, but the experience had not been so great with the check out. The employees I encountered were clearly unhappy unprofessional. Besides being uncomfortably cold with me(they were joking with other customers behind me!), the employees at checkout were talking about they should of been off work and the person who is helping customers to bag didn’t even bother to help me after I asked to use my own bag. Whole Foods need to prioritize their employees’ wellbeing and do better at customer interaction training so both customers and their employees can have a good day at Whole Foods. Gave 2 stars only bc one employee had helped me with the bread slicer machine.

i don't know where all the small carts went but they disappeared about a month ago and it's annoying there are only the big ones. this store is small and the small ones are easier to navigate. this wholefoods is better than the one in green hill but is not as stocked as other whole foods

Nashville has three Whole Foods Markets and this is by far the best one, not just in food quality and product, but also in outstanding customer appreciation. The entire staff is kind, friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. The store is always clean and uncluttered and just plain better in every way. Even though the other two locations are closer to me, I'd rather drive the extra miles and walk away feeling good about my purchases and having a positive shopping and dining experience. Congratulations to the management and staff of this fine store.

I had to come here for the first time and it was such a great Nashville experience. Never thought I could feel boujee grocery shopping. Sarah was the one who really went above and beyond with flower arrangements. Shout out to Sarah

This was a very clean and modern store, wide aisles for a smaller store with unique specialty items. While I was only looking for a few items (greeting cards, gallon waters, granola bars) they had them in stock and actually priced lower than anticipated. The only reason for the low review was parking - it was free but difficult to get in and out by car (I circled the building twice), and parking needs validated by a cashier. A couple cars were holding up the line because they couldn’t figure out the exit booth or perhaps had not received validation. The parking situation was so inconvenient I’ll avoid this location unless on foot or in some sort of food emergency.

Yeah. Nice unusual stuff. A little pricey. Parking is a bit difficult due to construction and changing/ removing roads. Someone didn’t think this through. Be prepared to buy something or parking fees start at $10 an hour. Get your ticket validated at checkout.

This is the absolute cleanest and neatest Whole Foods I've ever been to. The customer service was also amazing. The hot bar, oh my, so meticulously laid out. Great experience...

Sure, it’s expensive and items are often randomly out of stock but at least the employees are friendly. Well, so I thought. But that’s not the case here. I tried to use the self checkout kiosks and ran into an issue where my credit card kept asking for a PIN( apparently it was being read as a debit card. Fine, I know how to handle that - just press “enter” and bypass it. Except this time, at this machine it doesn’t work. Now I’m stuck. So I ask the woman overseeing the kiosks for help - she doesn’t seem interested at all in solving my problem, and hastily without making eye contact gives me the same advice I’d already tried. I attempted to tell her that didn’t work but she’d already walked off. She took an interest in several other shoppers over the course of the next five or so minutes as I stood there struggling, but never came back to follow up. I eventually found a backup card and paid that way, though I was tempted to just leave my items behind and walk away; but it’s not like they’d miss my $20. The thing is, what she didn’t know is that I actually work for the same company. I wasn’t just a stranger, I’m a colleague and a coworker. If you treat your teammates that way, I can’t imagine what the other customers must experience.

Great location, clean, bright and well organized. Free 2 hr parking underground if you buy anything. They even have a self validate machine if you self checkout, so take your parking ticket with you. Their cooked food options are very large and everything looks and smells delicious. Staff are very kind and courteous.

We were visiting Nashville TN Wholegoods. It's not like the ones in Ohio in the areas where I live. We couldn't find a thing. Food selections on the hot bars were limited for vegetarian fare as well as the salad bar. They had tofu but little else. But to be fair, TN is not a vegetarian friendly place. I bought a couple small juices and a vegan chocolate cake. I was looking for hot prepared dinner meals.

I have never been to a Whole Foods Market and loved being able to actually be inside one! They have an amazing selection of both food and non food items! They also have a deli with inside, outside and take out available. This was within walking distance of our Home 2 Suites we stayed at while in Nashville.
