Had a great time here for the SPBGMA 2022 festival. We had a couple rooms on the 3rd floor and had no issues. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The lobby bathrooms are super clean and the service is great. Looking forward to next year!

Our stay here in room 1025 was less than spectacular the bedsheets were unmade underneath the top layer, the cleaning crew tried to let themselves in on two separate occasions after we let them know we were still there at 8:30am, and a dead bug between the cabinet and shower. On top of that, there was a booger left over on the placecard of the hotel! Not a terrible experience but the room was definitely overlooked by the cleaning department.

What a great hotel! Definitely would recommend for the price. I actually would have paid more. The entrance leading up to the hotel made it feel like I was entering a fancy country hotel. They have valet or self parking. However both have a cost that is not cheap. There was live country music in their bar when we arrived. Check in was smooth and easy. No long wait time. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful. Our room had a back entry door that opened up to the patio facing the courtyard area and pool. You could sit outside and enjoy right outside of your room. We had the breakfast buffet which cost $20. It was actually really good. All their staff members were super friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Attractive property. I can only imagine that staffing is tough to get. Dinner at 8 was available. Floors were sticky in the dining area. Several buttons associated with the elevator didn't light up- in the elevator and on the Floors. Tried to tell the morning desk clerk/manager. He didn't even look up at us from his looking at room key cards he was shuffling around in his hands. They apparently aren't worried about the building maintenance or customer service. Although the night staff was indeed friendly and helpful.

Stayed here over the weekend for my boyfriend's birthday. The hotel was very nice! Everything was extremely clean. Enjoyed the toiletries that were supplied! The room was gigantic with a nice balcony view of the outdoor pool. Had the breakfast buffet in the Old Hickory Grill the first morning and the club room the second day. The club access came with our membership. Both were good. I like that there was an indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool is heated, and by the fitness area. We did not have time to enjoy either but checked out the facilities. The shuttle to and from the airport was very useful to us. Other than that, we Übered wherever we needed to go and avoided the madness of downtown. Great place! The staff was amazing! We'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful. Check in was quick and easy and the staff that checked us in was very friendly. The room was huge and very clean. The lobby area was nice and had live music in the evening. I loved that the chaise had outlets to plug your devices into.

Posh. Great service and detail. Very clean. We had to change hotels because the other hotel we were booked at had mold and I got so sick I couldn't stay there anymore. And that hotel charged $160 a night! This was worth the money. We loved it. Thank you!

Stayed here for close location to airport and shuttle. Shuttles begin running at 4am to airport which is nice. Beautiful grounds and outdoor patio. Clean, spacious room with a balcony. Hotel has a grand, nostalgic atmosphere. Accommodating and friendly staff. Has a bar and restaurant on site. You do have to pay for breakfast (18/adult, 9/child) and it's not much more than what you get at most other Marriotts for free. It would be fun for a quick getaway with adults or a good place to stay if you are flying out.

The staff were so nice and responsive to questions. The rooms were really clean, the hotel is updated and beautiful inside. The breakfast is definitely worth the price and parking was far cheaper than any other hotel in the area. It was a very welcome surprise!

GREAT staff . Very friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful. The food at the restaurant is very good. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Just wished they had a larger store (gift shop). If I go back to Nashville, I would definitely like to stay here again. The rates are good compared to the downtown hotels. This one is not super far from downtown, it's a short Uber/Lyft ride away.

Beautiful hotel! If you want to avoid downtown - which I would recommend unless you like sprawling mobs of loud, unruly drunken tourists - this is hotel is a wonderful choice. While this hotel is very near Nashville International, I didn't hear the planes take off or land in spite of being right under the flight path. The grounds and public spaces are not only well designed for comfortable and efficient use, they are aesthetically pleasing as well. The hotel is clean, well kept, and quiet. The service, from beginning to end, is gracious and professional. The bar and grill is a great place to hang out and unwind. The food and drinks I had were delicious and well priced, the staff is professional, accomodating, and friendly; service is very good. The space is large and designed to be pleasing to the eye and provides many different seating arrangements to choose from - whether it be a comfy seat at the bar or a group seating area with a television integrated into the space. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped for comfort. There are spacious balconies where one could watch the sun set or sit and enjoy their morning cup of coffee. The beds are pure luxury and the most comfortable I've ever slept in, without question. Very highly recommended!

I was here for training, great hotel. Gym pool hot tub. Starbucks coffee complimentary, restaurant food was excellent but tad pricey. Uber or lyft downtown Nashville about $40. Highly recommend this. Hotel rooms clean bed was perfect

This was a decent place to stay. Upon arrival the valet were less than friendly and seemed bothered that we asked to valet our cars. The front desk weekend manager (forget his name) was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. The lobby was spacious and clean. The room is a bit dated, but it was clean. I liked the balcony the overlooked the courtyard. The pool and hot tub were nice. The food at the lobby bar was surprisingly good. I really enjoyed the shrimp and grits, enough so to order it two nights in a row.

Not sure why this hotel has 4.2 stars. Other than the location, the hotel is in need of a total overhaul. The lobby is dated, the elevators are old and beat up, the outside area by the pool is dirty, and the rooms need a big refresh. We stayed here for our vacation to Nashville and had an issue with the toilet in the bathroom that went on for 2 days. After 3 visits by the hotel "engineers" the toilet still did not work properly and clogged. When I called the front desk to have someone come up to unclog it, I was told that there was no one there that could do this as all the engineers had left for the day. Sure enough the toilet overflowed into our room the next morning. The hotel staff was unwilling to change our room until I called Sheraton Corporate to log a complaint. The new room they gave us, although it was much bigger, was damp and musty smelling. After all of this inconvenience, all they did for us was to give us free breakfast at the buffet. To top everything off they only have free coffee from Monday through Friday but no free coffee on the weekends. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Very convenient to the airportl If you have a car there is a charge for parking. Not really that much in the area but there are a few nice restaurants within a short drive. Convenient for most Nashville tourist activities.

It was a rough start but a few call outs to some staff that made up for the rough parts. Our room was inspected by Tasha, She is wonderful and so up front which is very rare these days. The valet (Noah) was amazing, attentive, very proactive, made sure we had everything we needed and the service was safe and quick. From there Thomas (At the Bar Area) very professional, personable, and so down to earth made it extra special. After Tasha spoke with him he came to my wife and I and gave us a special moment to remember with some drinks, snacks, etc. Like I said it was rough in the beginning, but the special people I mentioned made it a very good stay.

The hot tub and pool are great. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. It is awesome. Great service and friendly staff. One employee, Noah, went above and beyond. Leaving to run errands I replaced my keycard because it failed to open the parking gate. When I returned Noah watched for me (returned my ID badge that I had lost) and also helped with the gate issue. He was always available for info and assistance. Every Sheraton needs a Noah.

Friendly staff, excellent gym, nice pool, and good location. Our room was very clean but the bathroom didn't have a fan in it to ventilate steam (personal preference) and there was a gap in the wall and the vent, which look a little janky for a nice hotel. Another thing to note is that parking isn't free and breakfast starts at $13. They provide free water bottles, free apples at the check in desk, and an in room coffee maker with 1 Starbucks Pikes place coffee bag and a decaf coffee bag. Overall very nice stay. I was impressed with the gym equipment and the pool.

We stayed here for two nights a few weekends ago. Hotel is older but room was spacious and the lobby was beautiful. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We ordered to go food from the restaurant and it was good. The only issue I had was being charged 3 times by the restaurant and also having to call 3 times to have the issue resolved. Caprice at the front desk was helpful in resolving the issue and on the morning of checkout a man called to make sure this was resolved. Valet was always slammed so we did self parking and there was plenty of parking in the back of the hotel.

I was there for a workshop. My room, maybe because it was government rate, was at the back off the floor so it was a very long walk. I think that would have been great if I was an athlete. I'm not, so I'm still hurting. My closet was broken. A $200+ room and the closet was broken and there was a broken phone sitting on the desk by the T.V.. I also didn't appreciate having to pay for parking. I do understand paid parking for people who aren't staying there. However there should be a different lot, or free access with the room key, for people who have paid for rooms. There were two big workshops there. We had over 150 people at ours. I think the other group was bigger. The restaurant wasn't prepared for the influx of people at lunch time. The food was good, but there was only one person waiting tables in the restaurant and those of us who ordered to-go plates had a wait of at least 20 minutes. Some of the people in my session after lunch had to bring their food with them. Other than that, I had a very good time. My bed was very comfortable. My room was clean. They even had shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner that smelled really good. The service was great! The people at registration were helpful. The bartender was nice. The staff that helped with set-up for the workshop were wonderful! Anything we needed, they were easy to reach and quick to come help. Overall, I would love to do another workshop there if they can plan better, at the restaurant, for the influx of people. I'd probably stay again. That walk to my room though! Ouch.

I have loved staying here with my dog. The fact that my dog can travel with me makes the experience all worth it. I had some issues with checking in and with my room that should have been handled a bit differently but having my dog with me and the hotel staff treating her like a guest with exception of the valet I had a difference in views about my dog with made everything better for me. Thank you Grande Sheraton for the hospitality with my best friend. You should have comped my room the first night for the hassle but we will come again because you were very sweet to my four legged family. Thanks again.

The staff is great. They really go out of their way to be nice and make sure you are taken care of. Everything else is just ok. The hotel rooms smell moldy, the offerings in the concierge lounge was almost non existent. Probably a good option if you need to stay near the airport, but nothing special.

I was mesmerized by the history and pure size of the hotel immediately upon entering the lobby. It has the allure of the grand old hotel from the movies; larger-than-life mosaics, columns, open space, and furniture. A perfect hotel to host large parties, meetings, or parties. The room TVs system is a little archaic because it does not have some of the "features" most Marriott properties have; a free movie menu, streaming capabilities, etc. However, after a long day of driving, it's an excellent hotel to lay your head down at night. The walls are thick, and the rooms are spacious. Parking was surprisingly expensive for Marriott members, but the lot is well lit with security guards and a gate.

Attended a convention, so cannot rate the rooms. Convention space was well maintained, and the staff was very accommodating to the needs of the convention as a whole. The first couple days of the convention required paying a significant all-day parking fee, but the convention organizers were able to work with the hotel to eliminate parking fees for the remainder of the convention, which really helped out my wallet. The bar staff was very friendly, and drinks were tasty. All in all, I had a very positive experience.

We paid almost $700 for two nights. At check in there was no luggage carts, we had to make 2 trips to take our luggage to our room. There was 2 face plates coming off electric outlets. Two lightblubs In the bathroom was out. There was no microwave. Other than those few things the room itself was wonderful. Very comfortable bed, great layout. The hotel its self was Very nice. Very clean, and a great atmosphere. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The two cleaning lady's that was on the 3rd floor on Saturday June, 18, 2022 were extremely nice. They smiled at me, and were very helpful. Other than the few things that I mentioned above about our room, over all it was a pleasant experience.

When I say this place will take your breath away upon entering I mean it. It is just stunning, even walking on the floors, they feel like they have a bounce them. The rooms on the interior of the hotel have a balcony that you can go out on and not only enjoy the beautiful manicured flowers, plants, and trees, you can also enjoy the pool and water fountain which I personally like to call a wishing well. The rooms are also just as stunning, very spacious with a TV large enough that you can see everything on the screen perfectly no matter where you are in the room even if you have trouble seeing. The staff is friendly and eager to assist you with any needs you may have. So if you enjoy the finer things in life this is the place you need to stay.

My family and I are traveling to the Memphis area to visit relatives and decided to stay in Nashville overnight to rest. I was truly impressed by the hospitality of the staff, the layout of the hotel and conference center. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with a menu of true southern cuisine family. Our rooms were spacious with spectacular views. I wholeheartedly recommend the Sheraton Music city hotel. It holds a wealth of history and it was beautifully Decorated for kids of all ages. Lol

After an extended stint without power after a Nashville storm, our family checked in here and it changed our weekend: we had a lovely stay and our kids felt like we were on vacation! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub while watching the planes take off. The breakfast was delicious and the adjoining spacious rooms were comfortable for our family. The staff was so helpful and patient with our kids. Finally, December is a lovely time to visit as it’s decked out with lights and trees :).

Very good service very responsive in picking people up from the airport. I use the place to do the park and ride to the airport very professional very nice I got to say out of all the park and ride places this is the best place and it'll be great to stay overnight as you're trying to get to the airport. The staff very welcoming and friendly. they gave me all information needed what to do and when I come back very organized. you don't see that much in other places.
