Brooke and staff are most helpful. The company is accommodating and I couldn’t ask for better support and my view is spectacular. The apartment is beautiful. The community is coming along nicely and is going to be gorgeous.

Where to start?! The staff at Soundwater are beyond professional, kind, and are always there to help and answer any questions we might have. From the moment I called to tour the property to the day (and even now) I moved in I felt as though this was truly home! Bryce, Dustin, Brooke, and Savannah along with the rest of the staff are friendly and always go above and beyond even on weekends or days off. There is constant communication on timelines, community happenings, and any sort of updates. The finishes in the apartments are beautiful along with the appliances making this property feel like a home and not just your standard apartment. I signed a year lease and already know that I will be resigning.

SoundWater is hands down the most professional complex that I've had the pleasure of meeting. The area is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the staff is icing on the cake with their knowledge, professionalism, and timeliness. I loved everything about this complex! So close to everything Nashville, while also being connected to nature, chefs kiss. I'm only saddened that a job change prevented me from staying here, though they made such an impression that I know I'll be back when I can!

Recently moved to Soundwater Apartments and everyone from the leasing department to the maintenance team has been extremely helpful and quick to respond to and resolve any issues that arise.

Beautiful complex, nice people, and great amenities. Everyone has been responsive and very helpful. They’re quick to handle issues, and the common areas are really nice. Looking for to having everything open and finished.

While the communication was difficult in the beginning, the maintenance staff at Soundwater has been amazing. As soon as I have put a request in there has been a resolve.
