Many gluten-free options as shared plates, entrée, and dessert. I had a wonderful birthday dinner here with the topper being the gluten-free cherry cheesecake.

First time in Nashville and a local showed me this place. We were fortunate to be able to squeeze into the corner bar seating for a Friday night. Place was packed with a nice vibe and ambience. Food was definitely tasty which made me regret not booking earlier for a table so could have ordered more food.

My little sister and I were eachother’s date on Valentine’s Day this year and did the tasting menu together. It was spectacular. I am writing this review two-and-a-half months later because we are both still raving about it. In fact, we have both decided to stay single and go again together next year, haha. Each meal was better than the last. Our waiter was attentive and kind. The only thing needing improvement was the chocolate dessert. But this was definitely a 10/10 experience.

This was an excellent meal. We got a couple of small plates (lobster risotto and red beans and rice) that we're both excellent. My wife got a steak that was perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was also great. Very friendly and low key. We will go back.

Hands down the best meal I had in Nashville. Hip, chill environment. When you walk in, you start to salivate because it smells so good! My cocktail was very well balanced. Each dish I tried was a hit! Great flavors. Good portion sizes. The sourdough bread was like a slice of heaven- crisp outside, soft inside with salt sprinkles on top. It spoke to the care put into every dish. Our servers were wonderful- just the right amount of care without being overbearing. Do not miss this downtown gem!

All I can say is wow! Black Rabbit nailed the perfect date night. With small plates that are perfect for sharing, we got to try so much on this menu. The rabbit rolls were fabulous and a perfect starter. We ordered the ribeye steak to share, which had unbelievable flavor and was cooked to perfection. The chimichurri sauce that came with it was phenomenal. We paired that with the grilled romaine and the Brussels sprouts, which made for a wonderfully rounded meal. We finished it off with the ice cream sandwich, and enjoyed drinks throughout. You can see from the photos how absolutely wonderfully plated everything was, and the taste of everything was just as good. Not only was the food and atmosphere absolutely wonderful, but the service was truly outstanding. Our waiter gave us fantastic recommendations for each course. He and the entire staff were so incredibly friendly. For so many reasons, I would highly recommend Black Rabbit for your next date night dinner spot.

This was our first time in Nashville and the Black Rabbit was by far the best place we went. We made reservations for a Tuesday night and loved it so much we went back on Friday. Our server was awesome and recommended cocktails that were fabulous. Our dinner did not disappoint either.

The restaurant was great! We had no clue where to eat but saw the reviews and the proximity to our hotel and decided to try it. The 1/2 chicken was moist and flavorful. The live jazz band was great - shout out to Sweet Meg!! Would definitely go again.

Outstanding That’s the word I would use to describe my recent dinner experience at Black Rabbit. The atmosphere, food and service was exceptionally good. For anyone who wants an exceptional cocktail our entire group recommends the goat rodeo or Riesling wine. The fresh beet salad with mixed greens was tasty. The hot sourdough bread with vegetable butter was exceptional For the main entree we had both the Ribeye steak and Chicken both was cooked over wood. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium temperature with a homemade chimichurri. The chicken was juicy and fell off the bone full of flavors from being cooked over the wood fire. The grilled asparagus was top notch. My favorite side was the Gouda cheese grits For dessert we enjoyed dark chocolate bread pudding which was light fluffy and not too sweet.

Stellar food and service! Loved sitting at the Chef's table to watch food prep. The old fashioned is delicious as well as the octopus (spicy), brussel sprouts, and roasted chicken.

One of the best places we ate while in Nashville! We made a Resy reservation and were able to sit at the Chefs Table. The Bun, Patatas, Charred Green Beans…drinks and the service? One of the best places for food and ambience in Nashville we have been to! Loved it and don’t want to tell many people so it doesn’t get too busy and full next time I am in Nashville! (JK!) thank you Black Rabbit - it was a great night to visit you.

This place is terrific! The food was fantastic. I showed up around 9pm which is when my reservation was foe and unfortunately they were out of my first 2 choices, but the half chicken was incredible! Went there specifically to go see the band, Lydia Brittan and the Royals. I can't say enough about the band being from Austin and appreciating real artists. She does a combination of covers and original music!

This gem is close to Broadway but just far away enough to escape the cluttered neon vibes for a more intimate atmosphere. The interior is sleek and warm. It maintains the energy of downtown with a noir mystique punctuated by live entertainment, delicious aromas, and the clink of beautifully crafted cocktails. They even have a charmimg outdoor area tucked inconspicuously between the adjacent building. If you're in Nashville...Do Try

The place has a nice vibe and i like the design of the restaurant. However we had the cheese and meat board to share and were disappointed by the variety and quality of the offering. The cheeses were not very interesting and were all of s similar style. A choice of cheeses would have been nice and for the price i was expecting more. Again only 2 meats on offer. The board was unimpressive and when it arrived was just placed on the table without any explanation. We decided after this not to stay for a main as we did not want further disappointment.

The vibe of this place is wooden, cozy, and upscale yet it still retains a level of casualness. The food here was incredible. The mock tail they had on the menu was very good. Refreshing, citrusy, with a little bitterness to it to compensate for the lack of alcohol. We ordered the rabbit rolls and they were delicious. They were made with Hawaiian roles and had some mustard, they were perfectly sweet and savory. Amazing. Then the standout dish was the ribeye. Absolutely perfectly cooked and the best steak I have ever eaten. The chicken dish was good as well, but I would not order it again due to the delicious steak being such a wonderful dish. For dessert we had the cheesecake which was equally tasty. Perfect finish to a great meal. Our server was brusque but polite. I highly recommend this place and will come back many times.

Get the sourdough!!!!!! Just get it. It's amazing! We also got the chicken and kale salad, what s treat that was. Both were great and I don't even like kale. I like that this restaurant incorporates so many of their dishes with the wood fired taste. Our server was great also. He was super friendly and gave us some tips on local places to try for other great meals. They do run a small plates and discounted drinks happy hour from 4-6 most days.

Great location, love the atmosphere here, has a great vibe. Bar selection is solid, choice of premium spirits, mediocre wine list. The Rabbit loaf app was the highlight of our meal! Could have just eaten them. We order the 18 oz ribeye, was disappointed in the quality of the cut for the price. Finally, they don't have coffee, this is a staple to complete any fine meal. Might give them another chance.

This place from start to finish blew everything out of the water. It was a surprise dinner for me, we sat at the chefs table. Apps, mains, cocktails, service, the atmosphere and watching the kitchen absolutely kill every dish coming out. 100/10 recommend this spot. I’m mad i live 9 hours away or id be here more often. Linguini, steak, Brussels and sliders were phenomenal. And the service.. servers, manager.. i have no words. Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic food and one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had! It is a bit dark in the restaurant but it follows the vibe of Printer’s Alley.
