Overall I gave 2 stars, not for quality and location, but for the weird interaction I just had at the front desk. Location and Quality-wise, I didn't have to worry about my car being broken into like other parts of town. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from the 9th floor. The atmosphere was pretty nice here. The staff were very helpful when I FIRST arrived. Today, however, I went to the front desk to renew my cards and to let them know there's been a hot water issue for 2 days now. An older white lady was working the desk. She said the water goes cold when a bunch of guests are trying to use it at once. Then she tried to go back a few days in her computer to see why my rates were low (she wanted me charged MORE). As I left the desk she blurted out, "and there's no smoking in the hotel." I never smoked a day in my life and I told her that much. She didn't say anything like that to the white person ahead of me in line, so I wondered why she said that to me. That killed my vibe here and like a lot of parts in America, this is how people tell you they don't really respect you or your business and would rather you stay someplace else.

I chose a Hotwire deal and came here. I stayed five nights. The bed was comfy. It was fine, however the last day I found a roach crawling by the TV,(pictured), the bath didn't drain well (pictured), there were stains on the floor and chair, the air conditioning worked, but there were broken pieces on it, and the toilet ran for 15 minutes after every flush. I was told to put trash outside the door and sometimes they would replace the liner for the trash. We were to ask for towels when we needed them. It seemed like they were shorthanded for a cleaning crew. There was no mini refrigerator. There was an ice machine at the end of the hall and a microwave near the elevators. The older front lady who checked me in was friendly. I'd recommend they do a thorough cleaning. Also, it'd be great if they could spread out the seating in the lobby. It's clumped together too much and it could be socially distanced and/or more seating provided.

First off....the staff we encountered were nice. The reason for the 1 star review is quality. The tub had a puddle of water in the middle that we had to dry out before we could shower. The tub doesn't drain and the water pressure for the shower, while amazing for adults, doesn't work for small children...it's like a pressure washer attacking your skin. The tub looked dirty, so I didn't want my daughter to take a bath in it. There was 1 wash cloth in the room and when we asked for more, we were told there were none. There were only 2 towels for 3 guests. We asked for more towels and recieved old "rug" towels that were stained and had holes in them. Our room was so full of ants we had to throw all of our food away and there is no mini fridge in the room. For the price this was a huge disappointment. The hotel is definitely not up to the standards it should be for the current price point (2 nights=$343 w/group discount). I've stayed at much nicer budget hotels. I won't be back.

The staff is really, really kind and always available to help you and satisfy your needs. There's a great swimming pool, cafeteria, gym and gift shop in the hotel. Our room was big, the beds were clean and comfortable, but all so, so humid. The carpet floor was really wet and the room smelled humid. There windows don't open so makes it difficult to dry. There are a few details in the bathroom related to maintaince difficulties and perhaps the age of the place. The location is perfect and you can easily walk to downtown from there. Next to many fast food restaurants. Good place to stay with a good relation price/quality.

Overall, the hotel is a dump. The lobby smells and needs a lot of repairs. Might I suggest replacing the grossly stained chairs sitting in the lobby. Those are bad first impressions, although they really set the tone for the room. Speaking of the room, it was pretty disgusting, too. Bedding was dirty and stained. A comforter is also not a mattress pad sandwiched between two flat sheets. I would not recommend staying here.

Only stayed here because of a business trip, and you couldn't pay me to stay here again. I wasn't expecting much for such a cheap stay, but holy cow, this place gives Nashville an awful rep. To start, the website and online payment service this hotel uses is out of the 90s, doesn't feel secure at all. Super rude staff when checking in, kept ignoring me to gossip about who got to leave early that day or who was working shuttle. My room was incredibly musty and stale, and no matter what I set the AC to, I could never get the room to actually cool down. The shower was full of broken and poorly fixed tiles, caulk all over the walls, visible mold and damage all in the bathroom. Even setting the shower to cold resulted in a boiling hot shower, impossible to set the temperature right. Very few electrical outlets, the one closest to the beds was literally hanging out of the wall with exposed wiring, bad day if you don't know what you're looking at. In addition, getting to experience the event offerings of the hotel left so much to be desired. I don't know if it was the package our event purchased or what, but all meals were paltry (only fruit and whipped cream for breakfast, seriously?) and barely edible. The famous "Maxwell House" coffee they brew was straight water, super ironic. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $20 a night, and go to the Holiday Inn across the street.

Stay away. We’ll start with the pros then to the cons. Pros: - strong shower pressure. - air conditioning worked very well. - the bed was comfortable, even though they gave us a room with two beds instead of one. Cons: - 40 minute wait go check in. - just grimy. Stains all over the carpets in the lobby, in the hallway to the room, in the room, on the furniture, etc. - garbage bags placed outside the rooms and in the hallway. - little to no housekeeping. - a hole in the wall of our room. - shower was very slow to drain. - ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. - poorly patched up hole in the bathroom door. - the landline phone didn’t work (and then the desk clerk argued with us that the phone did work…). - remote to the television worked about half the time. - no house keeping for our room during the entire stay. - except the day we were checking out, then staff came at 9:30, 10:30, and even though we asked for a little more time 11:30. - since there was no housekeeping, we had to get our own towels from the front desk. - when we asked for towels, the desk acted like we were wrong for asking. - when they did give towels, the towels were all floor towels. - ice machine was out of order. - soda machine also was out of order. - staff ranged from nonchalant to belligerent with once exception of a nice lady. So again, just stay away if you have other options.

I'm being a bit generous with the 3 star rating to be honest. I don't normally like to even rate things unless I am blown away one way or the other. This was definitely the other...I guess you get what you pay for. The room was somewhat clean but there were issues, which was reported to the front desk multiple times to make sure they didn't charge us for anything. The shelf in the tiny closet was falling off the wall and was being held up by the iron underneath it--oddly enough a second iron was sitting on said shelf. The lighting in the room was terrible and one lamp did not even have a light bulb. We reported that thinking that we would come back after our day around town and there would be one, but no. There were three of us sharing the room but only towels for two. We had to dress in the morning and find someone to get towels because when we tried to call the front desk and housekeeping, the numbers were not in service. And the bathroom! Wallpaper peeling off the wall was the least of it. I like good strong water flow when I shower but this was ridiculous--if you weren't ready for it, it would have knocked you right over. And by the time a five minute shower was over, the water in the tub was above our ankles. The computer system at the front desk was so slow and receipts had to be printed from the back office. It took us 20 minutes to check out and we were the only ones doing it. Bottom line--this hotel needs some serious upgrades and attention. Even at the rate we paid we deserved better.

I’ll start with things we liked. It was nice having the on-site bar and live music. If we could rate the bar separate that would be 5. We liked the complimentary shuttle service. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Check in is at 4 and we got there at about 6. They did not have our king room ready so we had to take a queen. Our room was clean except the garbage in the bathroom was full of used tampons. We didn’t have hot water in the shower for the whole stay. We let them know and they immediately had someone check the boiler room. We had hot water in the sink but not shower. The rooms do not have refrigerators so we could not keep cold drinks or food in the room. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the restaurant and room service but those are closed at this time.

Prior to booking, we read all the reviews and were not expecting anything special. It was better than we were expecting. We loved Kelly at the front desk. She couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was fine and we were surprised to have a refrigerator and microwave as the reviews indicated that there were not any in the rooms. Also happy that the shuttle was up and running and the drivers were so nice and friendly. Our only real complaint would be the $14.99 breakfast buffet. It really was awful. They didn't have decaf coffee and the water for tea was lukewarm. There were scrambled eggs, and some kind of frittata, bacon sausage and potatoes. There were muffins and toast and yogurt. And they charged $3 extra for coffee or juice. You would expect this buffet to be offered as free breakfast. Quite a disappointment especially for $14.99!! We enjoyed the pool on our last day.

The hotel was in general disrepair. You seriously need major upgrade to this place. I was greeted very well upon arrival and was told about the live music and a sort of sock hop or whatever on the next day. What I was not told is that the live music was really bad and maybe the musicians weren't really even alive. The sock hop was for people twice my age and I'm 52! Most of the attendees did not appear to even be guests of the hotel and they were parking on the grass. We were told that the chef for the restaurant was a 3rd place runner up on some show (Top Chef I think), but breakfast was not much better than a standard "continental" breakfast so we didn't bother with any other meals. We were told the bartender could make a mean drink, but since she was the only one working during the sock hop, we were unable to even get her attention to get a drink. We waited no less than 10 minutes at the bar, went outside on the patio and saw there was a bar window LIT UP and we waited there no less than 5 minutes for her to buzz by and say something we couldn't understand and then another 5 minutes where we decided to go back inside and stand at the bar again. We waited there again for no less than 5 minutes when we decided it would be quicker to drive to 7-11 and just go buy our drinks there. The only positive was the initial greeting from one employee who we actually feel duped by because of the lousy info on food and drinks, but he did give us good info on where to have the uber drop us off. I'm honestly not sure I'd be back to that hotel again and I'd be embarrassed to recommend it to anyone. The night before we arrived we stayed at a hotel that was $66/night WITH tax near Pigeon Forge and the staff and hotel were much more pleasant. There was no food or bar to compare.

Outstanding hospitality. I stayed here over the Christmas holiday and all of the staff were so polite, helpful, so very friendly. The front desk attendant Mr. Ray went above and beyond helped me get some supplies to wrap my daughters Christmas gifts on Christmas Eve and I could not be more Appreciative. The rooms are clean, the views of the city are beautiful, food was prepared to taste in the hotel restaurant/bar. Will definitely be returning to this location and would recommend to anyone. Big shout out to Ray! Really made the trip better meeting such a hospitable and helpful concierge.

From the pictures it looked like it was a decent hotel. A little dated but decent. Upon arriving the outside looks nice but the inside is not good. The lobby is huge but empty, with some chair just set against the wall. The elevator was a little sketchy and had water in the same elevator for hours. The rooms are really outdated. There is no mini fridge or microwave (which there was a microwave set by the elevator door, very ghetto). While the bed was comfortable, there is just so many things wrong with this place. No hot water, the tub doesn’t drain, live tv doesn’t work and the walls are thin so you can hear what’s going on next to you. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff was nice but I am never coming back. The weekend prices for this place should not be as high as they are

The location is alright not too far from the downtown area, but definitely not in walking distance to the music center as it is described. Check in took a solid 30m with only one person working with a line of 15 people. The room we were booked in originally was dirty with stains on the mattress, unchanged sheets, and beyond dirty bathroom. Plastic bag on the smoke detector. The second room was not much better. The shower flooded with water to our ankles which was rather gross if you already feel like you need to wear shoes in the shower due to it being so unclean. We waited a long time to get towels delivered to our room as well because the house keeper on our floor said they didn’t have anymore. This being after they had only given us one towel for a two person room. We had to call multiple times over the span of hours. There was no cleaning or room services, but the housekeeper entered our room multiple times without knocking. This was before our checkout time and felt very invasive for the housekeeper to slowly open the door to realize that people are still in here. Our rooms telephone also did not work originally until messing with it to get it to work. There was not a single outlet in the room besides one connected to the lamp. They had a power strip with several things connected to it which seems like a fire hazard. They are understaffed and incapable of holding a standard even a motel can accommodate. To top it off we were never returned our deposit and had to call to get it back which is just bad business practices. I would not recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no choice and would definitely bring your own sheets and comforter.

Beds are comfortable. While the rooms are slightly dated and no fridge in the room, it is clean and has great views. Close to downtown without being in the middle of the craziness. Surrounding area was fine and no issues were encountered. We will definitely be back to this hotel. The woman in the front was very nice along with the other workers we encountered.

Very disappointed when we stayed here recently. Asked for housekeeping twice during our stay, we were apparently on the list & got back late at night. No housekeeping had been in our room, had to go to front desk to get clean towels, washcloths. Tried talking to housekeeping staff & they don't speak English & didn't know what we were asking for. Our garbage overflowed, ran out of of toilet paper. Toilet paper holder pulled out of wall, shower faucet was loose, only 1 garbage can in room. No coffee in the lobby more than once as we were heading out. Stains on carpets very noticeable. We stayed here about 5 years ago & it was a very nice hotel. Front desk crew very nice & apologetic for other staff. Shuttle staff very nice, vans need to be updated for safety. Asked for a wake up call night before we left & never received one.

This is a difficult place to rate. There’s no denying, it is a cheap hotel. But they don’t pretend to be any other way. It is not a cheap place trying to fake you out that they are any better. This place is honest in their approach and level of service. The basic facts: my room was clean. The AC worked, and the staff were kind, even though they were overworked. There is a pool and decent fitness center. There is a small shop, and they offer a shuttle to downtown. For the price, this is one of the best spots to go. I felt safe in my room and trusted my belongings to be safe there as well. They are 5 stars at being a 2 or 3 star hotel. So I leave a 4 for the review, and encourage this affordable option as a means to visit Nashville.

We checked in at about 8 PM on 9/26/22, and it was downhill since then. The woman at the front desk insisted that we didn’t have a reservation, wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say. Eventually she found it. She said that they “already put me in a room and didn’t tell her.” Anyways after that we went up to our “room” which I paid for a king bed and they put me in a room with two twin beds. I called down to the front desk to talk to the same woman and I explained to her that this is not what I paid for, and she basically said that it wasn’t their fault. She did move me in a room with a king bed and acted like she did me a favor. The room itself was clean. The bathroom and such looked spotless which is great. However with how much you have to pay, there aren’t many amenities. We went to get extra towels and she gave us two and rudely told us that’s all we can get until tomorrow. We booked for three nights so having more than 4 towels without having to go to the front desk every time would have been nice. Also there is no fridge or microwave in the room. There is a microwave in the hallway by the elevator. Which in my opinion is very gross and tacky. We kept telling them that the phone in our room was broken. It was ringing but they couldn’t hear me every time I answered, they didn’t make any note of it and instead kept calling. Overall I don’t think this hotel is at all worth the price.

This hotel is probably one of the cheapest hotels you can find downtown Nashville. With that being said, it is cheap all around. My stay was nice overall but you get what you pay for. Pros - downtown and close to Broadway. They do offer free shuttle services but they end at 10:30pm. - beautiful views no matter what side of the hotel you are on - they do have dining options but I am not sure if they were still open according to their website -the room was pretty clean overall. The mattress and bedding was very clean and new looking. - ac worked great - the water pressure was amazing (drainage not so much) Cons - as soon as you enter any hallway or get off the elevator, it smelled super strongly of cigarette and Marijuana. Our room smelt even worse of smoke and dirty feet. - the bathroom had some stains and mold. There were also water stains all over the granite conutertop (though it was clean) - there was only a loose sheet and a Comforter on the bed. No fitted sheet, mattress protection, or any other sheets. - there was not good soundproofing and you could hear anyone outside of your room -the pillows were very uncomfortable Overall, if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel, this option is good for one or two nights. Especially if you want to be close to all the activities downtown.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Millennium Maxwell House Nashville. The hotel overall was excellent. It is in need of updating- it needs to be refreshed. She is really starting to show her age. The staff was wonderful and the food was great. We really could have used the shuttle service. Both of us wear masks and try to social distance so with the proper precautions the shuttle should be able to run.

This was my first time at this Hotel and I was very impressed!! This Hotel is very beautiful and decorative with the holidays decorating about. Booking this room was very easy and extremely fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful to my needs and wants explaining to me about the amenities of the hotel ex..the bar, the shuttle service, the restaurant's that cater after hours. I was very impressed at how comfortable our room was. The bed was so very soft and comfy, the tub was very big and nice. Checking out was very easy and hassle free no lines to wait in. I loved this beautiful hotel, thank you for making this one of my best experiences at a hotel in a very long time. I will definitely be back. If I could give you 10🌟I would because I feel that's the service that I received. Thank you again, Millennium Maxwell House Hotel 🌺🥰🌟❤️🤗!! Happy Holidays!

First time stay, was very pleased with the location. George in the bar was awesome and the front desk staff was sweet and friendly and very accommodating. We also appreciate the 11am checkout and the shuttle to and from downtown, our driver was terrific and helpful with a great sense of humor! One issue only.. the blow dryer in room was broken..told housekeeping as we were departing,,

This is just one of those “you get what you pay for” kinda situations. There is a solid mix of people here, but seems most of the people staying are looking to spend a night on broadway if you know what I mean. College aged kids mainly. Close to downtown, and fast drive. Shuttle service is great and the woman driving was so nice and fun. The carpets in the room should just be replaced I don’t think cleaning will do anything to help. Bathrooms are run down, but not the worst I’ve seen especially for the price of this room. Beds are shockingly very comfortable. With some upgrades this would be a nice place to stay. I would give 3.5 stars if possible

Room was not clean, no fridge or microwave.. faucet in the shower leaked.. no luggage carts, limo shuttle driver was no where to be found, nor was the desk clerk. A huge line of folks trying to check in and check out.. no cups for the complimentary coffee and the lemon water was lukewarm.. used to be a nice place. Has really gone downhill... needs a huge management makeover.. Definitely won't be back..

The hotel and the rooms themselves are pretty decent. There was a large wet spot on the carpet in the room upon checking in and the toilet ran continuously throughout my entire stay. The noise was somewhat irritating. Also beware the $15 breakfast buffet. While some options were okay, the majority of the food there was terrible. I had to try almost everything there in order to distinguish the options that were remotely palatable.

This hotel has great customer service. The hotel itself is decent but the bathrooms need work. Our tub in the bathroom had black stains and bad plumbing. While taking a shower the water was going down very slow so we was standing in a tub full of water while trying to take a shower. The toilet flushed very slow as well. Our pillow case had hair on it and sheet had stains but once requested fresh linen and towels the workers happily delivered them with no problem. I was charged a resort fee of 23.00/ night which I was unaware of. I would recommend others but this hotel definitely needs a lot of work.

  • 3/5 Kareem S. 5 months ago on Google
Overall, the place was fine. The downside was that the bathroom was small due to the fact it was a split bathroom. The tub and toilet were apart from the sink, which was in the room. The sheets and pillows were not clean all the way, and we requested new ones. The room service was above and beyond for our accommodations. If the tub & pillow/ sheets weren't an issue, I would've given it a 5 out of 5 on everything. We enjoyed ourselves overall. The breakfast was overpriced and we didn't eat it due to the fact it is food that you get regularly when you stay at any other hotel for free. I would recommend anyone to stay there but it's some small things they should make an adjustment on.

I enjoyed my stay, started a little rocky, but the manager upgraded me twice, the first room hadn't been cleaned, the second room was recently updated with flooring and amenities including free Netflix, fresh flowers and an upgraded coffee maker as well as goodies snacks. Unfortunately I was asked to leave that room as they had another guest. The manager and staff gave me another room (suite)with two levels, including spiraled stair case, an lounge area, and a jacuzzi tub. Basically two rooms. Two levels, full bath, half bath, wet bar. Double views. They also said. Breakfast on us. Feeling good.

I had to change my review. We stayed again on the 8th floor the room was beautiful!! My original review was one star after staying in an outdated room. Oh and another great thing they shuttle you downtown Nashville no additional cost!!! Our driver I forgot his name but he was the driver on 10/29. He was so informative, pleasant and professional and fun!! This hotel is a great bang for your buck. I highly recommend it.

Hotel needs a renovation and more staff! We arrived at 4:30 pm and our room, like rooms other guests, was not ready. We stayed 2 nights and they did not clean our room after the first night, neither they changed towels. I assume they had to clean other rooms, since new guests could not check in at 3pm…bathroom was dirty and really old! Lady at the front desk was really nice and friendly!

  • 2/5 J B. 10 months ago on Google
Great location. The rooms are outdated and filthy. I'm not picky either. I thought maybe it was just our room but we had friends who also had rooms and their rooms were gross as well. Carpet was dirty and smelled like urine (dog hopefully). The bathroom was so dirty that I didn't want to take a shower. It was cheap though. When I go back to Nashville, I will not be staying here.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. We stopped to talk to the front desk staff a few times a day to just say hi. We stayed for 6 days and will definitely be staying again when we get back down to Nashville. Ross was awesome he had to drive the shuttle several days because they just started shuttling the week we were there.

  • 5/5 Keri B. 1 year ago on Google
It was excellent! We stayed a week and we’ll definitely come back. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, and really made us feel welcome. The hotel was older, undergoing renovations but you wouldn’t know it, very clean and smelled great. Our room was a king room (4 pillows) with a desk & chair, mini refrigerator and microwave, television and sitting chair. The bed was a little hard for me but I like softer beds. The shower water pressure was amazing. There was a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There were not enough outlets but they did have an extension cord and one of the lamps had an outlet. The location was great and close to everything we were going to. We can’t wait to come back and see what’s the hotel looks like after the renovations are complete.

For what we paid for the room it was fine. The hotel is a little run down. Stains in carpeting and furniture. Rust in the tub. In spite of that it was clean. Especially the linens. They had a great pool and patio area, with a bar. The staff was nice. Lots of parking. If the hotel was updated they could charge more.

It's an older hotel but it's clean and friendly atmosphere. The pool area and outdoor patio is well kept. The restaurant was nothing to brag about but convenient. The only downside was no fridge in the rooms. The view of downtown was nice. It's so conveniently located to everywhere you want to go.

  • 4/5 Kelsey C. 1 year ago on Google
Amazing location; spacious room (fridge & microwave included, not sure if this is the case in all rooms) and SUPER comfy bed. The staff were friendly and the pool is an amazing plus if you visit in the summer. The only reason for 4 stars was the bathtub, this is an older hotel and the tub doesn’t drain well, also the shower curtain rail is positioned too far out of the tub so you end up with a very wet floor after your shower- but just put down a towel and you will be fine! Overall, loved our stay- East Nashville is definitely where it’s at if you’re looking to avoid the craziness downtown.

  • 5/5 Tina T. 1 year ago on Google
Upon arriving we were greeted by the sweetest woman at the front desk. The atmosphere of the hotel was so cute and clean when we walked in. The pool was amazing, it was a salt water pool! Also had fresh towels for you on the pool deck so you didn’t have to have your own beach towel unless you wanted to. The room was clean and cute, great view of the titan’s stadium and the triangle of restaurants. (Lol) Maxwell’s restaurant inside the hotel was amazing, we ate there twice during our stay. Great food, great service, great drinks! I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to my friends & family.

  • 5/5 Lathan B. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel is very nice. I love the fact that there's a bar and resturant inside of it. So you don't have to go far for entertainment. It's close enough to downtown that you can also enjoy festivities going on down there. The prices are extremely reasonable. So a great quality room with an affordable price is definitely a go. Over and above all, I'd definitely stay here again.

If basic were a hotel…..got a double room No fridge OR microwave in the room the “double” beds are not quite a twin and not quite a double so hope you like up close and personal if you have to share a bed but my favorite is the community microwave that’s sitting on a random table right outside the elevator doors…Stay Classy Millennium! It’s clean and doesn’t smell funky but for the price i would have expected at least a mini fridge or microwave in the room if not both

First let me say that Kelly at the front desk made an AWESOME FIRST impression. Our group of 4 had taken an early flight & arrived around 8:00 am, to our PLEASANT SURPRISE KELLY checked us in. This was my second stay at this hotel & I was a little disappointed with the appearance of the lobby, as I found out when checking out at the end of our stay that NEW lobby furniture had been ordered. The first room we were assigned "802" after unpacking we received a call from the front desk asking us to relocate to room 819 as they were going to be working on the water in that line. After unpacking for the second time the four of us went down to the "BAR" where they were serving breakfast. Upon arriving we had the pleasure of meeting DANIEL for the first time. Daniel is a TRIP, very entertaining but a little overwhelmed, as the day we arrived was their first day opening. So Daniel was the bartender, table service & basically a one man show & did the best he could we the resources available to him. Later on in the day help arrived "GEORGE" she made an EXCELLENT frozen Margarita, of which we had a few. So our first of our four days were spent at their pool. The pool area was well maintained with new furniture. Overall we enjoyed our stay & we would stay there again, this property is large & the grounds are well kept. The BUILDING itself needs some TLC. The wood above the windows around restaurant/bar area needs to be maintained or it will need to be replaced, also there was an "OLD" gas line sticking out of the ground that is a tripping hazard on their patio from an old fire pit. Again....OVERALL we enjoyed our stay, this Hotel has the POTENTIAL to be a FIVE *****Star Hotel, it just requires some INVESTMENT.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights for a military reunion. We had previously stayed at this same hotel 20 years ago. The staff were friendly, but very short handed. Unfortunately, this hotel is really showing it's age. The lobby furniture was heavily stained and buckets were scattered about to catch leaks from the rain. The dining room was closed due to staff shortages and the entire property was in need of cleaning. No alarm clock in the room, no room cleaning, peeling wallpaper, rusty fixtures in the bath and sink. On checkout day only one elevator was working and it soon stopped so we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with our baggage. The bed was comfortable and the view was great. We hope this property is upgraded soon, as it is well located.

Stayed five nights during COVID, so rooms weren't being cleaned during the stay, but the maids were great about giving me extra coffee, towels, and whatnot during the stay. Our group was treated very well at this hotel, and I would recommend this hotel for group gatherings. Best thing about this hotel was that they didn't try to inject themselves into our activities. They provided the rooms, then left us alone. Can't ask more than that. Also the front desk was good about recommending places to eat and places to order food delivered. Very friendly, both maids and front desk.
